Abstract

Claims (21)
- 一種藥物監測工具,所述工具包括: 資料接收器,被配置為接收患者的藥物動力學(PK)簡檔;以及 互動式使用者介面,被配置為向所述患者顯示所述患者的隨時間變化的治療性血漿蛋白水準,所述隨時間變化的治療性血漿蛋白水準基於凝血因子VIII的配給劑量和所述患者的所述PK簡檔。
- 根據請求項1所述的藥物監測工具,其中所述患者的所述PK簡檔基於被採樣的患者的PK簡檔的貝葉斯模型,並且基於以下中的至少一個:所述患者的體重、血管性血友病因子(vWF)水準和/或年齡。
- 根據請求項1所述的藥物監測工具,其中: 所述資料接收器是照相機,所述照相機被配置為掃描儲存患者資訊的快速回應(QR)碼,所述患者資訊至少包括PK簡檔資訊;以及 所述藥物監測工具還包括QR碼處理器,所述QR碼處理器被配置為提取並且處理儲存在所述QR碼內的所述患者資訊。
- 根據請求項1所述的藥物監測工具,其中所述資料接收器是通訊介面,所述通訊介面被配置為從安全伺服器接收所述PK簡檔,所接收的所述PK簡檔被加密,並且所述通訊介面還被配置為對加密的所述PK簡檔進行解密。
- 根據請求項3所述的藥物監測工具,還包括QR碼生成器,所述QR碼生成器被配置為生成所述QR碼,所述QR碼具有使用利用密碼塊連結(CBC)和公共金鑰密碼標準(PKCS)填充的AES-256加密來加密的患者資訊。

- 根據請求項1所述的藥物監測工具,還包括啟動工具包,所述啟動工具包被配置為回應於至少以下來啟用對所述藥物監測工具的功能的訪問:接收所述患者的所述PK簡檔和/或接收第一預防性注入的日誌。
- 根據請求項1所述的藥物監測工具,其中所述互動式使用者介面被配置為顯示在所述患者內任何給定時間的所述治療性血漿蛋白的隨時間變化的量的圖形表示,所述圖形表示描繪與所述治療性血漿蛋白的所述隨時間變化的量相關聯的區域,其中每個區域與所述患者內所述治療性血漿蛋白的所述隨時間變化的量的特定濃度範圍相關聯。
- 根據請求項9所述的藥物監測工具,其中所述互動式使用者介面包括圖形控制元件,所述圖形控制元件被配置為接收患者輸入,所述患者輸入與針對所述患者內在特定時間的所述治療性血漿蛋白的所述隨時間變化的量的請求對應;並且其中所述互動式使用者介面被配置為顯示所述患者內在所述特定時間的所述治療性血漿蛋白的所述隨時間變化的量的所述圖形表示。
