本领域中众所周知使用一次性垫向使用者提供清洁产品。虽然此类一次性清洁制品的构造差异很大,但清洁制品常常具有带单个纹理化表面的单层。例如,美国专利号3,537,121和3,910,284公开了清洁而不刮擦或研磨目标表面的单层非织造清洁制品。在其他情况下,已开发了具有两个或更多个层的清洁制品,以改善垫的耐用性或手感。在某些情况下,使用多层还可以使垫能够具有带不同纹理的两个擦拭表面。然而,经常是由垫的不同外层提供的纹理具有明显不同的纹理,诸如一个表面基本上是平滑的以用于擦亮等,另一个表面具有较大程度的纹理以用于擦洗等。此外,各层包括类似的网,其中一个网仅具有设置在其表面上的纹理化剂。以此方式,垫的纹理可在第一侧与第二侧之间不同,但各层的渗透率基本上是相似的。
因此,本领域仍然需要一种清洁制品,诸如擦拭垫,其具有由具有不同渗透率的不同材料构造的两个外层,其中两侧具有一定程度的三维形貌,但向使用者提供两个不同的纹理化擦拭表面。
发明内容
本清洁制品通过在其第一侧和第二侧上提供具有两个不同纹理的清洁制品,克服了现有技术的许多局限性。本发明的双重纹理化清洁制品允许一侧用于擦洗、另一侧用于轻柔清洁。另外,纹理化程度更高的擦洗侧包括凸起元件,其易于将去除的脏东西和污垢集中在凸起区域上,由此增强使用者对清洁功效的感知。
除具有不同纹理外,清洁制品的两侧可以具有不同的渗透率。给清洁制品的每一侧提供不同的渗透率的一个优点是控制清洁配方在制品表面上的沉积。因此,在某些实施例中,本发明提供了具有双重纹理和渗透率的清洁制品,其中制品包括第一构件和第二构件,构件具有不同的渗透率和带不同纹理的外表面。
在其他实施例中,本发明提供了:第一构件,所述第一构件包括具有第一侧和第二侧的非织造网以及设置在其第一侧上的多个突起,其中所述突起具有大于约250μm的平均高度;第二构件,所述第二构件包括具有第一侧和第二侧的非织造网以及基本上由设置在所述第一侧上的着陆区包围的多个凸出部,所述着陆区位于第一平面中,并且所述凸出部终止于位于第二平面中的远端,其中所述第一平面和所述第二平面之间的平均距离大于约0.5mm。在某些实施例中,芯可以设置在所述第一层与第二层之间,并且所述第一层、芯和第二层可以粘结在一起。

定义
如本文所使用,术语“非织造网”通常是指具有夹层的但不是以可识别方式(如在针织物中)的个别纤维或若干纤维的结构的制品或片材。非织造织物或非织造网已由许多工艺形成,比如熔喷工艺、气流成网工艺(air-laying process)、粘合梳理网工艺等。
如本文所使用,术语“熔喷”和“熔喷工艺”通常是指用于通过将熔融的纤维成型材料通过模头中的多个孔口挤出以形成纤维,同时使纤维与空气或其他衰减流体接触以使纤维变细成为若干纤维,并且其后收集变细纤维而形成非织造纤维网的方法。例如,美国专利号6,607,624中教导了一种示例性熔喷工艺。
如本文所使用,术语“纺粘”和“纺粘工艺”通常是指用于通过将熔融纤维成型材料作为连续或半连续纤维从喷丝头的多个细毛细管挤出并在之后收集变细纤维而形成非织造纤维网的方法。例如,美国专利号3,802,817中公开了一种示例性纺粘工艺。
如本文所使用,术语“纺粘纤维”和“纺粘形成的纤维”通常是指使用纺粘或纺粘工艺制成的纤维。这种纤维通常是连续纤维,并且充分地缠结或点粘结以形成粘性非织造纤维网,以致通常不可能从大量的这类纤维中去除一个完整的纺粘纤维。

如本文所使用,术语“流体缠结”和“流体缠结的”通常是指一种用于进一步增加给定纤维非织造网内或纤维非织造网与其他材料之间的纤维缠结程度以便使得个别纤维和/或这些层由于缠结而更难分离的成型工艺。
如本文所使用,术语“共成形(co-form)”或“共成形工艺”通常是指其中至少一个纤维层与至少一个不同纤维层的形成基本同时或一致地形成的过程。通过共成形工艺产生的网通常称为“共成形网”。
如本文所使用,术语“非中空”具体针对从非织造纤维网的主表面延伸的凸出部时,意味着凸出部不包含除了随机取向的分立纤维之间的微观空隙(即空隙体积)之外的内腔或空隙区。

具体实施方式
一般来讲,本发明提供了一种用于清洁任何种类的身体表面,且特别是使用者面部的纹理化清洁制品。纹理化清洁制品包括形成制品的第一侧和第二侧的第一外构件和第二外构件。第一侧和第二侧都是纹理化的,尽管优选地所述两侧具有不同的纹理,以在单一清洁制品中向使用者提供不同程度的清洁。举例来说,在一个实施例中,第一侧具有大于0.50,更优选地大于约0.55的摩擦系数,例如约0.55至约1.00,且更优选地约0.55至约0.75,且第二侧具有小于0.50的摩擦系数,例如约0.30至0.50,且更优选地约0.35至约0.45。
本清洁制品的一个实施例在图1中示出,其示出了包括三个在本文中也称作层的构件的制品10,例如,第一外构件14、芯16和第二外构件18。通常,每个构件或层14、16、18由不同材料形成,以便提供具有不同特性(诸如纹理或渗透率)的第一侧24和第二侧26的制品10。每个层沿材料的外边缘具有周界,所述外边缘包围包括该层的材料片材。
现在转到图2,示出制品10的第一外构件14的一个实施例。第一外构件可由任何合适的合成或天然材料制成,以便提供柔性和可压缩接触的层。第一外构件可以是湿法成网、气流成网或通过其他方法制造的。许多材料适合用于第一外构件并且包括但不限于针织或织造织物、非织造织物和多孔开孔泡沫。合适的聚合物包括但不限于聚烯烃(例如,聚乙烯和聚丙烯)、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如尼龙)、粘胶纤维以及它们的混合物。有利地,第一外构件包括具有基本上均匀的组合物的纤维层,并且以便于提供基本上均匀的外表面的方式布置。合适的天然材料及其衍生物的非限制性实例包括由纤维(诸如棉花、木浆、粘胶纤维或其混合物)制成的织造和非织造材料。示例性非织造材料包括但不限于水刺布(水缠结材料)、纺粘、熔喷以及粘结梳理网。
在某些实施例中,第一外构件包括非织造网,所述非织造网具有约10克/平方米(gsm)至约200gsm的基重,诸如约30gsm至约150gsm,并且更优选地约50gsm至约100gsm。作为具体实例,第一外构件可以包括具有约30gsm至约100gsm的基重的粘合梳理网。前述网优选地具有500cfm或更大的渗透率,例如500cfm至约600cfm,并且更优选地500cfm至约550cfm。
为了提供在其第一侧和第二侧上具有不同纹理的制品,本发明的制品通常包括具有不同构造的第一外构件和第二外构件。例如,第一外构件14可以被制造成相对于第二外构件18的手感具有明显不同的手感,例如更粗糙。更具体地讲,第一外构件可由合成或天然材料或其共混物制成,所述合成或天然材料或其共混物比用于形成第二外层的材料充分地更粗糙和/或高度纹理化(不均匀)以便对皮肤提供更大的机械清洁作用。在其他情况下,可通过使用在其上包括和/或具有以下各项的材料来实现第一外构件的增强的纹理:束缚粒子、形成的和/或沉积的聚合物结节、具有较大直径纤维或纱线的织物或网状物、粘结纤维簇等。作为非限制性实例,用于第一外构件的各种合适的材料在美国专利号4,659,609、4,769,022、5,067,400和6,713,156中有所描述。
在某些实施例中,第一外构件可包括具有在其外表面上暴露的突起的纤维材料,所述突起在本文中也被称为结节或突出物。突起的尺寸和/或频率可以改变以赋予所需的手感。突起优选具有至少约100μm的直径,并且在另外的方面,这些突起可具有约100μm至约2,000μm的平均直径,并且更理想地,约200μm至约1,000μm的平均直径。在一个特别优选的实施例中,突起具有至少约100μm的直径并且是非中空的。
可通过在预成形的网上沉积突起来形成突起。例如通过使用轮转凹版印刷或凹版印刷(直接或间接)、柔性版印刷、丝网印刷、模板施加等,突起可以被随机地施加在网的表面上或根据需要以一种或多种图案施加。用于形成突起的合适材料包括但不限于聚烯烃、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、热塑性弹性体、微晶蜡以及天然或合成树脂。通常用作热熔粘合剂且具体是如美国专利公开号2007/142801中所描述的耐油热熔粘合剂的材料可用于形成沉积的聚合物突起。
在某些实施例中,可能期望形成突起的聚合物材料具有至少65的硬度,并且还更理想地具有至少约70的硬度,并且还更理想地具有至少约80的硬度。在某些实施例中,形成突起的聚合物材料可具有在65与100之间的硬度,并且,在另外的实施例中,可具有在约70与约90之间的硬度。如本文所使用,聚合物材料的硬度根据ASTM D2204(D型)测定。在另外其他实施例中,形成突起(包括结节和/或纤维)的聚合物材料可理想地具有约500Mpa的挠曲模量,并且还更理想地可具有约800Mpa或更大的挠曲模量。挠曲模量根据ASTM D790测定。在替代性实施例中,聚合物材料可具有本文上面描述的挠曲模量和硬度特性两者。
在某些实施例中,突起具有球形或部分球形形状,且具有大体上在突起接触网的点处测得的平均直径,所述平均直径为至少约500μm,并且更优选地至少约700μm,并且还更优选地至少约1,000μm,诸如约500μm至约2,000μm,更理想地约700μm至约1,500μm。
突起通常在z方向上从第一侧的表面平面延伸,提供具有高度的突起。在某些优选实施例中,突起包括印刷到非织造网上的聚合物材料,其中突起具有大于约150μm的平均高度,所述平均高度更优选地大于约250μm,还更优选地大于约400μm,诸如约150至约1,000μm,更优选地约300μm至约650μm。在某些优选实施例中,突起的高度是相对均匀的,使得高度的标准偏差小于约±50μm,并且更优选地小于约±25μm。
在一个特别优选的实施例中,突起为球形或部分球形且具有大于约0.50mm3的体积,并且更优选地大于约0.55mm3,并且还更优选地大于约0.60mm3,例如约0.50至约0.75mm3,并且更优选地约0.55至约0.70mm3。在其他实施例中,突起具有球形或部分球形形状,大于约500μm的高度,诸如约500μm至约1,000μm,以及大于约0.50mm3的体积,诸如约0.50至约0.75mm3
突起可以随机或非随机图案施加到第一外层。在一个优选实施例中,突起以非随机图案施加到第一外层,并且覆盖外层的表面面积的至少约5.0%,诸如约5.0%至约15.0%。在其他实施例中,突起可覆盖第一外层的表面的至少约7.0%,并且还更优选地至少约9.0%,诸如约7.0%至约13.0%。在其他实施例中,第一外层的每单位面积的突起数通常大于约100,000个突起/m2,还更优选地大于约120,000个突起/m2,诸如约100,000至约200,000个突起/m2,更优选地约120,000至约170,000个突起/m2
突起可以任何数量的不同的非随机图案施加,所述非随机图案包括例如图5和图6中所示的非随机图案。图案通常由印刷在第一外构件14上的突起30形成,所述第一外构件形成制品10的第一侧24。制品10可具有邻近其外围边缘20的结合边缘22,其可为制品10提供美感,但通常并不形成整体图案的一部分。
在其他实施例中,可以通过将颗粒施加到用于形成第一外构件的前体网来赋予第一外构件纹理。可通过使用粘合剂、粘结剂或其他材料将颗粒保持在纤维上的适当位置。粘结剂材料和相关颗粒材料可在基本上整个外表面上施加到网,或者在其它实施例中以一种或多种期望图案施加到网。施加粘结剂和相关颗粒材料的方法包括喷涂、浸渍和挤压、泡沫处理、轮转凹版或凹版印刷(直接或间接)、柔性版印刷、丝网印刷等。替代性地,可以用其中所含的颗粒材料形成纤维,或者在热塑性纤维的情况下,含有颗粒的纤维网可被加热以便在半熔融状态下固定地将颗粒嵌入纤维中。
适合用于粘附到用于形成第一外构件的前体网的外部部分的颗粒可从各种各样的材料衍生出来,包括从无机、有机、天然和合成源衍生出来的那些材料。作为非限制性实例,合适的颗粒包括:种子及其粉末(例如,奇异果、蔓越莓、太阳花、覆盆子、荷荷芭等)、植物壳/果壳粉(例如,杏仁、椰子、山核桃、胡桃、小麦等)、牡砺壳粉、荷荷芭酯、聚合物微球或粉末(例如,聚丁烯、聚乙烯、聚异丁烯、聚甲基苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯等)、微晶或合成蜡、金属氧化物(例如,铝、锡、钛等)、硅酸盐(例如,铝、锆等)、白垩、几丁质、粘土、微晶纤维素、珍珠岩、绢云母、硅石、滑石等。
在另一个特定实施例中,第一外构件可包括网,所述网包括纤维或纱线,所述纤维或纱线具有相对粗质纹理和/或具有大于75μm的平均直径,并且更理想地可具有超过约100μm的直径。在另一方面,长丝和/或纱线可具有在约75μm与约1,000μm之间的直径,或者在其它方面,约100μm与约500μm之间的直径。用于形成大纤维和/或纱线的合适的聚合物包括但不限于聚烯烃(例如,聚乙烯和聚丙烯)、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如尼龙)及其组合。适用于第一外构件的材料的具体实例包括由尺寸在约200-800μm之间的长丝束或纱线编织的网,其中(i)第一长丝束包括平均纤维尺寸约60μm的单独尼龙丝,并且(ii)第二长丝束包括平均纤维尺寸约20μm的单独聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯丝。在某些实施例中,较大和/或研磨毛丛长度的纤维可以用于形成网,或者在替代方案中,例如可以通过植针和/或缠结而被整合到网的外表面中。
参考图2,示出了制品10的第一外构件14的一个实施例。第一外构件14可由非织造网等形成。多个聚合物突起30设置在第一外构件14的外表面上以给制品10的第一侧24提供纹理。通常,突起被抬高超出非织造网的外表面,并一起形成制品的第一表面。
与第一侧24相对的是制品10的第二侧26,其在图3中示出。第二侧26由第二外构件18形成。第二外构件可以是湿法成网、气流成网或通过其他方法制造的。许多材料适合用于第二外构件,并且包括但不限于针织或织造织物、非织造织物和多孔开孔泡沫。合适的聚合物包括但不限于聚烯烃(例如,聚乙烯和聚丙烯)、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如尼龙)、粘胶纤维以及它们的混合物。合适的天然材料及其衍生物的非限制性实例包括由纤维(诸如棉花、木浆、粘胶纤维或其混合物)制成的织造和非织造材料。示例性非织造材料包括但不限于水刺布(水缠结材料)、纺粘、熔喷以及粘结梳理网。
在某些实施例中,第二外构件可包括纤维材料,诸如非织造网,在某些情况下,所述材料可包括两个或更多个网的层合物。例如,第二外构件可包括多层层压网,其包括纺粘/熔喷/纺粘层合物、纺粘/熔喷层合物等。
优选地,第二外构件的外表面具有三维形状以提供纹理化表面。当清洁制品用于擦洗或清洁诸如皮肤之类的表面时,纹理化表面是特别有用的。在一个实施例中,第二外构件包括单层非织造网,第二外构件具有顶表面和底表面,其中顶表面是纹理化的。在非织造网上形成用在第二外构件上的纹理化表面的方式可根据期望结果的具体应用而变化。例如,前体网可以被压印以提供纹理化表面。在另一个实施例中,网可以是哑光抛光的以提供纹理。在另外其他实施例中,可通过热点非粘结非织造网以形成多个簇来赋予纹理化表面。如本文所使用,已经被“热点非粘结(thermally point unbonded)”的基底是指包括被粘结区包围的凸起的非粘结区或轻微粘结区的基底。例如,凸块或簇是非粘结的或轻微粘结的区域,其形成非织造网的表面的升高的凸出部以提供必需的纹理。在另外其他实施例中,网可以是流体缠结的,以形成从网的顶部表面向外且远离其延伸的凸出部,诸如美国专利号9,327,473中所描述。
通常,使第二外构件的表面纹理化的方式不涉及材料沉积到网的表面上。因此,在一个优选实施例中,第一外构件和第二外构件纹理化其外表面的方式不同。例如,可通过在其外表面上沉积聚合物材料以形成突起来纹理化第一外构件.而可通过以下方式来纹理化第二外构件:通过以机械方式处理前体网,例如通过压印或流体缠结以形成凸出部。
在一个特别优选的实施例中,第二外构件包括流体缠结的层压网,其具有向外且远离层合物的至少一个预期外表面延伸的凸出部。通常,流体缠结的层压网包括支撑层和纤维非织造凸出网,其中凸出网的纤维横跨层之间的界面并与支撑层缠结和接合以便形成层合物。流体缠结的层压网的基重可以根据本文概述的最终用途应用而变化,但通常可以在约50gsm至约200gsm的范围内变化,不过根据特定的最终用途应用,可以使用在该范围之外的基重。
虽然凸出部可以用来自凸出网和/或支撑层的纤维填充,但是通常期望凸出部大体上是中空的。中空凸出部有利地具有封闭端,所述封闭端没有孔或开口。此类孔或开口与通常在纤维非织造网中发现的正常间质纤维间的间隔相区分。然而,在一些应用中,可能需要在如下所述的缠结过程中增加撞击流体射流的压力和/或停留时间,以在中空凸出部中的一个或多个中产生一个或多个孔或开口(未示出)。这样的开口可以形成于凸出部的端部或侧壁中以及凸出部的端部和侧壁两者中。
中空凸出部的形状可以是例如圆形、卵形、方形、矩形、三角形或菱形。在一个优选实施例中,当从上面观察时,中空凸出部可以是圆形的,具有稍微圆顶或弯曲的顶部或端部,例如当观察横截面时。中空凸出部的宽度和深度都可以随着凸出部的间距和图案而变化。另外,凸出部的各种形状、大小和间距可用于同一网中。在一个实施例中,凸出部可具有约0.5mm到约5.0mm的高度,例如约0.5mm到约2.0mm,更优选地约0.75mm到约1.5mm。

图3中图示了特别优选的第二外构件18。流体缠结网23包括多个凸出部32。插入到凸出部32之间的是位于第一平面的着陆区34。凸出部32和着陆区34一起形成制品10的第二侧26。一般来说,凸出部朝外且远离第一平面延伸且在远端处终止以界定第二平面。凸出部的高度可变化,但大体上凸出部具有类似高度且界定位于第一平面上方的第二平面。
通常,形成第二外构件的材料提供摩擦系数小于第一侧的摩擦系数的第二侧。举例来说,在某些实施例中,第二侧具有小于0.50的摩擦系数,且更优选地小于约0.40,且还更优选地小于约0.35,例如约0.20至0.50,且更优选地约0.30至约0.40。在其他实施例中,除具有适度的摩擦系数之外,第二外构件可相对平滑,诸如表面光滑度小于约0.025,并且更优选地小于约0.020,诸如约0.005至约0.025,更优选地约0.075至约0.020。在某些优选实施例中,第二外层包括流体缠结网,该流体缠结网包括多个中空凸出部,多个中空凸出部具有约0.75mm至约1.5mm的平均高度、约0.30至约0.40的摩擦系数和约0.075至约0.020的表面光滑度。
除了第一外构件和第二外构件之外,制品通常包括一个或多个内层,例如芯构件,以提供额外和/或增强的功能。因此,通过润湿制品并且接着将第一侧和第二侧中的一者或两者摩擦使用者的皮肤以实现所需水平和类型的清洁,制品可用于清洁使用者的皮肤,且尤其是其脸部。
作为实例,并且参考图4,清洁制品10可以可选地包括芯构件16以增加或增强清洁制品10的功能。在一个方面,芯构件16可位于第一外构件14与第二外构件18之间。取决于清洁制品10的所需特性,芯构件16可包括一种或多种不同材料。在一个方面,芯构件16可以提供或增强清洁制品10产生泡沫的能力,例如通过使用弹性形变的多孔材料。就这一点而言,多孔材料的压缩和膨胀与现有的和/或施加的清洁剂结合起作用,以产生大量气泡并产生丰富的泡沫或肥皂泡。高度多孔的弹性形变的低密度材料非常适合提供此类功能;合适的材料包括但不限于穿透空气粘结非织造织物、多孔或开孔泡沫、压缩粘胶纤维或纤维素等。作为非限制性实例,能够提供此类益处的材料包括在美国专利号4,068,036、5,985,434和7,358,282中描述的那些材料。
在另一方面,可以采用芯构件来改善处理清洁制品的容易性,例如通过向清洁制品提供额外的稳定性或抗弯刚度,使得制品不会在其自身重量或任何所施加的水或清洁剂的重量下轻易弯曲或自我折叠。可通过使用或添加诸如基布(scrim)增强材料之类的一个或多个支撑层或通过在包括芯构件16的材料内增加交联或间质结合的密度和程度来提高制品或芯构件的抗弯刚度或稳定性。就这一点而言,适用于泡沫产生的前述材料也可以设置有相对较高程度的粘结或交联,以便获得所需程度的抗弯刚度和弹性。芯构件16的大小和位置将随着所选材料和功能而变化。在许多实施例中,期望芯构件居中定位于制品内且具有小于制品自身的尺寸,使得芯构件不延伸到边缘或不形成任何边缘密封的一部分。
在又一方面,芯构件可以用于向使用者提供制品足够润湿以供使用的视觉或触觉提示。作为实例,芯构件可包括一种或多种材料,所述一种或多种材料在润湿时显著膨胀,使得使用者可容易地看到或感觉制品体积增加,并且由此了解制品是否足够湿润及随时可用。就这一点而言,芯构件可包括含有高吸水膨胀材料(例如,“超级吸收”材料)的密封包或小袋。超级吸收材料在诸如尿布和其他失禁衣物之类的吸收性个人护理制品中是众所周知并广泛使用的;其非限制性实例包括聚丙烯酸的碱金属盐、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯醚、羟丙基纤维素、聚丙烯酸酯、改性淀粉,诸如水解丙烯腈接枝淀粉等。可膨胀或超级吸收材料可以呈适合在制品中使用的任何形式,包括颗粒、纤维、薄片、球体等。可膨胀材料可以密封在一层或多层液体可渗透材料(例如,纤维薄纸或熔喷物的薄片)之内或之间。作为非限制性实例,合适的超级吸收材料和将其结合到材料和/或小袋中的方法在美国专利号4,646,510、5,458,592和6,162,961中描述,可张开或可膨胀材料可包括吸收剂、可膨胀泡沫。
在某些实施例中,清洁制品可以包括多个芯构件,以便改善和/或提供芯构件的多种不同的功能。作为实例,清洁制品可包括第一芯构件,所述第一芯构件包括能够改善泡沫产生和可操作性的弹性形变多孔层。另外,所述清洁制品还可包括第二芯构件,所述第二芯构件包括浸渍有清洁配方的多孔层。因此,在润湿制品之后,使用者挤压和松开制品致使清洁配方转移到外构件并且使空气被吸入到制品的整个层中并在其中推进,从而帮助形成丰富的发泡泡沫。
在另一方面,制品的一个或多个层可包括一种或多种清洁或去角质剂以帮助制品的所需功能。举例来说,第一外构件或第二外构件或芯可被浸渍或被施加清洁配方。皮肤清洁配方在本领域中是众所周知的,并且可包括以下成分中的一种或多种:清洁和/或起泡(起泡)表面活性剂、清洁剂、助洗剂、泡沫稳定剂、收敛剂、精油、植物提取物、湿润剂、保湿剂、缓冲剂、螯合剂、抗抗菌剂、颜料、着色剂、香精等。泡沫产生表面活性剂,即起泡表面活性剂是广泛已知和使用的,并且尤其适用于本发明的清洁制品中包括的清洁配方。作为实例,合适的泡沫产生表面活性剂包括但不限于葡糖苷(例如烷基葡糖苷、烷基聚葡糖苷等)、甜菜碱(例如十六烷基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱等)、烷基和烷基醚硫酸盐(例如,十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基醚硫酸钠、硫酸十六酯等)、烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯、磺基甜菜碱(例如,椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱等)、氧化胺(例如,十二烷基胺氧化物、椰油基胺氧化物等)、烷基羟乙基磺酸盐(例如,椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠、十二烷酰基羟乙基磺酸钠等)等。另外,合适的清洁配方的非限制性实例在美国专利号6,806,213和美国公开号US2003/207632和US2005/136531中有所描述。有利地,内层中的一个或多个,诸如第一外构件或芯层,包括有效量的起泡表面活性剂,以使得在反复挤压和释放湿制品时能够形成丰富的肥皂泡。作为一个具体的实例,清洁配方可以包括以下成分的组合:癸基葡糖苷、甘油、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、PEG-7甘油基椰油酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、苹果酸和化妆品可接受的防腐剂。
制品和清洁配方可根据需要以潮湿或干燥形式提供。作为非限制性实例,可通过浸渍、喷雾、印刷(例如,柔性印刷、轮转凹版印刷、胶印等)、凹板涂布、柔性印刷涂布、狭缝式涂布、泡沫施加等等,将清洁配方施加到芯层。通常,需要以水性形式施加清洁配方,之后通过热空气干燥或其他方法去除过量的水,以便实现干燥产品或具有更高百分比的功能成分的湿润产品。在替代性实施例中,要注意,清洁配方可分开和/或另外浸渍在或施加到包括第一外构件或第二外构件的其它层中的一个或多个中。在某些实施例中,期望的是,制品根据其干重包括按重量计在约1%至500%之间的清洁配方和/或起泡表面活性剂。在另外的实施例中,期望的是,制品包括(基于制品的干重)约1%至约250%的清洁配方和/或起泡表面活性剂,并且更理想地介于约5%至约100%之间。
在另一方面,清洁制品中的任何一个或多个层可任选地包括一种或多种添加剂或局部剂,以便改变或改善其固有的亲水性和/或疏水性特征。通常,需要增加层的可润湿性或亲水性特征,例如,通过施加或包括润湿剂和/或表面活性剂。作为另一个选项,一个或多个层根据需要可以包括颜料、遮光剂、软化剂、微粒、香精等,以赋予或改善一种或多种物理或美学属性。包括各种层的材料还可任选地根据需要进行物理处理,以增强或改善另外的特征,例如,手感(感觉)、外观、耐久性等。就这点而言,常用处理的实例包括但不限于压印、拉伸、起绉、印刷、针刺等。
形成制品的各个层可彼此组合以形成单一整体制品。各个层可通过本领域已知的一种或多种手段接合。作为实例,第一外构件和第二外构件可通过使用粘合剂、热结合、机械卷曲、针缝合等而彼此接合。另外,应注意,其它相邻层可通过使用类似方法进一步接合到第一和/或第二外构件以根据需要实现增强的制品完整性。例如,参照图4,第一构件14和第二构件18可以通过压花22在制品10的周界20附近彼此接合。
如以前提到的,第一侧24和第二侧26优选具有不同的纹理,通常通过使用不同材料来形成两个外层14、18来提供这些纹理。例如,参照图4中所示的实施例,第一外构件14包括具有设置在其上的多个聚合物突起30的非织造网,并且第二外构件18包括流体缠结层压网,该流体缠结层压网具有由层压网形成的多个凸出部32。可设计包括非织造网和用于形成突起30的聚合物材料的第一外构件14的构造,使得第一侧24具有大于0.50的摩擦系数,更优选地大于约0.55,诸如约0.55至约1.00。相反地,形成第二外构件18的流体缠结层压网可以被构造成使得第二侧26具有小于0.50的摩擦系数,且更优选地小于约0.45,诸如约0.20至0.50。
因此,在某些实施例中,第一侧24和第二侧26具有不同的摩擦系数,其中第一侧24的摩擦系数大于第二侧26的摩擦系数,例如大至少约10%,更优选地大至少约30%,并且再优选地大至少约75%,例如大约10%至约125%,更优选地大约30%至约100%。举例来说,第一侧24可具有大于约0.55的摩擦系数,且第二侧26可具有小于约0.45的摩擦系数。
除了提供具有不同纹理度的制品10的第一侧24和第二侧26以外,可选择用于形成第一构件14和第二构件18的材料,使得第一侧24和第二侧26具有不同的渗透度。例如,在一个实施例中,第一外构件14具有500cfm或更大的渗透率,例如500cfm至约700cfm,更优选地约500cfm至约600cfm,并且还更优选地约525cfm至约575cfm。相反地,第二外构件具有小于500cfm的渗透率,例如约300cfm至500cfm,更优选约400cfm至约475cfm。以此方式,第一侧24和第二侧26的渗透率不同,使得当芯构件16被设计成产生泡沫时,例如通过使用弹性形变的多孔材料,泡沫以不同程度透过第一侧24和第二侧26。因此,制品可具有不同的纹理和起泡程度的侧以向使用者提供两种不同的清洁体验。
测试方法
透气率
根据ISO 9237:1995确定透气率,透气率按照在100Pa的压降下通过每平方英尺的材料表面面积的立方英尺/分钟的空气表示材料渗透率。在100Pa的测试压力下,使用装配有20cm2头的TEXTEST FX 3300(TEXTEST AG,Switzerland)进行测量。
表面性质
在KES表面测试仪(型号KE-SE,Kato Tech Co.,Ltd.,Kyoto,Japan)上测量样品的表面性质。对于每个样品,根据Kawabata试验程序测量摩擦系数和/或表面光滑度,其中样品沿着MD和CD测试,并且两侧重复五次,样品尺寸为10cm×10cm。注意避免折叠、起皱、加压或以其他方式操作样品,以致样品变形。使用由直径为0.5mm的20个琴钢丝组成的10mm×10mm的多线探头测试样品,接触力为25克。测试速度设定为1mm/S。传感器设置在“H”处,FRIC设置为“DT”。使用针对Win98/2000/XP的KES-FB系统测量程序KES-FB系统版本7.09E(可从Kato Tech Co.,Ltd.,Kyoto,Japan商购获得)采集数据。程序中选择的是“KES-SE摩擦测量”。
KES表面测试仪确定摩擦系数(MIU)和MIU的平均偏差(MMD),其中MIU的值较高表示样品表面上的更多阻力,并且MMD的值较高指示样品表面上的更多变化或较少均匀性。
MIU和MMD的值由以下限定:

每个产品样品的顶表面被测试五次,并且对所得MMD和MIU值求平均值并报告为摩擦系数(COF)和表面光滑度。
图像分析
使用Leica Microsystems QWIN Pro图像分析系统(版本3.5.1,可从LeicaMicrosystems,Heerbrugg,Switzerland商购获得)在f-stop设置为4的20mm Nikon AF透镜的光轴下进行样品的图像分析。使用C型安装适配器将Nikon透镜附接到Leica DFC 310 FX相机。通过QUIPS算法“覆盖范围、大小&间隔分布-1”,获取二维覆盖范围、间隔、密度和大小数据。在算法中描述了光学配置。
使用具有山形表面形貌软件的Leica 3D立体显微镜采集三维表面图和高度分布。在30X放大倍率下执行Z高度图像切片聚焦,同时以7.8X放大倍数采集图像切片(8)。
实例
制备若干不同的去角质产品以评估基片、印刷材料和图案对表面性质和去角质的影响。制品包括三层-第一外构件,该第一外构件包括印刷有可膨胀油墨的非织造网筛;泡沫芯和第二外构件,该第二外构件包括具有多个中空凸出部的流体-缠结非织造网(可从Textor Technologies,Victoria,Australia商购获得)。第一外构件包括由具有约57克/平方米(gsm)的基重和约1.27mm的厚度的双组分纤维(聚乙烯和聚丙烯)形成的粘合梳理网(可从Precision Customer Coating,Totowa,NJ商购获得)。通过丝网印刷糊剂,在加热时由于其中含有的晶胀剂糊剂膨胀,从而在基片上印刷所需图案。用于产生本发明样品的糊剂以Altoma Puff Paste(Bolger&O’Hearn,Inc.,Fall River,MA)市售。使用常规的丝网印刷技术,使用赋予图案的印刷丝网来对网进行印刷。所述丝网图案由若干点的随机图案以及由十二个点形成的非随机图案的圆组成。两种图案都包括直径为0.6mm的点。在印刷后,通过在约310□的烘箱中加热来固化网。在固化之后,印刷网与芯和第二外构件层压并且围绕其周界压花,以形成纹理化清洁制品。如以上测试方法部分中所描述进行产品分析,分析的结果汇总在下面的表1中。

Claims (20)

1.一种清洁制品,包括:
a)第一构件,所述第一构件包括具有第一侧和第二侧的非织造网以及设置在其第一侧上的多个突起,所述第一侧形成所述清洁制品的第一外表面;
b)第二构件,所述第二构件包括具有第一侧和第二侧的非织造网,所述第一侧具有基本上由着陆区包围的多个凸出部,所述着陆区位于第一平面中,并且所述凸出部终止于位于第二平面中的远端,所述第一平面和所述第二平面间隔开约0.5mm至约1.5mm的竖直距离,其中所述第一侧形成所述清洁制品的第二外表面;以及
c)芯;
其中所述清洁制品的所述第一外表面具有比所述清洁制品的所述第二外表面大的摩擦系数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁制品,其中所述清洁制品的所述第一外表面的摩擦系数大于0.50并且所述清洁制品的所述第二外表面的摩擦系数小于0.50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁制品,其中所述多个突起具有大于约250μm的平均高度,并且所述清洁制品的所述第一外表面具有约0.55至约0.75的摩擦系数。

b)第二构件,所述第二构件包括具有外表面和内表面的流体缠结层压网,所述网的所述外表面具有多个中空凸出部,所述第二构件具有小于500cfm的渗透率和小于0.50的摩擦系数;以及
c)芯,所述芯设置在所述第一构件与所述第二构件之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的纹理化清洁制品,还包括设置在所述第一侧上的多个突起,并且所述第一侧具有0.50至约0.75的摩擦系数。
