Abstract

本發明為一種畫面補償方法和顯示裝置,該補償方法包括: 獲得第N掃描行像素中不發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值,其中,該不發光像素接收/預設接收第一數據電壓;獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與該不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓;若該第一數據電壓與該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中其他發光像素所需補償的電壓值;對該第N掃描行像素中其他發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片。通過上述方式,本發明能夠在不改變顯示裝置內部結構的基礎上實現降低線串擾的目的。

Description

一種畫面補償方法和顯示裝置
本發明涉及顯示技術領域,特別是涉及一種畫面補償方法和顯示裝置。
在顯示裝置中,線串擾一般發生在從黑畫面切換到白畫面或者白畫面切換到黑畫面時,黑畫面與白畫面的交界線的延長線上。一般而言,黑畫面與白畫面的交界線長度越長,線串擾產生的亮線或暗線就越明顯。目前,一般通過改變顯示裝置中的內部結構以削弱電源線和數據線之間的耦合電容,進而達到降低線串擾的目的。
本發明的發明人在長期研究過程中發現,現有從內部結構方面進行改善線串擾的方式,較為複雜且工藝制程中可能會引入其他問題。
本發明主要解決的技術問題是提供一種畫面補償方法和顯示裝置,能夠在不改變顯示裝置內部結構的基礎上實現降低線串擾的目的。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用的一個技術方案是:提供一種畫面補償方法,該補償方法包括:獲得第N掃描行像素中不 發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值,其中,該不發光像素接收/預設接收第一數據電壓;獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與該不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓;若該第一數據電壓與該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值;對該第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用的另一個技術方案是:提供一種顯示裝置,該顯示裝置包括:像素驅動電路,包括用於傳輸掃描信號的掃描線、用於傳輸數據信號的數據線、以及用於傳輸電壓信號的電源線;驅動晶片,與該掃描線和/或該數據線和/或該電源線耦接,用於實現上述任一實施例該的畫面補償方法。
本發明的有益效果是:區別於現有技術的情況,本發明所提供的畫面補償方法中在掃描方向上,根據黑畫面切白畫面或者白畫面切黑畫面的跳變關係、以及當前第N掃描行像素中不發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值獲得所需要補償的電壓值,對第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片。即本發明通過軟體方式實現降低線串擾的目的,與現有的通過改變內部結構方式相比,其更為簡單,且時效性更高。

請參閱第1圖,第1圖係顯示裝置一實施方式的結構示意圖,該顯示裝置1包括像素驅動電路10和驅動晶片。
具體地,像素驅動電路10包括用於傳輸掃描信號的多條掃描線100、用於傳輸數據信號的多條數據線102、以及用於傳輸電壓信號的多條電源線104。如第1圖所示,多條掃描線100和多條數據 線102垂直相交設置,以形成多個像素單元106。每行像素單元106分別與對應的掃描線100和對應的電源線104連接,每列像素單元106分別與對應的數據線102連接。
驅動晶片(未標示)與掃描線100和/或數據線102和/或電源線104耦接,驅動晶片在圖片顯示前或者顯示後執行畫面補償方法,以使得補償後顯示的圖片中線串擾現象降低,具體畫面補償方法將在後續實施例中說明。在本實施例中,驅動晶片可以包括掃描驅動晶片120、數據驅動晶片122、電源驅動晶片124,多條掃描線100與掃描驅動晶片120連接,多條數據線102與數據驅動晶片122連接,多條電源線104與電源驅動晶片124連接。當然,在其他實施例中,掃描驅動晶片120、數據驅動晶片122以及電源驅動晶片124中的全部或者部分可以集成到同一個驅動晶片上。執行畫面補償方法的驅動晶片可以是數據驅動晶片122,也可以是電源驅動晶片124,又可以是與數據驅動晶片122或電源驅動晶片124耦接的另一驅動晶片,另一驅動晶片在處理獲得要補償的電壓值後,將電壓值發送至對應的數據驅動晶片122或電源驅動晶片124,然後數據驅動晶片122或電源驅動晶片124對相應的電壓值進行補償。
請參閱第2圖至第4圖,第2圖係本發明畫面補償方法一實施方式的流程示意圖,第3圖係待顯示或者正在顯示的圖片一實施方式的結構示意圖,第4圖係第3圖中圖片對應的一實施方式的時序示意圖。該補償方法以下操作。
S101:獲得第N掃描行像素中不發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值,其中,不發光像素接收/預設接收第一數據電壓。
具體地,本發明所提供的畫面補償方法可以應用於已經顯示的圖片或者即將顯示的圖片。當應用於已經顯示的圖片時,上述步驟S101中不發光像素接收第一數據電壓;當應用於即將顯示的圖片時,上述步驟S101中不發光像素預設接收第一數據電壓。
在一個應用場景中,上述步驟S101的實現方式可以為:統計第N掃描行中不發光像素的個數占第N掃描行所有像素的個數的比值。
在另一個應用場景中,當一個像素由一個驅動電晶體驅動時,上述步驟S101的實現方式還可以為:統計第N掃描行中驅動電晶體關閉的個數占第N掃描行所有驅動電晶體的個數的比值。
在又一個應用場景中,當圖片中不發光像素為連續不發光像素時,如第3圖所示,上述步驟S101的實現方式還可以為:獲得第N掃描行像素連續不發光像素的長度b占顯示區長度c的比值。
S102:獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓。
S103:若第一數據電壓與第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用跳變關係和比值獲得第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值。
具體地,在一個應用場景中,請一併參閱第3圖、第4圖和第5圖,第5圖係第1圖中步驟S103一實施方式的流程示意圖,上述步驟S103具體包括如下操作。
S201:在第N-1掃描行像素和第N掃描行像素之間,若第二數據電壓小於第一數據電壓,則第一數據電壓和第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係。
具體地,如第3圖中所示,在第M-1掃描行至第M掃描行方向上,圖片從白畫面切入到黑畫面,第M掃描行不發光像素對應的第一數據線dataA的第一數據電壓VdataA為高電頻,第M-1掃描行中與不發光像素處於同一列的像素對應的第二數據線dataB的第二數據電壓為低電頻,第一數據電壓和第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係。即在第M掃描行不發光像素位置處,從白畫面切入到黑畫面時,第一數據線dataA存在畸變,由於第一數據線dataA與電源線之間的耦合效應,使得第M掃描行的電源線的電源電壓VDD突變為高電頻。
由於IOLED=k(VDD-Vdate-Vth)2,其中,k為驅動薄膜電晶體的電流放大係數,VDD為電源電壓,Vdata為數據電壓,Vth為驅動電晶體的閾值電壓;對於第M掃描行像素中的其他發光像素而言,電源線的電源電壓VDD由於耦合效應突變為高電頻,導致流過其驅動電晶體的電流增大,若不對其進行補償處理,則第M掃描行像素中的發光像素位置處產生亮線。
S202:利用跳變關係和比值獲得第N掃描行像素中其他發光像素所需補償的電壓值,其中,所需補償的電壓值與比值正相關。
具體地,如第6圖所示,第6圖係所需補償的電壓值與比值一實施方式的關係示意圖。當跳變關係為白畫面切入到黑畫面時,上述步驟S101中獲得的比值越大,所需補償的電壓值越大。在本實施例中,所需補償的電壓值與比值線性正相關,例如,如第6圖中虛線所示,ΔV=100毫伏*K,其中,ΔV為所需補償的電壓值,K為比值。當所需補償的電壓值與比值線性正相關時,可以降低驅動晶片的數據處理量,使得數據處理更為簡單。當然,在其他實施方式中,所需補償的電壓值與比值也可為非線性正相關,本發明對此不作限定。
在另一個應用場景中,請一併參閱第3圖、第4圖和第7圖,第7圖係第1圖中步驟S103另一實施方式的流程示意圖,上述步驟S103具體以下操作。
S301:在第N掃描行像素與第N+1掃描行像素之間,若第二數據電壓小於第一數據電壓,則第一數據電壓和第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係。
具體地,如第3圖中所示,第P掃描行至第P+1掃描行方向上,圖片從黑畫面切入到白畫面,第P掃描行不發光像素對應的第一數據線dataA的第一數據電壓VdataA為高電頻,第P+1掃描行中與不發光像素處於同一列的像素對應的第二數據線dataB的第二數據電壓為低電頻,第一數據電壓和第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係。即在第P掃描行不發光像素位置處,從黑畫面切入到白畫面時,第一數據線dataA存在畸變,由於第一數據線dataA與電源線之間的耦合效應,使得第P掃描行的電源線的電源電壓VDD突變為低電頻。
由於IOLED=k(VDD-Vdate-Vth)2,對於第P掃描行像素中的發光像素而言,電源線的電源電壓VDD由於耦合效應突變為低電頻,導致流過其驅動電晶體的電流減小,若不對其進行補償處理,則第P掃描行像素中的其他發光像素位置處產生暗線。
S302:利用跳變關係和比值獲得第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值;其中,所需補償的電壓值與比值反相關。
具體地,如第6圖所示,當跳變關係為黑畫面切入到白畫面時,上述步驟S101中獲得的比值越大,所需補償的電壓值越小。在本實施例中,所需補償的電壓值與比值線性反相關。例如,如第6圖中實線所示,ΔV=-100毫伏*(K-1),其中,ΔV為所需補償的電 壓值,K為比值。當所需補償的電壓值與比值為線性反相關時,可以降低驅動晶片的數據處理量,使得數據處理更為簡單。當然,在其他實施方式中,所需補償的電壓值與比值也可為非線性反相關,本發明對此不作限定。
S104:對第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償電壓值後顯示圖片。
具體地,當跳變關係為白畫面切入到黑畫面時,上述步驟S104包括:將第N掃描行像素中發光像素的預定數據電壓增加數據電壓值後顯示圖片。由於IOLED=k(VDD-Vdate-Vth)2,此時通過增加數據電壓值可以彌補電源電壓VDD突變升高的部分,進而達到降低電流,以削弱亮線的目的。且本實施例中通過補償數據電壓的方式,實現更為簡單。當然,在其他實施例中,也可在電源電壓VDD、電晶體柵極、電晶體漏極處補償該電壓值,本發明對此不作限定。
當跳變關係為黑畫面切入到白畫面時,上述步驟S104包括:將第N掃描行像素中其他發光像素的預定數據電壓降低數據電壓值後顯示圖片。由於IOLED=k(VDD-Vdate-Vth)2,此時通過降低數據電壓值可以彌補電源電壓VDD突變降低的部分,進而達到提高電流,以削弱暗線的目的。且本實施例中通過補償數據電壓的方式,實現更為簡單。當然,在其他實施例中,也可通過在電源電壓VDD、電晶體柵極、電晶體漏極處補償該電壓值,本發明對此不作限定。
在又一個實施方式中,上述步驟S102之前,本發明所提供的補償方法還包括:判斷比值是否大於等於閾值;若是,則進入步驟S102;若否,則正常顯示圖片。在本實施例中,閾值可以為0-0.2,例如,0.05、0.10等。當閾值為2.0時,人眼不太能識別出亮線和暗線, 因此,將閾值設置在0-0.2之間可以有效削弱亮線和暗線,降低線串擾現象且降低驅動晶片的數據處理量。
在又一個實施方式中,在上述步驟S101之前,本發明所提供的補償方法還包括:獲得正在顯示/待顯示圖片;判斷正在顯示/待顯示圖片中是否包含連續的不發光區域;若是,則獲得行方向上不發光區域的邊緣的像素資訊,並進入獲得第N掃描行像素中不發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值的步驟。即如第3圖中所示,對於一整塊連續的不發光區域而言,僅對其邊緣處且處於掃描線方向上的第M行像素和第P行像素進行補償,對於第M行像素和第P行像素之間的像素行不進行處理,以達到降低數據處理量的目的。
以上該僅為本發明的實施方式,並非因此限制本發明的專利範圍,凡是利用本發明說明書及圖式內容所作的等效結構或等效流程變換,或直接或間接運用在其他相關的技術領域,均同理包括在本發明的專利保護範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種畫面補償方法,包括:
    獲得第N掃描行像素中不發光像素占第N掃描行所有像素的比值,其中,該不發光像素接收/預設接收第一數據電壓;
    獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與該不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓;
    若該第一數據電壓與該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值;
    對該第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項的畫面補償方法,其中,該若該第一數據電壓與該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值,包括:
    在該第N-1掃描行像素和該第N掃描行像素之間,若該第二數據電壓小於該第一數據電壓,則該第一數據電壓和該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係;
    利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值,其中,所需補償的該電壓值與該比值正相關。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項的畫面補償方法,其中,
    所需補償的該電壓值與該比值線性正相關。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第2項的畫面補償方法,其中,該對該第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片,包括:
    將該第N掃描行像素中發光像素的預定數據電壓增加該電壓值後顯示圖片。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1項的畫面補償方法,其中,該若該第一數據電壓與該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係,則利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值,包括:
    在該第N掃描行像素與該第N+1掃描行像素之間,若該第二數據電壓小於該第一數據電壓,則該第一數據電壓和該第二數據電壓之間存在跳變關係;
    利用該跳變關係和該比值獲得該第N掃描行像素中發光像素所需補償的電壓值;其中,所需補償的該電壓值與該比值反相關。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第5項的畫面補償方法,其中,
    所需補償的該電壓值與該比值線性反相關。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第5項的畫面補償方法,其中,該對該第N掃描行像素中發光像素補償該電壓值後顯示圖片,包括:
    將該第N掃描行像素中發光像素的預定數據電壓降低該電壓值後顯示圖片。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第1項的畫面補償方法,其中,該獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與該不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓之前,該補償方法還包括:
    判斷該比值是否大於等於閾值;
    若是,則進入該獲得第N-1掃描行像素和/或第N+1掃描行像素中與該不發光像素處於同一列的像素接收/預設接收的第二數據電壓的步驟;
    若否,則正常顯示圖片。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第8項的畫面補償方法,其中,
    該閾值為0-0.2。
  10. 一種顯示裝置,包括:
    像素驅動電路,包括用於傳輸掃描信號的掃描線、用於傳輸數據信號的數據線、以及用於傳輸電壓信號的電源線;
    驅動晶片,與該掃描線和/或該數據線和/或該電源線耦接,用於實現如申請專利範圍第1-9項中任一項的畫面補償方法。
