Abstract

本發明揭示了一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,所述導電端子包括主體部、自所述主體部一側延伸的一對接觸部及自所述主體部另一側延伸出基部的一對焊接部,所述一對接觸部分別暴露於所述第一、第二對接面且與第一、第二對接面對齊。所述一對焊接部連接在一起,增強了電連接器與外部電路板的組裝強度。

Description

電連接器及其製造方法
本發明有關一種電連接器及其製造方法,尤其涉及一種電連接器中導電端子的設置。
中國大陸實用新型專利公告第CN204179288U號揭示了一種插座連接器,所述插座連接器包括一插座外殼、一膠芯座及一插座端子組。插座端子包含有一主體部、一焊接腳、一第一端部以及一第二端部,焊接腳延伸於主體部,第一端部及第二端部均突伸於主體部,且第二端部對應於第一端部。第一端部外露於第一面,第二端部外露於第二面。焊接腳僅向下延伸,當焊接腳焊接至電路板時,其抓板能力較弱。
因此,確有必要提供一種新的電連接器。
本發明的目的在於:提供一種電連接器及其製造方法,所述電連接器與外部電路板的組裝強度更佳。
為實現上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現:一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,所述導電端子包括主體部、自所述主體部一側延伸的一對接觸部及自所述主體部另一側延伸出所述基部的一對焊接部,所述一對接觸部分別暴露於所述第一、第二對接面且與所述第一、第二對接面對齊。
與習知技術相比,本發明電連接器中的導電端子設有一對焊接部,所述一對焊接部用以焊接於一外部電路板,增強了電連接器與外部電路板的組裝強度。
為實現上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現:一種電連接器的製造方法,其包括:(1)提供絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述絕緣本體形成有貫穿所述基部的插槽;(2)提供平板狀導電端子,所述導電端子包括主體部、自所述主體部一側延伸的一對接觸部及自所述主體部另一側延伸的一對焊接部;(3)將所述導電端子插入所述絕緣本體的插槽,所述主體部收容於所述基部,所述接觸部暴露於所述對接舌板上,所述一對焊接部分別延伸超出所述基部。
與現有技術相比,本發明電連接器中的導電端子設有一對焊接部,所述一對焊接部用以焊接於一外部電路板,增強了電連接器與外部電路板的組裝強度。
參第一圖至第二圖所示,本發明公開了一種電連接器100,用以焊接於一外部電路板(未圖示)。所述電連接器100包括絕緣本體10及固定於所述絕緣本體10中的導電端子20。所述絕緣本體10設有向後開口的插槽11,所述導電端子20自後向前插入所述插槽11。所述絕緣本體10具有基部12及自所述基部12向前延伸的對接舌板15。所述基部12包括相對設置的上端面13與下端面14。所述對接舌板15包括相對設置的第一對接面16與第二對接面17。所述導電端子20由金屬板切割形成,所述導電端子20垂直於所述第一、第二對接面16、17。
參第二圖至第三圖所示,所述導電端子20包括主體部21、自所述主體部21一側延伸的一對接觸部25及自所述主體部21另一側延伸出所述基部12的一對焊接部27。所述一對接觸部25分別暴露於所述第一、第二對接面16、17且與所述第一、第二對接面16、17對齊。所述主體部21的兩側分別設有倒刺22,所述倒刺22與所述絕緣本體10干涉配合。所述主體部21的左右兩側設有凸點23,所述凸點23與所述絕緣本體10干涉配合,增強所述導電端子20與所述絕緣本體10的配合強度。所述一對接觸部25自所述主體部21彼此相對傾斜延伸。所述接觸部25的延伸末端設有卡持部26,所述卡持部26插入所述絕緣本體10內以避免所述導電端子20的接觸部25脫離所述對接舌板15的第一、第二對接面16、17。在垂直於所述第一、第二對接面16、17的方向上,所述一對焊接部27分別延伸超出所述基部12的對應側面。所述焊接部27用以焊接於所述外部電路板(未圖示)。所述主體部21與所述焊接部27的拐角處分別設有半圓弧形凹口24,所述絕緣本體10形成有與所述半圓弧形凹口24配合的凸出部18,所述半圓弧形凹口24與所述凸出部18配合,防止所述導電端子20向後脫離所述絕緣本體10。所述主體部21在位於所述一對焊接部27之間的位置設有向對接舌板15方向凹陷的凹陷部28,當所述焊接部27焊接於所述外部電路板時,所述凹陷部28用於收容溢出的焊錫。
一種電連接器100的製造方法,其包括:(1)提供絕緣本體10,所述絕緣本體10具有基部12及自所述基部12延伸的對接舌板15,所述絕緣本體10形成有貫穿所述基部12的插槽;(2)提供平板狀導電端子20,所述導電端子20包括主體部21、自所述主體部21一側延伸的一對接觸部25及自所述主體部21另一側延伸的一對焊接部27;(3)將所述導電端子20插入所述絕緣本體10的插槽,所述主體部21收容於所述基部12,所述接觸部25暴露於所述對接舌板15上,所述一對焊接部27分別延伸超出所述基部12。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,其中所述導電端子包括主體部、自所述主體部一側延伸的一對接觸部及自所述主體部另一側延伸出所述基部的一對焊接部,所述一對接觸部分別暴露於所述第一、第二對接面且與所述第一、第二對接面對齊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器,其中在垂直於所述第一、第二對接面的方向上,所述一對焊接部分別延伸超出所述基部的對應側面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的電連接器,其中所述主體部與所述焊接部的拐角處分別設有半圓弧形凹口,所述絕緣本體形成有與所述半圓弧形凹口配合的凸出部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的電連接器,其中所述主體部在位於所述一對焊接部之間的位置設有向所述對接舌板方向凹陷的凹陷部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的電連接器,其中所述一對接觸部自所述主體部彼此相對傾斜延伸。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的電連接器,其中所述主體部的兩側分別設有倒刺,所述倒刺與所述絕緣本體干涉配合。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器,其中所述導電端子由金屬板切割形成,所述導電端子垂直於所述第一、第二對接面。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體設有向後開口的插槽,所述導電端子自後向前插入所述插槽,所述主體部的左右兩側分別設有凸點,所述凸點與所述絕緣本體干涉配合。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的電連接器,其中所述接觸部的延伸末端設有卡持部,所述卡持部插入所述絕緣本體內以避免所述接觸部脫離所述第一、第二對接面。
  10. 一種電連接器的製造方法,其包括: (1) 提供絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述絕緣本體形成有貫穿所述基部的插槽; (2) 提供平板狀導電端子,所述導電端子包括主體部、自所述主體部一側延伸的一對接觸部及自所述主體部另一側延伸的一對焊接部; (3) 將所述導電端子插入所述絕緣本體的插槽,所述主體部收容於所述基部,所述接觸部暴露於所述對接舌板上,所述一對焊接部分別延伸超出所述基部。
