Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁环及具有该清洁环的充电桩,尤其涉及一种能够对充电桩的线缆在收纳之前进行清洁的清洁环及具有该清洁环的充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩的线缆设计主要分成两种,即外露式和收藏式。外漏式充电桩在进行充电的过程中及结束充电后,线缆皆外露在充电桩之外。收藏式充电桩在进行充电时将充电枪由充电桩主体内拉出,充电完成后则将线缆收回。对于收藏式充电桩,因各车的充电口位置不一,连接充电桩与充电枪之间的线缆会预留较长的长度以适应不同车型。预留较长的线缆会导致线缆与地面接触并沾染到泥沙、污水、树叶及脏污等,若将带有脏污的线缆直接收纳到充电桩主体内,则导致充电桩内部藏污纳垢,机件加速老化甚至出现机械故障等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种清洁环及具有该清洁环的充电桩,以解决上述问题。
本发明提供一种清洁环。该清洁环包括环状本体和若干毛刷。该环状本体具有相对的外侧壁和內侧壁,该环状本体的外侧壁设有安装部以通过该安装部设置于一充电桩的一线缆通孔上。该若干毛刷设置于该內侧壁上,每一毛刷的一端固设于该內侧壁上,另一端朝向该环状本体的中心点或一预定点,该若干毛刷末端的间隙形成穿设孔,该穿设孔用于供一线缆从中穿过,且该穿设孔的直径小于该线缆的外径。
本发明还提供一种具有清洁环的充电桩。该充电桩包括基板、充电桩主体、卷线器、线缆及清洁环。该充电桩主体盖设于该基板上,该充电桩主体上设有一线缆通孔。该卷线器收容于该充电桩主体内部,并转动地连接于该充电桩主体的內侧壁。该线缆一部分收容于该充电桩主体内并绕设于该卷线器上,另一部分穿过该线缆通孔并伸出该充电桩主体。该清洁环包括环状本体和若干毛刷。该环状本体具有相对的外侧壁和內侧壁,该环状本体的外侧壁设有安装部以通过该安装部设置于该线缆通孔上。该若干毛刷设置于该內侧壁上,每一毛刷的一端固设于该內侧壁上,另一端朝向该环状本体的中心点或一预定点,该若干毛刷末端的间隙形成穿设孔,该线缆从该穿设孔中穿过,且该穿设孔的直径于该线缆的外径。
当线缆被从该充电桩主体内拉出并完成充电时,该卷线器能够反转迫使该线缆被收入该充电桩主体内并绕设于该卷线器上,且在该线缆被收入该充电桩主体内之前,该清洁环的毛刷先对该线缆的外表面进行清洁,以确定收入该充电桩主体内的线缆更加干净。

请参考图1,图1为一种充电桩1的结构示意图。该充电桩1可用于为电动汽车充电。可理解,在其它实施方式中,该充电桩1还可用于为电动自行车等其它电动类车辆充电。
该充电桩1包括基板11、充电桩主体12、卷线器13、线缆14和充电枪15。
该充电桩主体12设于该基板11上。该充电桩主体12具有一相对封闭的容纳空间,以防止灰尘、沙粒、雨水等进入充电桩1内部,避免造成充电桩1内部的污染。该充电桩主体12的侧壁上设有一线缆通孔121。该线缆通孔121用于供线缆14穿过。
该卷线器13收容于该充电桩主体12内部,并转动地连接于该充电桩主体12的內侧壁。
该线缆14的一部分收容于该充电桩主体12内并绕设于该卷线器13上,另一部分穿过该线缆通孔121并伸出该充电桩主体12。
该充电枪15位于该充电桩主体12的外侧,该充电枪16与该线缆14伸出该充电桩主体12的一端电性连接,以对电动汽车等进行充电。
请一并参考图2,该充电桩1还包括清洁环16。本实施例中,该清洁环16呈环状并设置于该线缆通孔121上。该清洁环16上设有供该线缆14穿过的穿设孔161。当线缆14穿过该穿设孔161并被绕设于该卷线器13之前,该清洁环16可刷去粘附于该线缆14上的灰尘、沙粒等,以确保收容于充电桩主体12内的线缆14更干净。
请一并参考图3和图4,该清洁环16包括环状本体162。该环状本体162具有相对的外侧壁1621和內侧壁1622。该环状本体162的外侧壁1621上设有安装部1623以通过该安装部1623设置于该线缆通孔121上。在本实施方式中,该安装部1623为沿该环状本体162的外侧壁1621的周向外缘凹设的环形槽。该环形槽卡设于该线缆通孔121的侧壁上,以将该清洁环16固设于该充电桩主体12上。该线缆通孔121与该安装部1623的形状相适应且可呈各种形状,如方形、圆形、多边形等,例如,如果该线缆通孔121为圆形,则该安装部1623的形状也相应地为圆形。可理解,在其它实施方式中,该安装部1623可为其它结构,如黏贴结构,即该安装部1623直接黏贴于该线缆通孔121上,或者,卡扣结构,如该安装部1623为凸起(图未示),该线缆通孔121处相应设有凹槽(图未示),凸起卡设于凹槽内使得该环状本体162设置于该线缆通孔121上。
该环状本体162的內侧壁1622可为各种形状,如方形、圆形、多边形等。在本实施方式中,该环状本体162的內侧为圆形。该清洁环16还包括设于该环状本体162的內侧壁1622的若干毛刷163。每一毛刷163的一端固设于该內侧壁1622上,另一端朝向该环状本体162的中心点或某一预定点。每一毛刷163的长度小于该环状本体162的內侧壁1622距该中心点或预定点的距离。该若干毛刷163末端的间隙形成该穿设孔161。该穿设孔161的直径小于该线缆14的外径,因而在线缆14穿过该穿设孔161时,能够刷去其上的灰尘、沙粒等。
该环状本体162于靠近其內侧壁1622的一侧间隔设有若干伸缩槽1624。该若干伸缩槽1624均朝向该中心点或者预定点。在本实施方式中,该若干伸缩槽1624具有两种宽度的尺寸,且每两个较宽的伸缩槽1624之间夹设一较窄的伸缩槽1624。可理解,该若干伸缩槽1624的形状和大小可互不相同或相同。该若干伸缩槽1624能够在该清洁环16拆装时吸收其变形,使该清洁环16更易拆装。
可理解,该清洁环16的环状本体162及毛刷163均采用软性材料制成。软性材料如橡胶制成的环状本体162更易拆装,软性材料制成的毛刷163更易刷掉线缆14上的灰尘、沙粒等,且不会损坏线缆14的表面。
使用时,当线缆14被从充电桩主体12内拉出并完成充电时,卷线器13能够反转迫使该线缆14被收入该充电桩主体12内并绕设于该卷线器13上,且在该线缆被收入该充电桩主体12内之前,该清洁环16的毛刷163可先对线缆14的外表面进行清洁,以确定收入该充电桩主体12内的线缆14更加干净。

环状本体,该环状本体具有相对的外侧壁和內侧壁,该环状本体的外侧壁设有安装部以通过该安装部设置于充电桩的一线缆通孔上;及

2.如权利要求1所述的清洁环,其特征在于:每一毛刷的长度小于该环状本体的內侧壁距该中心点或预定点的距离。
3.如权利要求1所述的清洁环,其特征在于:该安装部为设于该外侧壁上的一环形槽,该环形槽卡设于该线缆通孔的侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的清洁环,其特征在于:该环状本体于靠近该內侧壁的一侧间隔设有若干伸缩槽,该若干伸缩槽均朝向该中心点或者预定点。
5.如权利要求1所述的清洁环,其特征在于:该环状本体及毛刷均采用软性材料制成。
6.一种充电桩,包括:
基板;
充电桩主体,该充电桩主体设于该基板上,该充电桩主体上设有一线缆通孔;
卷线器,该卷线器收容于该充电桩主体内部,并转动地连接于该充电桩主体的內侧壁;
线缆,该线缆一部分收容于该充电桩主体内并绕设于该卷线器上,另一部分穿过该线缆通孔并伸出该充电桩主体;及
清洁环,包括:
环状本体,该环状本体具有相对的外侧壁和內侧壁,该环状本体的外侧壁设有安装部以通过该安装部设置于该线缆通孔上;及
若干毛刷,该若干毛刷设置于该內侧壁上,每一毛刷的一端固设于该內侧壁上,另一端朝向该环状本体的中心点或一预定点,该若干毛刷末端的间隙形成穿设孔,该线缆从该穿设孔穿过,且该穿设孔的直径小于该线缆的外径。
7.如权利要求6所述的充电桩,其特征在于:每一毛刷的长度小于该环状本体的內侧壁距该中心点或预定点的距离。
8.如权利要求6所述的充电桩,其特征在于:该环状本体于该外侧壁凹设一环形槽,该环形槽卡设于该线缆通孔的侧壁上。
9.如权利要求6所述的充电桩,其特征在于:该环状本体于靠近该內侧壁的一侧间隔设有若干伸缩槽,该若干伸缩槽均朝向该中心点或者预定点。
10.如权利要求6所述的充电桩,其特征在于:该环状本体及毛刷均采用软性材料制成。
