Abstract

一種電子裝置,包括一本體及複數風扇模組,每一風扇模組包括一外殼及一風扇,外殼包括一側板,該側板設有一開口,風扇鄰近該開口的第一端裝設於該外殼內,風扇的風流方向平行該側板,該開口的與第一端相對的第二端樞轉連接一可封閉該開口的擋板。本體的頂面設有複數通風孔,該等風扇模組裝設於本體的頂面且該等風扇模組的開口正對該等通風孔。

Description

電子裝置及其風扇模組
本發明涉及一種電子裝置及其風扇模組。
有些電子裝置,如存儲橋接塢(Storage Bridge Bay),其殼體設有複數通風孔,複數風扇正對該等通風孔裝設於該殼體的外側以對電子裝置散熱。然而,若其中一風扇壞掉,則電子裝置外部的風流會流過壞掉的風扇後自通風孔進入電子裝置,隨後其他風扇會抽取所述風流,這樣其他風扇的散熱效率也降低,極大地降低了電子裝置的散熱效率。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種能保障其散熱效率的電子裝置。
一種風扇模組,包括一外殼及一風扇,外殼包括一側板,該側板設有一開口,風扇鄰近該開口的第一端裝設於該外殼內,風扇的風流方向平行該側板,該開口的與第一端相對的第二端樞轉連接一可封閉該開口的擋板。
一種電子裝置,包括一本體及複數上述之風扇模組,本體的頂面設有複數通風孔,該等風扇模組裝設於本體的頂面且該等風扇模組的開口正對該等通風孔。
本發明電子裝置的其中一風扇模組的風扇無法運轉時,該風扇模組的擋板轉動而封閉對應的開口及通風孔,可防止電子裝置外部的風流經該風扇模組流入電子裝置內再被其他風扇模組抽取而降低其他風扇模組的散熱效率,可較好地保障該電子裝置的散熱效率。

圖1係本發明電子裝置的風扇模組的較佳實施方式的立體圖。

圖3係本發明電子裝置的較佳實施方式的立體分解圖。
請參照圖3,本發明電子裝置的較佳實施方式包括一本體10及複數風扇模組20。本體10的頂面設有複數通風孔12。
請參照圖1及圖2,每一風扇模組20包括一長方體狀且內空的外殼21。外殼21包括垂直連接的一側板22及一端板23。外殼21與端板23相對的一端設為安裝口24。一風扇25裝設於外殼21內且靠近該安裝口24。風扇25與外殼21的內側緊密接觸。風扇25的進風口251朝向端板23,出風口252朝向安裝口24。風扇25的風流方向平行該側板22。側板22設有一開口222。該風扇25鄰近開口222的第一端。開口222的與第一端相對的第二端樞轉連接一擋板26。端板23遠離開口222的一側設有一穿槽232,以供連接風扇25的線纜253穿出。端板23的內側設有一楔形的凸塊233。凸塊233朝向風扇25的一側設有一斜面2332。
該等風扇模組20並排裝設於本體10的頂面且覆蓋該等通風孔12。該等風扇模組20的開口222正對該等通風孔12。風扇25未啟動時,該等擋板26在重力作用下遮蓋對應的開口222。風扇25啟動後,流向風扇25的進風口251的風流推動該等擋板26向上轉動而敞開該等開口222。風扇25驅動風流流經本體10以吸收本體10產生的熱量,然後自通風孔12及開口222流入外殼21並自外殼21的開口24排出電子裝置,從而對本體10散熱。
擋板26被風扇25吹起向上轉動時被凸塊233的斜面2332頂住,可以確保擋板26的重心相對擋板26的樞轉軸262更靠近風扇25。因此,當其中一風扇模組20的風扇25因損壞或其他因素無法運轉時,該風扇模組20的擋板26在重力作用下向下轉動並遮蓋對應的開口222,這樣可防止電子裝置外部的風流流過該風扇模組20及通風孔12後再被其他風扇模組20抽取而降低其他風扇模組20的散熱效率,可較好地保障該電子裝置的散熱效率。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種風扇模組,包括一外殼及一風扇,外殼包括一側板,該側板設有一開口,風扇鄰近該開口的第一端裝設於該外殼內,風扇的風流方向平行該側板,該開口的與第一端相對的第二端樞轉連接一可封閉該開口的擋板。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇模組,其中該外殼還包括一垂直連接側板且鄰近該開口的端板,外殼與端板相對的一端設有一安裝口,風扇的進風口朝向端板,風扇的出風口朝向安裝口。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之風扇模組,其中端板的內側設有一凸塊,擋板朝向端板轉動時可抵接凸塊。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之風扇模組,其中當開口朝下且擋板抵接凸塊時,擋板的重心相對擋板的樞轉軸靠近風扇。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之風扇模組,其中凸塊呈楔形,凸塊朝向該風扇的一側設有一可抵接該擋板的斜面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之風扇模組,其中端板於遠離開口處設有一供風扇的線纜穿過的穿槽。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之風扇模組,其中當風扇不運轉且開口朝下時,擋板在重力作用下遮蓋開口。
  8. 一種電子裝置,包括一本體及複數如申請專利範圍第1至第7項中任一項所述之風扇模組,本體的頂面設有複數通風孔,該等風扇模組裝設於本體的頂面且該等風扇模組的開口正對該等通風孔。
