Abstract

The invention provides a light source apparatus, which may restrain ultra light emitting performance aging decrease. The light source apparatus 201 has light emitting elements 205, a ceramic substrate 210 and a heat radiation member 220. The light emitting elements 205 emits the light having main frequency in the ultra-violet light area. The light emitting elements 205 is arranged on one surface side of the ceramic substrate 210, and ceramic as substrate. An electric pattern 211 composed by conductor and an outer coating layer 218 at least overlay the electric pattern 211 are formed on the one surface side of the light emitting elements 205. The heat radiation member 220 is arranged on another side of surface side of the light emitting elements 205 in the ceramic substrate 210, and the heat radiation member 220 is composed of metal material.
