本发明揭示一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体中的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接舌板,所述对接舌板包括相对设置的第一对接面与第二对接面,所述导电端子包括主体部、自所述主体部一侧延伸的一对接触部及自所述主体部另一侧延伸出基部的一对焊接部,所述一对接触部分别暴露在所述第一、第二对接面且与第一、第二对接面对齐。所述一对焊接部连接在一起,增强了电连接器与外部电路板的组装强度。

电连接器及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器及其制造方法,尤其涉及一种电连接器中导电端子的设置。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第CN204179288U号揭示了一种插座连接器,所述插座连接器包括一插座外壳、一胶芯座及一插座端子组。插座端子包含有一主体部、一焊接脚、一第一端部以及一第二端部,焊接脚延伸于主体部,第一端部及第二端部均突伸于主体部,且第二端部对应于第一端部。第一端部外露于第一面,第二端部外露于第二面。焊接脚仅向下延伸,当焊接脚焊接至电路板时,其抓板能力较弱。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器及其制造方法,所述电连接器与外部电路板的组装强度更佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体中的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接舌板,所述对接舌板包括相对设置的第一对接面与第二对接面,所述导电端子包括主体部、自所述主体部一侧延伸的一对接触部及自所述主体部另一侧延伸出所述基部的一对焊接部,所述一对接触部分别暴露在所述第一、第二对接面且与所述第一、第二对接面对齐。
相对于现有技术,本发明电连接器中的导电端子设有一对焊接部,所述一对焊接部用以焊接于一外部电路板,增强了电连接器与外部电路板的组装强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器的制造方法,其包括:
(1)提供绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接舌板,所述绝缘本体形成有贯穿所述基部的插槽;
(2)提供平板状导电端子,所述导电端子包括主体部、自所述主体部一侧延伸的一对接触部及自所述主体部另一侧延伸的一对焊接部;
(3)将所述导电端子插入所述绝缘本体的插槽,所述主体部收容于所述基部,所述接触部暴露在所述对接舌板上,所述一对焊接部分别延伸超出所述基部。
相对于现有技术,本发明电连接器中的导电端子设有一对焊接部,所述一对焊接部用以焊接于一外部电路板,增强了电连接器与外部电路板的组装强度。

【具体实施方式】
如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
参阅图1至图2,本发明公开了一种电连接器100,用以焊接于一外部电路板(未图示)。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体10及固定于所述绝缘本体10中的导电端子20。所述绝缘本体10设有向后开口的插槽11,所述导电端子20自后向前插入所述插槽11。所述绝缘本体10具有基部12及自所述基部12向前延伸的对接舌板15。所述基部12包括相对设置的上端面13与下端面14。所述对接舌板15包括相对设置的第一对接面16与第二对接面17。所述导电端子20由金属板切割形成,所述导电端子20垂直于所述第一、第二对接面(16,17)。
参阅图2至图3,所述导电端子20包括主体部21、自所述主体部21一侧延伸的一对接触部25及自所述主体部21另一侧延伸出所述基部12的一对焊接部27。所述一对接触部25分别暴露在所述第一、第二对接面(16,17)且与所述第一、第二对接面(16,17)对齐。所述主体部21的两侧分别设有倒刺22,所述倒刺22与所述绝缘本体10干涉配合。所述主体部21的左右两侧设有凸点23,所述凸点23与所述绝缘本体10干涉配合,增强所述导电端子20与所述绝缘本体10的配合强度。所述一对接触部25自所述主体部21彼此相对倾斜延伸。所述接触部25的延伸末端设有卡持部26,所述卡持部26插入所述绝缘本体10内以避免所述导电端子20的接触部25脱离所述对接舌板15的第一、第二对接面(16,17)。在垂直于所述第一、第二对接面(16,17)的方向上,所述一对焊接部27分别延伸超出所述基部12的对应侧面。所述焊接部27用以焊接于所述外部电路板(未图示)。所述主体部21与所述焊接部27的拐角处分别设有半圆弧形凹口24,所述绝缘本体10形成有与所述半圆弧形凹口24配合的凸出部18,所述半圆弧形凹口24与所述凸出部18配合,防止所述导电端子20向后脱离所述绝缘本体10。所述主体部21在位于所述一对焊接部27之间的位置设有向对接舌板15方向凹陷的凹陷部28,当所述焊接部27焊接于所述外部电路板时,所述凹陷部28用于收容溢出的焊锡。
一种电连接器100的制造方法,其包括:(1)提供绝缘本体10,所述绝缘本体10具有基部12及自所述基部12延伸的对接舌板15,所述绝缘本体10形成有贯穿所述基部12的插槽;(2)提供平板状导电端子20,所述导电端子20包括主体部21、自所述主体部21一侧延伸的一对接触部25及自所述主体部21另一侧延伸的一对焊接部27;(3)将所述导电端子20插入所述绝缘本体10的插槽,所述主体部21收容于所述基部12,所述接触部25暴露在所述对接舌板15上,所述一对焊接部27分别延伸超出所述基部12。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体中的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接舌板,所述对接舌板包括相对设置的第一对接面与第二对接面,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括主体部、自所述主体部一侧延伸的一对接触部及自所述主体部另一侧延伸出所述基部的一对焊接部,所述一对接触部分别暴露在所述第一、第二对接面且与所述第一、第二对接面对齐。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:在垂直于所述第一、第二对接面的方向上,所述一对焊接部分别延伸超出所述基部的对应侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部与所述焊接部的拐角处分别设有半圆弧形凹口,所述绝缘本体形成有与所述半圆弧形凹口配合的凸出部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部在位于所述一对焊接部之间的位置设有向所述对接舌板方向凹陷的凹陷部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对接触部自所述主体部彼此相对倾斜延伸。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部的两侧分别设有倒刺,所述倒刺与所述绝缘本体干涉配合。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子由金属板切割形成,所述导电端子垂直于所述第一、第二对接面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有向后开口的插槽,所述导电端子自后向前插入所述插槽,所述主体部的左右两侧分别设有凸点,所述凸点与所述绝缘本体干涉配合。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部的延伸末端设有卡持部,所述卡持部插入所述绝缘本体内以避免所述接触部脱离所述第一、第二对接面。
10.一种电连接器的制造方法,其包括:
(1)提供绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接舌板,所述绝缘本体形成有贯穿所述基部的插槽;
(2)提供平板状导电端子,所述导电端子包括主体部、自所述主体部一侧延伸的一对接触部及自所述主体部另一侧延伸的一对焊接部;
(3)将所述导电端子插入所述绝缘本体的插槽,所述主体部收容于所述基部,所述接触部暴露在所述对接舌板上,所述一对焊接部分别延伸超出所述基部。
