Abstract
本發明提供一種清潔環。該清潔環包括環狀本體和複數毛刷。該環狀本體具有相對的外側壁和內側壁,該環狀本體的外側壁設有安裝部以藉由該安裝部設置於一充電樁的一線纜通孔上。該複數毛刷設置於該內側壁上,每一毛刷的一端固設於該內側壁上,另一端朝向該環狀本體的中心點或一預定點,該複數毛刷末端的間隙形成穿設孔,該穿設孔用於供一線纜從中穿過。本發明還提供一種具有清潔環的充電樁。在該線纜被收入之前,該清潔環的毛刷先對該線纜的外表面進行清潔。
Description
本發明涉及一種清潔環及具有該清潔環的充電樁,尤其涉及一種能夠對充電樁的線纜在收納之前進行清潔的清潔環及具有該清潔環的充電樁。
充電樁的線纜設計主要分成兩種,即外露式和收藏式。外漏式充電樁在進行充電的過程中及結束充電後,線纜皆外露在充電樁之外。收藏式充電樁在進行充電時將充電槍由充電樁主體內拉出,充電完成後則將線纜收回。對於收藏式充電樁,因各車的充電口位置不一,連接充電樁與充電槍之間的線纜會預留較長的長度以適應不同車型。預留較長的線纜會導致線纜與地面接觸並沾染到泥沙、污水、樹葉及髒汙等,若將帶有髒汙的線纜直接收納到充電樁主體內,則導致充電樁內部藏汙納垢,機件加速老化甚至出現機械故障等。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種清潔環及具有該清潔環的充電樁,以解決上述問題。
本發明提供一種清潔環。該清潔環包括環狀本體和複數毛刷。該環狀本體具有相對的外側壁和內側壁,該環狀本體的外側壁設有安裝部以藉由該安裝部設置於一充電樁的一線纜通孔上。該複數毛刷設置於該內側壁上,每一毛刷的一端固設於該內側壁上,另一端朝向該環狀本體的中心點或一預定點,該複數毛刷末端的間隙形成穿設孔,該穿設孔用於供一線纜從中穿過,且該穿設孔的直徑小於該線纜的外徑。
本發明還提供一種具有清潔環的充電樁。該充電樁包括基板、充電樁主體、卷線器、線纜及清潔環。該充電樁主體蓋設於該基板上,該充電樁主體上設有一線纜通孔。該卷線器收容於該充電樁主體內部,並轉動地連接於該充電樁主體的內側壁。該線纜一部分收容於該充電樁主體內並繞設於該卷線器上,另一部分穿過該線纜通孔並伸出該充電樁主體。該清潔環包括環狀本體和複數毛刷。該環狀本體具有相對的外側壁和內側壁,該環狀本體的外側壁設有安裝部以藉由該安裝部設置於該線纜通孔上。該複數毛刷設置於該內側壁上,每一毛刷的一端固設於該內側壁上,另一端朝向該環狀本體的中心點或一預定點,該複數毛刷末端的間隙形成穿設孔,該線纜從該穿設孔中穿過,且該穿設孔的直徑於該線纜的外徑。
當線纜被從該充電樁主體內拉出並完成充電時,該卷線器能夠反轉迫使該線纜被收入該充電樁主體內並繞設於該卷線器上,且在該線纜被收入該充電樁主體內之前,該清潔環的毛刷先對該線纜的外表面進行清潔,以確定收入該充電樁主體內的線纜更加乾淨。

下面將結合本發明實施方式中的附圖,對本發明實施方式中的技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述,顯然,所描述的實施方式僅是本發明一部分實施方式,而不是全部的實施方式。基於本發明中的實施方式,本領域普通技術人員在沒有做出創造性勞動前提下所獲得的所有其他實施方式,都屬於本發明保護的範圍。
需要說明的是,當一個元件被認為是“連接”另一個元件,它可以是直接連接到另一個元件或者可能同時存在居中元件。
除非另有定義,本文所使用的所有的技術和科學術語與屬於本發明的技術領域的技術人員通常理解的含義相同。本文中在本發明的說明書中所使用的術語只是為了描述具體的實施方式的目的,不是旨在於限制本發明。
請參考圖1,圖1為一種充電樁1的結構示意圖。該充電樁1可用於為電動汽車充電。可理解,在其它實施方式中,該充電樁1還可用於為電動自行車等其它電動類車輛充電。
該充電樁1包括基板11、充電樁主體12、卷線器13、線纜14和充電槍15。
該充電樁主體12設於該基板11上。該充電樁1具有一相對封閉的容納空間,防止灰塵、沙粒、雨水等進入充電樁1內部,避免造成充電樁1內部的污染。該充電樁主體12的側壁上設有一線纜通孔121。該線纜通孔121用於供線纜14穿過。
該卷線器13收容於該充電樁主體12內部,並轉動地連接於該充電樁主體12的內側壁。
該線纜14的一部分收容於該充電樁主體12內並繞設於該卷線器13上,另一部分穿過該線纜通孔121並伸出該充電樁主體12。
該充電槍15位於該充電樁主體12的外側,該充電槍16與該線纜14伸出該充電樁主體12的一端電性連接,以對電動汽車等進行充電。
請一併參考圖2,該充電樁1還包括清潔環16。該清潔環16呈環狀並設置於該線纜通孔121上。該清潔環16上設有供該線纜14穿過的穿設孔161。當線纜14穿過該穿設孔161並被繞設於該卷線器13之前,該清潔環16可刷去粘附於該線纜14上的灰塵、沙粒等,以確保收容於充電樁主體12內的線纜14更乾淨。
請一併參考圖3和圖4,該清潔環16包括環狀本體162。該環狀本體162具有相對的外側壁1621和內側壁1622。該環狀本體162的外側壁1621上設有安裝部1623以藉由該安裝部1623設置於該線纜通孔121上。在本實施方式中,該安裝部1623為沿該環狀本體162的外側壁1621的周向外緣凹設的環形槽。該環形槽卡設於該線纜通孔121的側壁上,以將該清潔環16固設於該充電樁主體12上。該線纜通孔121與該安裝部1623的形狀相適應且可呈各種形狀,如方形、圓形、多邊形等,例如,如果該線纜通孔121為圓形,則該安裝部1623的形狀也相應地為圓形。可理解,在其它實施方式中,該安裝部1623可為其它結構,如黏貼結構,即該安裝部1623直接黏貼於該線纜通孔121上,或者,卡扣結構,如該安裝部1623為凸起(圖未示),該線纜通孔121處相應設有凹槽(圖未示),凸起卡設於凹槽內使得該環狀本體162設置於該線纜通孔121上。
該環狀本體162的內側壁1622可為各種形狀,如方形、圓形、多邊形等。在本實施方式中,該環狀本體162的內側壁1622為圓形。該清潔環16還包括設於該環狀本體162的內側壁1622的複數毛刷163。每一毛刷163的一端固設於該內側壁1622的壁上,另一端朝向該環狀本體162的中心點或某一預定點。每一毛刷163的長度小於該環狀本體162的內側壁1622距該中心點或預定點的距離。該複數毛刷163末端的間隙形成該穿設孔161。該穿設孔161的直徑小於該線纜14的外徑,因而線上纜14穿過該穿設孔161時,能夠刷去其上的灰塵、沙粒等。
該環狀本體162於靠近其內側壁1622的一側間隔設有複數伸縮槽1624。該複數伸縮槽1624均朝向該中心點或者預定點。在本實施方式中,該複數伸縮槽1624具有兩種寬度的尺寸,且每兩個較寬的伸縮槽1624之間夾設一較窄的伸縮槽1624。可理解,該複數伸縮槽1624的形狀和大小可互不相同或相同。該複數伸縮槽1624能夠在該清潔環16拆裝時吸收其變形,使該清潔環16更易拆裝。
可理解,該清潔環16的環狀本體162及毛刷163均採用軟性材料製成。軟性材料如橡膠製成的環狀本體162更易拆裝,軟性材料製成的毛刷163更易刷掉線纜14上的灰塵、沙粒等,且不會損壞線纜14的表面。
使用時,當線纜14被從充電樁主體12內拉出並完成充電時,卷線器13能夠反轉迫使該線纜14被收入該充電樁主體12內並繞設於該卷線器13上,且在該線纜被收入該充電樁主體12內之前,該清潔環16的毛刷163可先對線纜14的外表面進行清潔,以確定收入該充電樁主體12內的線纜14更加乾淨。

- 一種清潔環,包括:
環狀本體,該環狀本體具有相對的外側壁和內側壁,該環狀本體的外側壁設有安裝部以藉由該安裝部設置於充電樁的一線纜通孔上;及

- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之清潔環,其中,該安裝部為設於該外側壁上的一環形槽,該環形槽卡設於該線纜通孔的側壁上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之清潔環,其中,該環狀本體於靠近該內側壁的一側間隔設有複數伸縮槽,該複數伸縮槽均朝向該中心點或者預定點。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之清潔環,其中,該環狀本體及毛刷均採用軟性材料製成。
- 一種充電樁,包括:
基板;
充電樁主體,該充電樁主體設於該基板上,該充電樁主體上設有一線纜通孔;
卷線器,該卷線器收容於該充電樁主體內部,並轉動地連接於該充電樁主體的內側壁;
線纜,該線纜一部分收容於該充電樁主體內並繞設於該卷線器上,另一部分穿過該線纜通孔並伸出該充電樁主體;及
清潔環,包括:
環狀本體,該環狀本體具有相對的外側壁和內側壁,該環狀本體的外側壁設有安裝部以藉由該安裝部設置於該線纜通孔上;及
複數毛刷,該複數毛刷設置於該內側壁上,每一毛刷的一端固設於該內側壁上,另一端朝向該環狀本體的中心點或一預定點,該複數毛刷末端的間隙形成穿設孔,該線纜從該穿設孔中穿過,且該穿設孔的直徑小於該線纜的外徑。 - 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之充電樁,其中,每一毛刷的長度小於該環狀本體的內側壁距該中心點或預定點的距離。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之充電樁,其中,該環狀本體於該外側壁凹設一環形槽,該環形槽卡設於該線纜通孔的側壁上。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之充電樁,其中,該環狀本體於靠近該內側壁的一側間隔設有複數伸縮槽,該複數伸縮槽均朝向該中心點或者預定點。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之充電樁,其中,該環狀本體及毛刷均採用軟性材料製成。
