Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、组装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括一具有顶部、底部及前后端面的主体部,及自该主体部前端面向前延伸形成的一容纳所述导电端子的收容部,所述主体部后端面形成有一具有顶面的凹陷区,所述顶面上设有若干彼此相互间隔且向下开放的定位槽,所述导电端子具有置于该等定位槽内的焊接部,所述定位槽可使导电端子焊接部之共面度得到有效控制,从而提高端子焊接性能及信号传输效果。

Description

电连接器【技术领域】本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种能有效控制端子焊接部共面度的 沉板型电连接器。 【背景技术】与本实用新型相关的现有技术可参见中国实用新型专利公告第2671164Y 号,该专利揭示了一种电连接器,其包括一遮蔽壳体、 一装设在遮蔽壳体内的 绝缘壳体及若干插设在绝缘壳体内的导电端子,该绝缘壳体具有一主体部,自 该主体部中部向前延伸一端子承座,该端子承座上下两侧各设有若干收容所述 导电端子的导槽,该导槽贯穿所述主体部至主体部后端的中空部,该中空部底 面设有从后端凹入且贯穿底面的若干端子定位道,该等定位道的数目与所述导 槽的数目相等。上述电连接器中,所述导电端子设置于所述定位道内,该等定位道起到将 若干导电端子彼此相互隔开避免短路的作用,但该等定位道贯穿所述中空部底 面,因此导电端子焊脚的焊接力不足,当受到外力作用时,则会影响端子焊脚 纵向的稳固性使其共面度不能有效控制,因此该结构无法保证导电端子良好的 焊接性能。另外,所述电连接器焊接于电路板上之后,其整体位于电路板上部, 该结构没有起到节省空间的作用,不符合产品小型化发展趋势的要求,所以需 要一种改进的电连接器以克服上述缺陷。 【实用新型内容】本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可有效控制导电端子焊接部共面度且符 合产品小型化发展趋势的沉板型电连接器。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 一种电连接器,其包括 绝缘本体、組装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括一 具有顶部、底部及前后端面的主体部,及自该主体部前端面向前延伸形成的一 容纳所述导电端子的收容部,其特征在于:所述主体部后端面形成一具有顶面 的凹陷区,所述顶面上设有若干彼此相互间隔且向下开放的定位槽。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器通过在绝缘本体凹陷区的顶面上设 置若干彼此相互间隔且向下开放未贯穿所述主体部顶部的定位槽,使得导电端 子稳定固持于该等定位槽后,其共面度得到有效控制,从而提高了焊接性能, 确保信号的稳定传输。 【附图说明】图l是本实用新型电连接器组装后的立体图。图2是本实用新型电连接器的立体分解图。 图3是本实用新型电连接器另 一 角度的立体分解图。 图4是本实用新型电连接器导电端子立体图。 图5是本实用新型电连接器组装后另一角度的立体图。 【具体实施方式】请参阅图l及图2所示,本实用新型电连接器为一沉板型电连接器,其包 括遮蔽壳体l、绝缘本体2及若干导电端子3。请参阅图2及图3所示,遮蔽壳体l包括一顶壁ll、自该顶壁ll两端向下延 伸的两侧壁12及由该两倒壁12弯折对接所形成的底壁13,由上述顶壁ll、两侧 壁12及底壁13形成该遮蔽壳体1的收容腔10。所述顶壁11上设有两弹片14,该 顶壁ll后缘两侧设有两凹口lll;对应上述顶壁11所述底壁13上也设有两弹片 14,该等弹片14对应卡接于对接电连接器(未图示)上,以实现较为稳固的配 合,在该底壁13对接处还形成有若干相互对接的凸接部131及凹接部132,且所 述对接处向后延伸有一卡扣部133,该卡扣部133两侧分别设有扣臂134 ;所述 两側壁12分别向下弯折延伸有两对可焊接于电路板(未图示)上的焊接脚15, 该焊接脚15末端位于遮蔽壳体1顶壁11与底壁13之间,两側壁12与底壁13的交 界处还^:有一对褶皱部16。请继续参阅图2及图3所示,绝缘本体2包括一具有顶部、底部及前后端 面的主体部21及自该主体部21前端面向前延伸的收容部23,所述主体部21 后端面形成一自主体部21底部向上延伸的凹陷区25,所述收容部23收容于 遮蔽壳体1包围所形成的腔体10内,其上下两侧各i殳有若干容纳所述导电端 子3的容置槽24,该容置槽24从前至后贯穿收容部23前端部231及主体部 21后端面的凹陷区25,同时该容置槽24在收容部23前端部231形成一止挡 部241且在主体部21上呈"十"字构型。所述主体部21的顶部上设有两凸台 211,该两凸台211与所述遮蔽壳体1上的两凹口 lll相对接;该主体部21后

端面的凹陷区25具有未贯穿主体部21顶部的顶面251,该顶面251上设有若 干彼此相互间隔且向下开放未贯穿主体部21顶部的定位槽252;该主体部21 前端面且靠近其底部处"&有一向内凹陷的横向卡槽22,该卡槽22两端设有与 所迷遮蔽壳体1的褶皱部16相对应的弯曲部221,所述褶皱部16之部分固持 于该弯曲部221内,贯穿上述卡槽22与凹陷区25设有一与遮蔽壳体1的卡扣 部133相配合的卡扣孔222,在该卡扣孔222两侧分别设有一与遮蔽壳体1的 扣臂134相配合的扣合孔223。请参阅图3及图4所示,导电端子3呈阶梯型,其包括上排导电端子31 及下排导电端子32,所述导电端子31、 32分别包括对接部312、 322,由对接 部312、 322向前延伸形成的自由末端311、 321及其向后延伸形成的固持部 313、 323,焊接部315、 316及连接所述焊接部315、 316与固持部313、 323 的连接部314、 324,其中所述对接部312、 322收容于所述收容部23两侧的 容置槽24中,所述自由末端311、 321收容于容置槽24在收容部23前端部 231形成的止档部241内,以防止导电端子31、 32发生翘起,所述固持部313、 323收容于所述绝缘本体2主体部21的"十"字型容置槽24中,同时固持部 313、 323设有若干向外延伸的凸剌3131、 3231,以使导电端子31、 32稳定固 持于所述绝缘本体2内,所述焊接部315、 316平行于接触部312、 322且收容 于所述凹陷区25顶面251的定位槽252内,其中上排导电端子31之连接部 314的长度小于下排导电端子32之连接部324的长度,以保证上排导电端子 31之焊接部315与下排导电端子32之焊接部325位于同一平面上,从而确保 导电端子31、 32焊接部315、 316的共面度。请参阅图1至图5所示,在组装时,首先将若干上排导电端子31插设到 绝缘本体2的容置槽24内,接着将若干下排导电端子32插设到绝缘本体2 的容置槽24内,然后将組装好的绝缘本体2和导电端子3安装到遮蔽壳体1 上,使遮蔽壳体1的两褶皱部16部分固持于绝缘本体2的两弯曲部221内, 同时使绝缘本体2主体部21之顶部上的两凸块211与遮蔽壳体l之顶壁11的 两凹口 111相对接扣合,遮蔽壳体1之底壁13的卡扣部133与绝缘本体2的 卡扣孔222相卡扣,同时扣臂134与扣合孔223相扣合,最后将两扣臂134 弯折扣持于绝缘本体2,从而将绝缘本体2与遮蔽壳体1组装成一体,形成组 装后的电连接器。

未贯穿主体部顶部的端子定位槽,使收容于所述定位槽内的导电端子焊接部的 共面度得到良好的控制,从而增强了焊接部纵向的稳固性,提高了焊接性能, 从而确保信号的稳定传输。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、组装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括一具有顶部、底部及前后端面的主体部,及自该主体部前端面向前延伸形成的一容纳所述导电端子的收容部,其特征在于:所述主体部后端面形成一具有顶面的凹陷区,所述顶面上设有若干彼此相互间隔且向下开放的定位槽。
2. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体包括一顶壁、 自该顶壁两端向下延伸的两侧壁及一底壁。
3. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体之主体部在 靠近其底部的前端面上设有一向内凹陷的横向卡槽,该卡槽内设有贯穿所述凹 陷区的卡扣孔,所述遮蔽壳体底壁由两侧壁进一步弯折对接形成,所述底壁对 接处向后延伸有与所述卡扣孔相配合的卡扣部。
4. 如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体两侧壁与底 壁的交界处设有形状相同的褶铍部,所述绝缘本体卡槽两端设有形状与该褶皱 部相对应的弯曲部,所述褶皱部部分固持于该弯曲部内。
5. 如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凹陷区自主体部底部 向上延伸,所述卡扣孔两侧分别"i殳有一扣合孔,所述卡扣部两侧分别设有与该 扣合孔相配合的扣臂。
6. 如权利要求l-5任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括 上下两排导电端子,每排导电端子都包括对接部、自对接部向前延伸的自由末 端及其向后延伸的固持部、焊接部及连接焊接部与固持部的连接部,所述焊接 部收容于所述凹陷区的定位槽内。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容部上下两側各设有 若干贯穿收容部与主体部的端子容置槽,该容置槽在收容部前端部形成有收容 导电端子自由末端的止挡部。
8. 如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子固持部上设 有沿横向凸伸的凸刺,所述端子容置槽在主体部上配合该凸刺呈"十,,字构型。
9. 如权利要求2-5任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体主体 部顶部设有凸台,所述遮蔽壳体顶壁后缘对应该凸台处设有凹口,所述凸台插 置于所述凹口内。
10.如权利要求2-5任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体两 側壁上分别向下弯折延伸有焊接于电路板的焊接脚,所述悍接脚末端位于遮蔽 壳体顶壁与底壁之间。
