Abstract

一種著色膜的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:提供複數包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊;將親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合得到混合物;將所述微膠囊及混合物混合,並加入顏料及溶劑混合均勻以形成一著色材料;及將上述著色材料塗布於模具上並進行加熱或紫外光照射,使所述親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑發生聚合反應,以形成所述著色膜。本發明還提供一種由上述製備方法製備的著色膜、製備該著色膜所用的著色材料及可供氧的眼用鏡片。

Description

著色材料、著色膜及其製備方法、眼用鏡片
本發明涉及一種著色膜的製備方法、由該製備方法製備的著色膜、製備該著色膜的著色材料及帶有該著色膜的眼用鏡片。
近年來,隨著近視人群的數量越來越多,隱形眼鏡因其便攜、美觀的特性而被廣泛使用。其中,有色的隱形眼鏡(美瞳)更廣受青睞。然,於使用時,隱形眼鏡往往因透氧率不高容易導致使用者的虹膜供氧不足,進而引起紅眼病等眼類疾病。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種可供氧的著色膜的製備方法。
另,還有必要提供一種由上述製備方法製備的著色膜、製備該著色膜所用的著色材料及具有該著色膜的眼用鏡片。
一種著色膜的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:提供複數包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊;將親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合得到混合物;將所述微膠囊及混合物混合,並加入顏料及溶劑混合均勻以形成一著色材料;及將上述著色材料塗布於模具上並進行加熱或紫外光照射,使所述親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑發生聚合反應,以形成所述著色膜。
一種著色材料,包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊、顏料、溶劑及由親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合而成的混合物。
一種著色膜,由如上所述的著色材料於加熱或紫外光照射時,所述親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑發生聚合反應制得。
一種眼用鏡片,包括一水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體及一形成於所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體一表面上的著色膜,所述著色膜包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊。
一種眼用鏡片,包括一水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體,所述眼用鏡片還包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊,所述微膠囊分散於水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體中。
上述製備方法製備的著色膜,其內含有包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊,當包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊應用於眼用鏡片中時,該包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊的壁材於眼睛分泌物的作用下可緩慢分解從而釋放過氧化氫,被釋放的過氧化氫於光照下分解得到氧氣,該氧氣穿過所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體為使用者的眼睛持續供氧,進而避免眼睛因使用眼用鏡片缺氧產生眼類疾病。
本發明較佳實施方式提供一應用於眼用鏡片中的著色膜的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:
步驟S1,提供一包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊。所述過氧化氫溶液中過氧化氫的品質濃度為0.5%~8%。
所述微膠囊的壁材可選自天然高分子材料、半合成高分子材料及合成高分子材料中的一種或幾種。通常,高分子材料的分子量於10000以上。所述天然高分子材料可選自明膠、甲殼素、澱粉、阿拉伯膠、蟲膠、紫膠、糊精、蠟、松脂、海藻酸鈉及玉米朊中的一種或幾種。所述半合成高分子材料可選自羧甲基纖維素、甲基纖維素及乙基纖維素中的一種或幾種。所述合成高分子材料可選自聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)、聚乳酸(PLA)及聚乙醇酸(PGA)中的一種或幾種。
所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊可藉由單凝聚法、複凝聚法、溶劑-非溶劑法、液中乾燥法、介面縮聚法、輻射交聯法、噴霧乾燥法、噴霧凝結法、懸浮包衣法、多孔離心法及鍋包衣法中的一種形成,其為習知技術,此不贅述。所述過氧化氫溶液可為過氧化氫溶液水溶液。
步驟S2,將親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合均勻得到一混合物。本實施方式中,所述親水性單體於所述混合物中的品質百分比為63%~85%。所述交聯劑於所述混合物中的品質百分比為5%~34%。所述引發劑於所述混合物中的品質百分比為3%~10%。
所述親水性單體可採用甲基丙烯酸化合物、丙烯酸化合物等常規用於製備眼用鏡片凝膠體的親水性單體,例如甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、聚二甲基矽氧烷、3-甲基丙烯酸丙基三(三甲氧基矽)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺及丙烯酸甲酯(MA)。
所述交聯劑可採用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)等常規用於製備眼用鏡片的交聯劑,所述引發劑可採用偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)、Irgacure-1173(化工行業標準型號)等常規用於製備眼用鏡片的引發劑。
步驟S3,將所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊及混合物混合,並加入顏料及溶劑混合均勻以形成一著色材料。所述顏料可採用美國食品藥品管理局(FDA)認證的FD&C色素,其種類可根據實際需要進行選擇,如FD&C黃色5號、FD&C黃色6號、FD&C紅色3號、FD&C紅色40號、FD&C藍色1號及FD&C藍色2號等中的至少一種。所述溶劑可採用甲苯、甲醇等常規用於製備眼用鏡片的溶劑的一種或幾種。於本實施方式中,所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為0.01%~7%。所述混合物於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為31%~74.99%。所述顏料於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為20%~41%。所述溶劑於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為5%~21%。
步驟S4,將上述著色材料塗布於模具的模仁內壁上並進行加熱或紫外光照射,使所述親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑發生聚合反應,從而得到所述著色膜。於本實施方式中,所述著色膜的厚度為1μm~45μm。所述加熱或紫外光照射時間為10s~3min。
由於所述著色膜中含有微膠囊,所述微膠囊中包覆有過氧化氫溶液。所述微膠囊的壁材可於眼睛分泌物的作用下緩慢分解從而釋放過氧化氫,被釋放的過氧化氫於光照條件下分解得到氧氣。其中,所述微膠囊中過氧化氫溶液的品質濃度大於8%時會對眼睛具有腐蝕性;而過氧化氫溶液的品質濃度小於0.5%時其供氧量太低。
以下對本發明進行具體說明。
實施例1
將65%的甲基丙烯酸化合物、25%的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯及10%的Irgacure-1173混合得到混合物。將0.05%的包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊、23%的FD&C藍色1號、19%的甲苯與57.95%的所述混合物混合得到著色材料。所述過氧化氫溶液的品質濃度為0.5%。所述微膠囊的壁材為甲殼素。將所述著色材料塗布於模具上並於紫外光下照射30s得到著色膜。
實施例2
將67.5%的甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、28%的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯及4.5%的Irgacure-1173混合得到混合物。將5%的包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊、10.8%的FD&C紅色40號、15.4%的FD&C藍色1號、21%的甲醇與45.8%的所述混合物混合得到著色材料。所述過氧化氫溶液的品質濃度為0.8%。所述微膠囊的壁材為聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物。將所述著色材料塗布於模具上並於紫外光下照射30s得到著色膜。
本發明實施方式還提供用於製備上述著色膜的著色材料,其包括包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊、顏料、溶劑、及由親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合而成的混合物。其中,於本實施方式中,所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為0.01%~7%。所述顏料於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為20%~41%。所述溶劑於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為5%~21%。所述混合物於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為31%~74.99%。所述親水性單體於所述混合物中的品質百分比為63%~85%。所述交聯劑於所述混合物中的品質百分比為5%~34%。所述引發劑於所述混合物中的品質百分比為3%~10%。於加熱或紫外光照射時,所述著色材料中的親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑發生聚合反應,從而得到所述著色膜。
本發明實施方式還提供一種著色膜,其由上述著色材料中的親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑經加熱或紫外光照射發生聚合反應制得。所述著色膜包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊。於本實施方式中,所述著色膜的厚度為1μm~45μm。
本發明實施方式還提供一種眼用鏡片,其包括一水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體及一結合於水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體一表面上的一著色膜。於本實施方式中,可根據上述著色膜的製備方法獲得所述著色膜,而後往模仁中加入製備水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體的原料,待紫外光照射形成水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體後,使得所述著色膜結合於所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體的表面。於其他實施方式中,可藉由直接將著色材料塗布於所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體的表面,而後進行加熱或紫外光照射以形成所述著色膜。於使用所述眼用鏡片時,所述著色膜中包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊的壁材可於眼睛分泌物的作用下緩慢分解從而釋放過氧化氫,被釋放的過氧化氫於光照條件下分解得到氧氣。由於水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體通常具有透氧性,該氧氣可穿過所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體為使用者的眼睛持續供氧,進而避免眼睛因使用眼用鏡片缺氧產生眼類疾病。
可理解,所述包覆有過氧化氫的微膠囊還可混合於所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體中以得到眼用鏡片。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,於爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種著色膜的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:
    提供複數包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊;
    將親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合得到混合物;
    將所述微膠囊及混合物混合,並加入顏料及溶劑混合均勻以形成一著色材料;及
    將上述著色材料塗布於模具上並進行加熱或紫外光照射,使所述親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑發生聚合反應,以形成所述著色膜。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之著色膜的製備方法,其中所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為0.01%~7%,所述混合物於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為31%~74.99%,所述顏料於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為20%~41%,所述溶劑於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為5%~21%。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之著色膜的製備方法,其中所述微膠囊的壁材選自天然高分子材料、半合成高分子材料及合成高分子材料中的至少一種。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之著色膜的製備方法,其中所述天然高分子材料選自明膠、甲殼素、澱粉、阿拉伯膠、蟲膠、紫膠、糊精、蠟、松脂、海藻酸鈉及玉米朊中的至少一種,所述半合成高分子材料選自羧甲基纖維素、甲基纖維素及乙基纖維素中的至少一種,所述合成高分子材料選自聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物、聚乳酸及聚乙醇酸中的至少一種。
  5. 一種著色材料,其改良在於,所述著色材料包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊、顏料、溶劑及由親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑混合而成的混合物。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之著色材料,其中所述包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為0.01%~7%,所述混合物於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為31%~74.99%,所述顏料於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為20%~41%,所述溶劑於所述著色材料中的品質百分比為5%~21%。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之著色材料,其中所述微膠囊的壁材選自天然高分子材料、半合成高分子材料及合成高分子材料中的至少一種。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之著色材料,其中所述天然高分子材料選自明膠、甲殼素、澱粉、阿拉伯膠、蟲膠、紫膠、糊精、蠟、松脂、海藻酸鈉及玉米朊中的至少一種,所述半合成高分子材料選自羧甲基纖維素、甲基纖維素及乙基纖維素中的至少一種,所述合成高分子材料選自聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物、聚乳酸及聚乙醇酸中的至少一種。
  9. 一種著色膜,其改良在於,由如權利要求5-8任意一項所述的著色材料於加熱或紫外光照射時,所述親水性單體、交聯劑及引發劑發生聚合反應制得。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之著色膜,其中所述著色膜的厚度為1μm~45μm。
  11. 一種眼用鏡片,包括一水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體及一形成於所述水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體一表面上的著色膜,其改良在於,所述著色膜包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之眼用鏡片,其中所述著色膜的厚度為1μm~45μm。
  13. 一種眼用鏡片,包括一水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體,其改良在於,所述眼用鏡片還包括包覆有過氧化氫溶液的微膠囊,所述微膠囊分散於水凝膠或矽水凝膠基體中。
