Abstract

本發明揭示了一種電連接器,用以焊接於一外部電路板,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體及一體成型於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述基部包括上端面與下端面,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,所述導電端子包括前端部、自所述前端部延伸的中間部及自所述中間部延伸並露出所述絕緣本體的焊接部,所述前端部分別露出所述對接舌板的第一、第二對接面而形成一對接觸部,增強了導電端子與絕緣本體的配合強度。

Description

電連接器及其製造方法
本發明係關於一種電連接器及其製造方法,尤其涉及一種電連接器中導電端子的設置。
中國大陸實用新型專利第CN204179288U號揭示了一種插座連接器,所述插座連接器包括一插座外殼、一膠芯座及一插座端子組。插座端子包含有一主體部、一焊接腳、一第一端部以及一第二端部,焊接腳延伸於主體部,第一端部及第二端部均突伸於主體部,且第二端部對應於第一端部。第一端部外露於第一面,第二端部外露於第二面。所述第一端部與所述第二端部分別突伸於所述主體部的上下兩端,當所述插座端子安裝於所述膠芯座時,插座端子與膠芯座的配合強度較弱。
因此,確有必要提供一種新的電連接器。
本發明的目的在於:提供一種電連接器及其製造方法,所述電連接器中的導電端子與絕緣本體之間的配合強度更佳。
為實現上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現:一種電連接器,用以焊接於一外部電路板,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體及一體成型於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述基部包括上端面與下端面,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,所述導電端子包括前端部、自所述前端部延伸的中間部及自所述中間部延伸並露出所述絕緣本體的焊接部,所述前端部分別露出所述對接舌板的第一、第二對接面而形成一對接觸部。
與習知技術相比,本發明中電連接器中導電端子的前端部分別露出所述對接舌板的第一、第二對接面而形成一對接觸部,增強了導電端子與絕緣本體的配合強度。
參第一圖至第三圖所示,本發明公開了一種電連接器100,用以焊接於一外部電路板。所述電連接器100包括絕緣本體10及一體成型於所述絕緣本體10中的導電端子20。所述導電端子20包括第一導電端子組與第二導電端子組,所述第一導電端子組與所述第二導電端子組分別一體成型於所述絕緣本體10的橫向兩側。所述絕緣本體10具有基部11及自所述基部11延伸的對接舌板12。所述對接舌板12包括相對設置的第一對接面13與第二對接面14。所述對接舌板12設有四上下貫穿的第二通孔15。
參第二圖至第四圖所示,所述導電端子20包括前端部21、自所述前端部21延伸的中間部及自所述中間部延伸的焊接部24。所述前端部21沿上下方向的寬度大於所述中間部沿上下方向的寬度。所述前端部21分別露出所述對接舌板12的第一、第二對接面13、14而形成一對接觸部23,所述一對接觸部23用於與對接連接器的接觸部配合,增強了導電端子20與絕緣本體10的配合強度。所述前端部21設有兩第一通孔22,所述兩第一通孔22沿前後方向排列於所述前端部21。當所述絕緣本體10一體成型於所述導電端子20時,所述第一通孔22內充滿用於形成所述絕緣本體10的塑膠,增強了導電端子20與絕緣本體10之間的配合強度。所述一對接觸部23分別露出所述第一、第二對接面13、14。所述焊接部24延伸超出所述基部11並用以焊接於所述外部電路板。
一種電連接器100的製造方法,其包括如下步驟:(1)提供絕緣本體10,所述絕緣本體10具有基部11及自所述基部11延伸的對接舌板12,所述對接舌板12包括相對設置的第一對接面13與第二對接面14;(2)提供導電端子20,所述導電端子20包括前端部21、自所述前端部21延伸的中間部及自所述中間部延伸並露出所述絕緣本體10的焊接部24,所述前端部21分別露出所述對接舌板12的第一、第二對接面13、14而形成一對接觸部23,所述一對接觸部23用於與對接連接器的接觸部配合,所述焊接部24用以焊接於一外部電路板;(3)將所述導電端子20一體成型於所述絕緣本體10,所述前端部21固定於所述對接舌板12,所述一對接觸部23分別露出所述第一、第二對接面13、14,所述焊接部24延伸超出所述基部11並用以焊接於所述外部電路板。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種電連接器,用以焊接於一外部電路板,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體及一體成型於所述絕緣本體中的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接舌板,所述基部包括上端面與下端面,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面,其中所述導電端子包括前端部、自所述前端部向後延伸的中間部及自所述中間部繼續向後延伸並露出所述絕緣本體的焊接部,所述前端部分別露出所述對接舌板的第一、第二對接面而形成一對接觸部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器,其中所述前端部沿上下方向的寬度大於所述中間部沿上下方向的寬度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的電連接器,其中所述導電端子包括第一導電端子組與第二導電端子組,所述第一導電端子組與所述第二導電端子組分別一體成型於所述絕緣本體的橫向兩側。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的電連接器,其中所述前端部設有兩第一通孔,所述兩第一通孔沿前後方向排列於所述前端部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的電連接器,其中所述對接舌板設有複數上下貫穿的第二通孔。
  6. 一種電連接器的製造方法,其包括: (1)提供絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板,所述對接舌板包括相對設置的第一對接面與第二對接面; (2)提供導電端子,所述導電端子包括前端部、自所述前端部延伸的中間部及自所述中間部延伸並露出所述絕緣本體的焊接部,所述前端部分別露出所述對接舌板的第一、第二對接面而形成一對接觸部,所述一對接觸部用於與對接連接器的接觸部配合,所述焊接部用以焊接於一外部電路板; (3)將所述導電端子一體成型於所述絕緣本體,所述前端部固定於所述對接舌板,所述一對接觸部分別露出所述第一、第二對接面,所述焊接部延伸超出所述基部並用以焊接於所述外部電路板。
