Description
本發明涉及一種相片製造技術領域,尤其涉及一種雙面可視化玻璃照片。
現有技術中,為了使圖案層長久保存,人們往往在玻璃的表面塗上一層粘膠層,使用粘膠層將玻璃和圖案層粘接,可以將圖案層和玻璃固定成一體,但是由於膠層在空氣中容易氧化變黃,也會降低玻璃照片的觀賞品質,且只能從圖案層的正面觀賞所述照片。現有技術中,為了使圖案層長久保存,人們往往在玻璃的表面塗上一層粘膠層,使用粘膠層將玻璃和圖案層粘接,可以將圖案層和玻璃固定成一體,但是由於膠層在空氣中容易氧化變黃,也會降低玻璃照片的觀賞品質,且只能從照片的正面觀賞所述照片。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種能夠解決上述技術問題的雙面可視化玻璃照片。
一種雙面可視化玻璃照片,其包括:透明承印板,所述透明承印板包括面對觀看者的外表面以及與所述外表面相背的內表面,所述內表面上形成有一層粘著層,所述粘著層表面形成有圖案層,其中,所述圖案層是通過噴墨印表機在所述粘著層的表面噴印UV可固化油墨並對所述UV可固化油墨進行固化後形成的,所述圖案層呈霧面狀。
在一個優選實施例中,所述透明承印板的材質為亞克力樹脂。
在一個優選實施例中,所述透明承印板的材質為強化玻璃。
在一個優選實施例中,所述圖案層表還形成有無色透明的硬化層。
在一個優選實施例中,所述白色油墨的成分由丙烯酸酯、二氧化鈦及添加劑在常溫下混合形成。
在一個優選實施例中,所述粘著層為光固化膠或者熱固化膠。
在一個優選實施例中,所述硬化層的材質與所述粘著層的材質相同。
在一個優選實施例中,所述粘著層的厚度為5~10um。
在一個優選實施例中,所述圖案層為平面圖案或者立體圖案。
在一個優選實施例中,所述圖案層為彩色或者黑白顏色。
與現有技術相比,本發明提供的玻璃照片是通過噴印形成,且噴印所述圖案層的透明承印板是透明的,則實現了玻璃照片的兩面可視,從外表面觀看所述照片,即是亮面,從所述內表面觀看所述玻璃照明是霧面,改善了利用紙質照片與玻璃粘貼在一起形成的玻璃照片的透視感。
下面結合將結合附圖及實施例,對本發明提供的雙面可視化玻璃照片作進一步的詳細說明。
實施例一
請參閱圖1-3,為本發明第一實施例提供的一種雙面可視化玻璃照片100。其中,圖1是本發明的雙面可視化玻璃照片的正面視圖,圖2是本發明的雙面可視化玻璃照片的背面視圖,圖3是雙面可視化玻璃照片的剖面圖。所述雙面可視化玻璃照片100包括:透明承印板10,粘著層14及圖案層16。
所述透明承印板10大致呈規則的板狀,所述透明承印板10的材質為亞克力或者強化玻璃。由亞克力材質製作形成的玻璃照片不易摔碎。所述透明承印板10包括面對觀看者的外表面11以及與外表面11相背的內表面12。在一個優選實施例中,所述外表面11為光滑表面,所述內表面12為磨砂表面。
所述粘著層14形成在所述內表面12。所述粘著層14為光固化膠或者熱固化膠,且為透明無色的。所述粘著層14的厚度為5~10um。噴塗一層如此厚度範圍內的所述粘著層14在透明承印板10上不會影響圖案層的透視感,且能很好地粘著後續形成所述圖案層16時的彩色油墨,避免在透明承印板10上噴墨時,時間久了油墨脫落的現象,使所述雙面可視化玻璃照片100永久保存不變黃。
所述圖案層16形成在所述粘著層14的表面。具體地,所述圖案層16是通過噴墨印表機在所述粘著層14的表面噴印UV可固化油墨並對所述UV可固化油墨進行固化後形成的霧面狀。所述圖案層16的電子檔是由手機自帶的攝像裝置或者習知技術中的相機拍攝形成。當需要將手機或者相機拍攝的照片形成在所述透明承印板10的其中一個表面時,首先在所述透明承印板10的其中一個表面噴塗一層粘著層14,且將電子產品拍攝的照片的電子檔傳輸至噴墨印表機,利用噴墨印表機將需要列印的照片噴印在所述透明承印板10上,從而在所述粘著層14的表面形成霧面狀的所述圖案層16。
且所述圖案層16為噴墨印表機在所述粘著層14的表面噴印彩色UV固化油墨或者黑白的UV可固化油墨並對所述油墨固化形成。由於所述圖案層16是通過噴印形成,噴印會形成微細的結構,也即所述圖案層16即是不平整的表面,從所述外表面觀看所述玻璃照片,就是霧面狀,改善了玻璃照片的觀賞效果。
實施例二
請參閱圖4,第二實施例提供的雙面可視化玻璃照片200與第一實施例的雙面可視化玻璃照片100基本相同,其不同之處在於,第二實施例提供的雙面可視化玻璃照片200的圖案層16的表面還形成有一層無色透明的硬化層20,所述硬化層20完全覆蓋所述圖案層16。
由於所述硬化層20是無色透明的,所以,形成的玻璃照片100可以兩面可視,也即可以從玻璃照片的相背兩個表面(前表面及後表面)均可觀賞所述玻璃照片100。從透明承印板10的外表面觀賞所述玻璃照片,則所述玻璃照片為光滑的亮面;從與外表面相背的表面觀看,也即從所述硬化層的表面觀看,由於所述硬化層20是無色透明的,且由於所述圖案層16即是不平整的表面,則觀看到的是呈霧面效果的照片。
所述硬化層20由丙烯酸酯、二氧化鈦及添加劑在常溫下混合形成,在一個優選實施例中,所述硬化層20的成分由約75%重量份的丙烯酸酯、20%重量的二氧化鈦顆粒及5%重量的添加劑在常溫下混合形成,所述二氧化鈦顆粒的粒徑範圍可以為1~1000nm。所述添加劑可以為分散劑,以使該多個二氧化鈦粒子均勻分散,分散劑可以為高分子或離子型介面活性劑。硬化層20中的二氧化鈦顆粒是用於保護所述圖案層16,保證所述圖案層16不容易刮花。
當然,可以理解,所述硬化層20也可以採用噴墨印表機在所述圖案層16的表面噴印無色的UV膠形成,在噴印的同時採用噴墨印表機自帶的UV光源對所述UV膠進行固化,從而實現保護所述圖案層16。
由於所述圖案層16是通過噴印形成在所述透明承印板10的表面,所以,可以在透明承印板10的底部,在本實施方式中,是在所述硬化層20的表面設置粘貼層,或者是利用支撐構件(圖未示)將玻璃照片100固定在牆上或者通過支撐構件支撐陳列起來。所述的支撐構件可以是螺栓、卡扣等常用的起支撐作用的部件。
實施例三
請參閱圖5,第三實施例提供的雙面可視化玻璃照片300與第一實施例的雙面可視化玻璃照片100基本相同,其不同之處在於,第三實施例提供的雙面可視化玻璃照片300的所述圖案層160為3D圖案層,圖案層160包括多個間隙162,所述硬化層20還填充在所述間隙162。本實施例是通過控制噴印所述圖案層160的厚度,使圖案層160呈現3D的效果。
本發明製成的玻璃照片經過老化測試(利用波長為340nm、輻照度為0.55W/m2的UV光持續曝曬96小時)後顏色沒有明顯的變化,也即將圖案層直接列印形成在透明承印板的內表面是可以長久保存圖案層的。
綜上所述,本發明提供的玻璃照片100,無需採用曝光顯影的方式製作紙質相片,也即省去了顯影溶液的使用,更環保,且不存在溶劑殘留;由於圖案層是直接列印形成在透明承印板的內表面,永久保留不會泛黃,易清潔,可用水洗無需額外的相框;由於無需曝光顯影,且圖案層的整個製作流程是直接在一台印表機上噴墨列印,幾分鐘之內就可以完成一張玻璃照片的製作,簡化了玻璃照片的製作流程,從而圖案層的製作效率大幅提高,且玻璃照片是通過噴印形成,且噴印所述圖案層的透明承印板是透明的,則實現了玻璃照片的兩面可視,從外表面觀看所述照片,即是亮面,從所述內表面觀看所述玻璃照明是霧面,改善了利用紙質照片與玻璃粘貼在一起形成的玻璃照片的透視感。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種雙面可視化玻璃照片,其包括:透明承印板,所述透明承印板包括面對觀看者的外表面以及與所述外表面相背的內表面,所述內表面上形成有一層粘著層,所述粘著層表面形成有圖案層,其中,所述圖案層是通過噴墨印表機在所述粘著層的表面噴印UV可固化油墨並對所述UV可固化油墨進行固化後形成的,且所述圖案層呈霧面狀。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述透明承印板的材質為亞克力樹脂或者為強化玻璃。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述透明承印板的內表面為磨砂表面,所述外表面為光滑表面。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述圖案層表面還形成有無色透明的硬化層。
- 如請求項4所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述硬化層是通過所述UV噴墨印表機噴印無色油墨形成,所述無色油墨是由丙烯酸酯、二氧化鈦及添加劑在常溫下混合形成。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述粘著層為光固化膠或者熱固化膠。
- 如請求項4所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述硬化層的材質與所述粘著層的材質相同。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述粘著層的厚度為5~10um。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述圖案層為平面圖案或者立體圖案。
- 如請求項1所述的雙面可視化玻璃照片,其中,所述圖案層為彩色或者黑白顏色。
