Abstract

一種風扇模組,包括一風扇及複數導風片,該風扇設有一端壁,該端壁開設有一通風口,該等導風片依重量從最重到最輕自下而上地能夠轉動地裝設於該端壁,該等導風片用以封閉或打開該通風口。

Description

風扇模組
本發明涉及一種風扇模組。
習知風扇常於一側裝設導風片引導風扇之風流給主機板上之電子元件散熱,然導風片只能打開一定角度,即風流之覆蓋範圍已經被限定,必須移動主機板上之電子元件到風流之覆蓋範圍內,非常不便。
鑒於以上有必要提供一種能夠對不同位置之電子元件散熱之風扇模組。
一種風扇模組,包括一風扇及複數導風片,該風扇設有一端壁,該端壁開設有一通風口,該等導風片依重量從最重到最輕自下而上地能夠轉動地裝設於該端壁,該等導風片用以封閉或打開該通風口。
相較習知技術,該風扇模組之導風片依重量從最重到最輕自下而上地裝設於該風扇,使導風片之打開角度自下而上逐漸擴大,能夠給逐漸遠離風扇之電子元件散熱。
圖1係本發明風扇模組之立體圖。
請參照圖1,本發明風扇模組10包括一風扇20及複數導風片100。
該風扇20於一端設有一端壁22,該端壁22於中部開設有一通風口24。該端壁22鄰近通風口24之兩側分別凸設一固定片26。每一固定片26沿豎向開設複數穿孔260。
每一導風片100之頂部之兩端分別向外凸設一轉軸102。該兩轉軸102能夠轉動地插入該風扇20之相對之兩穿孔260,將對應之導風片100能夠轉動地裝設於該風扇20。
該等導風片100用以封閉或打開該通風口24。該等導風片100包括最重之一第一導風片30、次重之一第二導風片40、輕於第二導風片40之一第三導風片50及最輕之一第四導風片60。該等導風片100依重量從最重到最輕自下而上地裝設於該風扇20之端壁22。即,第一導風片30裝設於該端壁22之底部,第二導風片40位於該第一導風片30之上方,第三導風片50位於第二導風片40之上方,第四導風片60裝設於該端壁22之頂部。
該風扇20停止工作時,該等導風片100平行於該端壁22地自然下垂,封閉該通風口24。
該風扇20工作時,風流吹動該等導風片100使該等導風片100打開。由於該等導風片100之重量不同,因此各自打開之角度也不相同。該等導風片100依重量從最重到最輕,打開之角度亦是從下而上逐漸變大,即位於最下方之第一導風片30之打開角度最小,能夠引導風流給風扇20附近之電子元件散熱。位於最上方之第四導風片60之打開角度最大,能夠給離風扇20很遠之電子元件散熱。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種風扇模組,包括一風扇及複數導風片,該風扇設有一端壁,該端壁開設有一通風口,該等導風片依重量從最重到最輕自下而上地能夠轉動地裝設於該端壁,該等導風片用以封閉或打開該通風口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇模組,其中該端壁鄰近該通風口之兩側分別凸設一固定片,每一固定片沿豎向開設複數穿孔,每一導風片之頂部之兩端凸設兩轉軸,該兩轉軸能夠轉動地插入兩對應之穿孔。
