Abstract

Description
本發明為關於紋理化清潔物品。
技藝中熟知利用單一可拋棄式墊將清潔產品傳遞給使用者。雖然此等可拋棄式清潔物品之構造有廣泛的變化,但清潔物品通常包括具有單一紋理化表面的單一層。例如,美國專利第3,537,121及3,910,284號揭示清潔但不刮傷或磨蝕目標表面的單層非織造清潔物品。在其他實例中,已發展出具有二或更多層的清潔物品來改良墊的耐久性或手感。在某些實例中,使用多個層亦可使墊擁有兩個具有不同紋理的擦拭表面。然而,由墊之不同外層所提供之紋理經常具有顯著不同的紋理,諸如一個表面實質上光滑用於拋光等,且另一個具有大的紋理程度用於擦洗等。此外,該等層包含類似的纖維網,其中一個纖維網簡單地具有安置於其表面上之調質劑(texturing agent)。以此方式,墊的紋理在第一與第二面之間可以不同,但該等層的滲透性實質上相似。

一般而言,本發明提供一種用於以任何方式清潔身體表面,尤其係使用者臉部的紋理化清潔物品。該紋理化清潔物品包括形成該物品之第一及第二面的第一及第二外部部件。該第一及該第二面皆係經紋理化,但較佳地,該等面具有不同紋理,以於單一清潔物品中提供給使用者不同程度的清潔。例如,於一個具體例中,第一面具有大於0.50、更佳大於約0.55、諸如約0.55至約1.00及更佳約0.55 至約0.75之摩擦係數,及第二面具有小於0.50、諸如約0.30至0.50及更佳約0.35至約0.45之摩擦係數。

在某些具體例中,第一外部部件可包括具有暴露於其外表面上之隆凸(本文中亦稱為結節或突出物)的纖維材料。可改變隆凸的尺寸及/或頻率以賦予期望的手感。隆凸較佳具有至少約100μm之直徑,及在其他態樣中,該等隆凸可具有約100至約2,000μm之平均直徑,及更理想地,約200μm至約1,000μm之平均直徑。在一特佳具體例中,隆凸具有至少約100μm之直徑且係非中空的。
隆凸可藉由將其沉積於預形成纖維網上來形成。隆凸可隨機地遍及纖維網之表面而施加,或視需要以一或多個圖案施加,諸如透過使用輪轉凹版或凹版印刷(直接或間接)、柔版印刷、網版印刷、型版施加等等。用於形成隆凸的適宜材料包括,但不限於,聚烯烴、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、熱塑性彈性體、微晶蠟、及天然或合成樹脂。可使 用通常用作熱熔膠的材料,及特定言之諸如描述於美國專利公開案第2007/142801號中之耐油熱熔膠,來形成沉積的聚合性隆凸。
在某些具體例中,可能希望形成隆凸的聚合材料具有至少65、及又更理想地至少約70、及又更理想地至少約80的硬度。在某些具體例中,形成隆凸的聚合材料可具有介於65與100之間的硬度,及在又其他的具體例中,可具有介於約70與約90之間的硬度。如本文所使用,聚合材料的硬度係根據ASTM D2204(類型D)來測定。在又其他具體例中,形成隆凸(包括結節及/或纖維)的聚合材料可理想地具有約500MPa之撓曲模數,及又更理想地可具有約800MPa或更大之撓曲模數。撓曲模數係根據ASTM D790來測定。在一替代性具體例中,聚合材料可同時具有上文所描述的撓曲模數及硬度性質。
在某些具體例中,隆凸具有球形或部分球形形狀,且具有至少約500μm及更佳地至少約700μm及又更佳地至少約1,000μm,諸如約500至約2,000μm及更理想地約700至約1,500μm之一般在隆凸與纖維網接觸點處量測的平均直徑。
隆凸一般在z方向中自第一面的表面平面延伸,從而提供具有一高度的隆凸。在某些較佳具體例中,隆凸包括印刷於非織造纖維網上之聚合材料,其中該等隆凸具有大於約150μm、更佳地大於約250μm、及又更佳地大於約400μm、諸如約150至約1,000μm及更佳地約300至約650μm之平均高度。在某些較佳具體例中,隆凸之高度相當均勻,以致高度之標準差小於約±50μm及更佳地小於約±25μm。

隆凸可以任何數目之不同的非隨機圖案來施加,包括,例如,圖5及6中繪示的非隨機圖案。圖案一般係由印刷在形成物品10之第一面24之第一外部部件14上的隆凸30所形成。物品10可具有鄰接於其外部周邊邊緣20的結合邊緣22,其可賦予物品10美觀性,但一般並不構成整體圖案的部分。
在其他具體例中,可藉由將顆粒施加至用來形成第一外部部件的前驅纖維網來賦予第一外部部件紋理。顆粒可藉由使用黏著劑、黏合劑或其他材料而於纖維上固定位。黏合劑材料及相關的顆粒材料可實質上遍及整個外表面,或在其他具體例中,以一或多個期望圖案施加至纖維網。施加黏合劑及相關顆粒材料的方法包括噴霧、浸漬及擠壓、泡沫處理、輪轉凹版或凹版印刷(直接或間接)、柔版印刷、網版印刷等等。或者,可將纖維形成為其中含有顆粒材料,或在熱塑 性纖維之情況中,可加熱含有顆粒之纖維網以使顆粒在纖維處於半熔融狀態中時固定地嵌入其中。

參照圖2,繪示物品10之第一外部部件14的一個具體例。第一外部部件14可由非織造纖維網或其類似物形成。將複數個聚合性隆凸30安置於第一外部部件14之外表面上,以向物品10之第一面24提供紋理。一般而言,隆凸係高起於非織造纖維網之外表面上方,且共同形成物品的第一表面。

較佳地,第二外部部件之外表面具有三維形狀以提供紋理化表面。當使用清潔物品來擦洗或清潔表面(諸如皮膚)時,紋理化表面尤其有用。在一個具體例中,第二外部部件包括單層非織造纖維網,第二外部部件具有頂表面及底表面,其中頂表面係經紋理化。在用於 第二外部部件上之非織造纖維網上形成紋理化表面的方式可視期望結果的特定應用而變化。例如,可將前驅纖維網壓花以提供紋理化表面。在另一具體例中,可使纖維網進行消光處理以提供紋理。在又其他具體例中,可藉由將非織造纖維網進行熱點脫膠以形成複數個簇而賦予紋理化表面。如本文所使用,已經「熱點脫膠」過的基材係指包括被黏合區域包圍的高起之脫膠區域或輕度黏合區域的基材。例如,凸塊或簇係形成離開非織造纖維網之表面以提供必要紋理之高起突出物的脫膠或輕度黏合區域。在又其他具體例中,纖維網可經流體纏結以形成向外且遠離纖維網之頂表面延伸的突出物,諸如描述於美國專利第9,327,473號中。
一般而言,使第二外部部件之表面紋理化的方式不涉及將材料沉積於纖維網之表面上。因此,在一較佳具體例中,第一及第二外部部件的差異在於其外表面的紋理化方式。例如,第一外部部件可藉由將聚合材料沉積於其外表面上以形成隆凸來紋理化,而第二外部部件可經由機械處理前驅纖維網諸如藉由壓花或流體纏結以形成突出物來紋理化。
在一特佳具體例中,第二外部部件包括流體纏結層壓纖維網,其具有向外且遠離層壓物之至少一個預計外表面延伸的突出物。一般而言,流體纏結層壓纖維網包括支撐層及非織造突出物纖維網,其中突出物纖維網之纖維跨越層之間的界面且與支撐層纏結且結合而形成層壓物。流體纏結層壓纖維網之基重可視文中概述之最終應用而變,但一般可在約50至約200gsm之範圍內,然而可視特定最終應用而定使用在此範圍外的基重。
雖然突出物可經來自突出物纖維網及/或支撐層的纖維 填充,但一般希望突出物係大致中空的。中空突出物理想地具有封閉端,其不含孔洞或孔隙。該等孔洞或孔隙應與一般存在於非織造纖維網中之正常的纖維間之間隙間隔作區分。然而,在一些應用中,可能希望在如下所述之纏結製程中增加衝擊流體噴射之壓力及/或停留時間以於一或多個中空突出物中產生一或多個孔洞或孔隙(未顯示)。該等孔隙可在突出物的末端或側壁中以及在突出物的末端及側壁兩者中形成。
中空突出物的形狀可為,例如,圓形、橢圓形、方形、矩形、三角形或菱形。在一個較佳具體例中,當自上方觀看時中空突出物可係圓形的,且諸如當觀看橫剖面時所見,具有稍微圓頂或彎曲的頂部或末端。如同突出物的間隔及圖案,中空突出物的寬度及深度皆可變化。此外,可於相同纖維網中利用突出物的各種形狀、尺寸及間隔。在一個具體例中,突出物可具有約0.5至約5.0mm、諸如約0.5至約2.0mm及更佳約0.75至約1.5mm之高度。
層壓纖維網中之中空突出物係位於纖維網之外表面上且自其發出。取決於已由突出物纖維網用來形成突出物之纖維量而定,中空突出物具有位在朝向纖維網之內表面且可經支撐層或纖維網之第二表面或突出物纖維網之內表面覆蓋的敞開端。該等突出物被亦由突出物纖維網之外表面所形成的地面區域包圍,但地面區域之厚度包括突出物纖維網及支撐層兩者。此地面區域可相當地平坦且平面,或其可具有建構於其中的表面形態變異性。例如,地面區域可具有完全或部分延伸至突出物纖維網及/或支撐層中的凹陷。此外,可使地面區域經壓花處理,其可賦予地面區域表面紋理及其他功能特質。再者,地面區域可具有延伸穿過層壓物以進一步利於流體(諸如由核心層滲出 之泡沫)移動進入及通過層壓物的孔隙。
一特別佳的第二外部部件18繪示於圖3中。流體纏結纖維網23包括複數個突出物32。插置於突出物32間者係位在第一平面中的地面區域34。突出物32與地面區域34一起形成物品10的第二面26。一般而言,突出物向外且遠離第一平面延伸且終止於遠端而界定出第二平面。突出物之高度可變化,但一般而言,突出物具有類似高度且界定出位在第一平面上方的第二平面。

除第一及第二外部部件外,物品一般包括一或多個內層,諸如核心部件,以提供額外及/或增強的功能。因此,可使用物品來清潔使用者的皮膚,及尤其係其臉部,清潔方式係藉由潤濕物品,然後使第一及第二面中之一或兩者相對於其摩擦,以達成期望程度及類型的清潔。
舉實例來說並參照圖4,清潔物品10可視情況包括核心部件16,以添加或增強清潔物品10的功能性。在一態樣中,核心部件16可設置於第一外部部件14與第二外部部件18之間。核心部件16 可取決於清潔物品10之期望性質而包括一或多種不同材料。在一態樣中,核心部件16可提供或增強清潔物品10產生泡沫之能力,諸如透過使用可回彈變形的多孔材料。就此而言,多孔材料之壓縮及膨脹與已存在及/或經施加的清潔劑組合作用,而產生許多氣泡並產生豐富的泡沫或皂泡。可回彈變形之高度多孔、低密度材料極適於提供此一功能;適宜的材料包括,但不限於,通過空氣黏結的非織造織物、多孔或開孔發泡體、經壓縮之黏液纖維或纖維素及諸如此類。舉非限制性實例來說,可提供此一效益的材料包括描述於美國專利第4,068,036、5,985,434及7,358,282號中者。

在再一態樣中,物品的一或多個層可包括一或多種清潔或去角質劑,以輔助物品的期望功能。例如,第一或第二外部部件、或核心可經含浸有或具有施加於其上的清潔調配物。皮膚清潔調配物係技藝中所熟知且可包括下列成分中之一或多者:清潔及/或起泡(起皂泡)界面活性劑、清潔劑、增滌劑、泡沫穩定劑、收斂劑、精油、植物 萃取物、保濕劑、濕潤劑、緩衝劑、鉗合劑、抗菌劑、顏料、著色劑、香料等等。廣泛地知曉及使用泡沫生成界面活性劑(即起皂泡界面活性劑)且其尤其適用於包含在本發明之清潔物品中的清潔調配物中。舉例來說,適宜的泡沫生成界面活性劑包括,但不限於,葡萄糖苷(例如,烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基聚葡萄糖苷等)、甜菜鹼(例如,鯨蠟基甜菜鹼、鯨蠟基二甲基甜菜鹼、椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、月桂基二甲基羧甲基甜菜鹼等)、烷基及烷基醚硫酸鹽(例如,月桂基硫酸鈉、月桂基醚硫酸鈉、鯨蠟基硫酸鹽等)、烷氧基化脂肪酸酯、磺基甜菜鹼(例如,椰油醯胺丙基羥基磺基甜菜鹼等)、胺氧化物(例如,月桂胺氧化物、椰子胺氧化物等)、烷基羥乙基磺酸鹽(例如,椰油醯基羥乙基磺酸鈉、月桂醯基羥乙基磺酸鈉等)及諸如此類。此外,適宜清潔調配物的非限制性實例描述於美國專利第6,806,213號及美國公開案第US2003/207632及US2005/136531號中。理想地,一或多個內部層(諸如第一外部部件或核心層)包括有效量的起皂泡界面活性劑,以使得在重複按壓及釋放濕物品時能夠形成豐富的皂泡。僅作為一個特定實例,清潔調配物可包括以下成分的組合:癸基葡萄糖苷、甘油、椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、乙酸生育酚酯、蘋果酸、及化妝品可接受的防腐劑。
物品、及清潔調配物可視需要以潮濕或乾燥形式提供。舉非限制性實例來說,清潔調配物可經由浸漬、噴霧、印刷(例如,柔版、輪轉凹版、平版等)、凹版塗布、柔版塗布、狹縫式塗布、泡沫施加等等施加至核心層。通常期望以含水形式施加清潔調配物,其後再藉由熱空氣乾燥或其他方法移除過剩水分,以獲得乾燥產品或具有較高百分比之功能性成分的潮濕產品。在替代具體例中,應注意清潔調配物可分開地及/或另外地含浸於或施加至包括第一外部部件或第二外 部部件之其他層的一或多者中。在某些具體例中,期望物品包含,基於其乾重,介於約1及500重量百分比之間之清潔調配物及/或起皂泡界面活性劑。在又其他具體例中,期望物品包含介於約1及約250%之間、及又更理想地介於約5及約100%之間之清潔調配物及/或起皂泡界面活性劑(基於物品之乾重計)。
在再一態樣中,清潔物品中之任何一或多個層可視情況包括一或多種添加劑或外用劑,以修飾或改良其固有的親水及/或疏水特性。通常期望提高層的可濕性或親水特性,諸如,例如,藉由施加或包含濕潤劑及/或界面活性劑。作為再一選項,一或多個層可視需要包括顏料、失透劑、軟化劑、顆粒、香料及諸如此類,來賦予或改良一或多種物理或美觀特質。構成各種層的材料亦可視需要視情況經物理處理來提高或改良其他特性諸如,例如,手感、外觀、耐久性等等。就此而言,常用處理的實例包括,但不限於,壓花、拉伸、起皺、印刷、針刺及諸如此類。
形成物品的各種層可相互組合以形成單一整體物品。各種層可藉由技藝中已知之一或多種方式結合。舉例來說,第一及第二外部部件可透過使用黏著劑、熱黏合、機械皺縮、針縫合等等而相互結合。此外,應注意其他相鄰層可視需要透過使用類似方法進一步結合至第一及/或第二外部部件而達成增加的物品完整性。例如,參照圖4,第一及第二部件14、18可藉由壓花22而在靠近物品10之周邊20處相互結合。
如先前所指出,第一及第二面24、26較佳具有一般藉由使用不同材料所提供的不同紋理,以形成兩個外層14、18。例如,參照圖4所繪示之具體例,第一外部部件14包括其上安置有複數個聚 合性隆凸30的非織造纖維網,及第二外部部件18包括流體纏結層壓纖維網,其具有複數個由層壓纖維網所形成的突出物32。可設計第一外部部件14之構造,包括非織造纖維網及用於形成隆凸30的聚合材料,使得第一面24具有大於0.50、更佳地大於約0.55、諸如約0.55至約1.00之摩擦係數。反之,形成第二外部部件18之流體纏結層壓纖維網可經構造,使得第二面26具有小於0.50及更佳地小於約0.45、諸如約0.20至0.50之摩擦係數。
因此,在某些具體例中,第一及第二面24、26具有不同的摩擦係數,其中第一面24之摩擦係數大於第二面26之摩擦係數,諸如大至少約10%,及更佳地大至少約30%及又更佳地大至少約75%,諸如大約10至約125%及更佳地大約30至約100%。例如,第一面24可具有大於約0.55之摩擦係數及第二面26可具有小於約0.45之摩擦係數。
除了使物品10之第一及第二面24、26具有不同程度的紋理外,可選擇用來形成第一及第二部件14、18之材料,以使得第一及第二面24、26具有不同程度的滲透性。例如,在一個具體例中,第一外部部件14具有500cfm或更大、諸如500至約700cfm及更佳地約500至約600cfm及又更佳地約525至約575cfm之滲透性。反之,第二外部部件具有小於500cfm、諸如約300至500cfm及更佳地約400至約475cfm之滲透性。以此方式,第一及第二面24、26之滲透性不同,以致當設計核心部件16來諸如透過使用可回彈變形之多孔材料產生泡沫時,泡沫以不同程度透過第一及第二面24、26。如此,物品可擁有具有不同紋理及起泡程度的面,來向使用者提供兩種不同的清潔體驗。
空氣滲透性,其表示以空氣在100Pa之壓降下通過一平方英尺之材料表面積之立方英尺每分鐘計之材料的滲透性,係根據ISO 9237:1995來測定。測量係使用在100Pa之測試壓力下裝配有20cm2頭的TEXTEST FX 3300(TEXTEST AG,瑞士)來進行。
樣品的表面性質係於KES表面測試儀(型式KE-SE,Kato Tech Co.,Ltd,日本京都)上測量。針對每個樣品,根據Kawabata測試程序測量摩擦係數及/或表面光滑度,使用10cm x 10cm之樣品尺寸沿MD及CD測試樣品,且於兩面上重複五次。小心避免折疊、弄皺、施壓、或以會使樣品變形的其他方式處置樣品。使用由20根直徑0.5mm之鋼琴線所組成之10mm x 10mm的多線探針各以25克的接觸力來測試樣品。將測試速度設定於1mm/s。將感測器設定於「H」及FRIC設定於「DT」。使用用於Win98/2000/XP之KES-FB系統測量程式KES-FB System 7.09 E版(可購自Kato Tech Co,Ltd.,日本京都)取得數據。程式中的選擇為「KES-SE摩擦測量」。
KES表面測試儀測定摩擦係數(MIU)及MIU之平均偏差(MMD),其中較高的MIU值表示於樣品表面上更多阻力及較高的MMD值表示樣品表面上較多變化或較小均勻度。
MIU及MMD之值係由以下式定義:

x=探針於試樣表面上的位移,cm
X=用於計算中的最大移動,2cm將各產品樣品的頂表面測試五次及將所得之MMD及MIU值平均並報告為摩擦係數(COF)及表面光滑度。
使用Leica Microsystems QWIN Pro影像分析系統(3.5.1版,可購自Leica Microsystems,Heerbrugg,瑞士)在光圈(f-stop)設定為4之20mm Nikon AF鏡頭之光軸下方進行樣品的影像分析。使用c-接口適配器將Nikon鏡頭安裝至Leica DFC 310 FX相機。經由QUIPS演算法「覆蓋率、尺寸及間隔分佈-1(Coverage,Size & Spacing Distribution-1)」取得二維覆蓋率、間隔、密度及尺寸數據。光學組態描述於演算法中。
使用Leica 3D立體顯微鏡利用Mountains表面形態軟體取得三維表面圖及高度輪廓。在30倍放大率下進行Z-高度影像切片聚焦,同時在7.8倍放大率下取得影像切片(8)。
製備若干不同的去角質產品來評估基礎片材、印刷材料及圖案對表面性質及去角質的作用。該等物品包含三層-包含經可膨脹墨水網版印刷之非織造纖維網的第一外部部件、發泡體核心及包含具有複數個中空突出物之流體纏結非織造纖維網的第二外部部件(可購自Textor Technologies,Victoria,澳洲)。第一外部部件包含由雙組 分纖維(聚乙烯及聚丙烯)形成之黏合梳理纖維網,具有約57克每平方米(gsm)之基重及約1.27mm之厚度。(可購自Precision Customer Coating,Totowa,NJ)。藉由網版印刷因其中所含之膨化劑而在加熱下膨脹的糊料來在基礎片材上印刷期望的圖案。用來產生本發明樣品的糊料係以Altoma Puff Paste(Bolger & O'Hearn,Inc.,Fall River,MA)銷售。纖維網係使用習知之網版印刷技術使用經賦予圖案的印刷網版來印刷。網版圖案係由隨機的點圖案及由12個點所形成之非隨機圖案圓所組成。兩圖案皆包括具有0.6mm直徑之點。於印刷後,藉由在烘箱中約310℉下加熱來固化纖維網。於固化後,將經印刷的纖維網與核心及第二外部部件層壓並於其周邊附近壓花以形成紋理化清潔物品。使產品進行如以上測試方法乙節中所述的分析,其結果總結於下表1。
雖然本發明之紋理化清潔物品已針對其特定具體例來詳細描述,但當明暸,熟習該項技藝者於瞭解上述內容後,可容易設想到該等具體例的變化、變異及等效者。據此,本發明之範圍應就隨附之申請專利範圍及其任何同等物及以下具體例來評估:
在第一具體例中,本發明提供一種清潔物品,其包括:第一部件,其包括具有第一及第二面及安置於其第一面上之複數個聚合性隆凸的非織造纖維網,該第一面形成該清潔物品的第一外表面;第二部件,其包括具有第一及第二面的非織造纖維網,該第一面具有 實質上被地面包圍之複數個突出物,該等地面區域位在第一平面中且該等突出物終止於位在第二平面中之遠端,該第一及該第二平面間隔開約0.5至約1.5mm之垂直距離,其中該第一面形成該清潔物品的第二外表面;及核心。
在第二具體例中,本發明提供第一具體例之清潔物品,其中,該清潔物品之該第一外表面具有較該清潔物品之該第二外表面大的摩擦係數。
在第三具體例中,本發明提供第一或第二具體例之清潔物品,其中,該清潔物品之該第一外表面之摩擦係數大於0.50且該清潔物品之該第二外表面之摩擦係數小於0.50。
在第四具體例中,本發明提供第一至第三具體例中任一者之清潔物品,其中,該第一部件具有大於該第二部件之滲透性。
在第五具體例中,本發明提供第一至第四具體例中任一者之清潔物品,其中,該第一部件具有500cfm或更大之滲透性及該第二部件具有小於500cfm之滲透性。
在第六具體例中,本發明提供第一至第五具體例中任一者之清潔物品,其中,該等隆凸係非中空的且該等突出物係中空的。
在第七具體例中,本發明提供第一至第六具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該等隆凸具有約65至約100之硬度。
在第八具體例中,本發明提供第一至第七具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該等隆凸係以大於約5個隆凸每平方公分之密度安置於該第一面上。
在第九具體例中,本發明提供第一至第八具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該等隆凸係以非隨機圖案安置於該第一面上, 且其中隆凸之密度係約100,000至約200,000個隆凸每平方米。
在第十具體例中,本發明提供第一至第九具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該核心係多孔開孔發泡體且進一步包含清潔調配物。
在第十一具體例中,本發明提供第一至第十具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該第二部件包括具有外表面及內表面的流體纏結層壓纖維網,該纖維網之該外表面具有複數個中空突出物。
在第十二具體例中,本發明提供第一至第十一具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該第二面具有約0.30至約0.40之摩擦係數及小於約0.025之表面光滑度。
在第十三具體例中,本發明提供第一至第十二具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該第二外層包括流體纏結纖維網,其包括複數個具有約0.75至約1.5mm之平均高度、0.30至約0.40之摩擦係數及約0.075至約0.020之表面光滑度的中空突出物。
在第十四具體例中,本發明提供第一至第十三具體例中任一者的清潔物品,其中,該複數個聚合性隆凸係以具有約100,000至約200,000個隆凸每平方米之隆凸密度及約250至約1,000μm之平均高度的非隨機圖案印刷。
Claims (20)
- 一種清潔物品,其包括:a)第一部件,其包括具有第一及第二面及安置於其第一面上之複數個隆凸的非織造纖維網,該第一面形成該清潔物品的第一外表面;b)第二部件,其包括具有第一及第二面的非織造纖維網,該第一面具有實質上被地面包圍之複數個突出物,該等地面區域位在第一平面中且該等突出物終止於位在第二平面中之遠端,該第一及該第二平面間隔開約0.5至約1.5mm之垂直距離,其中該第一面形成該清潔物品的第二外表面;及c)核心;其中,該清潔物品之該第一外表面具有較該清潔物品之該第二外表面大的摩擦係數。
