Abstract

一種散熱風扇,包括有風扇本體及外殼,所述外殼包括有收容蓋及上蓋,且設有出風口,所述風扇本體收容固定於所述收容蓋中,所述上蓋蓋合於所述收容蓋上,且設有進風口,所述上蓋還設有凹部,風流自所述凹部及所述進風口流入所述收容蓋,並自所述出風口流出。本發明還揭示一種散熱裝置。

Description

散熱風扇及帶有散熱風扇之散熱裝置
本發明涉及一種散熱風扇及散熱裝置,特別是指一種用於薄型電子裝置中之散熱風扇及帶有散熱風扇之散熱裝置。
習知之散熱風扇包括有外殼及安裝於該外殼中之風扇本體。於對系統進行散熱時,系統風流是自散熱風扇之上方或下方進入,然後自散熱風扇之側邊排出,且風扇本體與外殼之間有一個供系統風流流動之流道。然而,隨著電子裝置往輕薄之方向發展,散熱風扇亦越來越薄,風流流道亦越來越窄。這樣就會影響風流之流動,導致系統之熱量沒辦法被及時排走。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種於有限空間內增加風流流動之散熱風扇及散熱裝置。
一種散熱風扇,包括有風扇本體及外殼,所述外殼包括有收容蓋及上蓋,且設有出風口,所述風扇本體收容固定於所述收容蓋中,所述上蓋蓋合於所述收容蓋上,且設有進風口,所述上蓋還設有凹部,風流自所述凹部及所述進風口流入所述收容蓋,並自所述出風口流出。
一種散熱裝置,包括有機殼之底壁及安裝於所述底壁上之散熱風扇,所述散熱風扇包括有風扇本體及外殼,所述外殼包括有收容蓋及上蓋,所述風扇本體收容固定於所述收容蓋中,所述上蓋蓋合於所述收容蓋上,且設有進風口,所述收容蓋包括有與所述上蓋相對之底板,所述上蓋朝向所述底壁,且與所述底壁之間設有供風流流動之縫隙,所述上蓋沿所述底板方向延伸有凹部,風流自所述縫隙及所述凹部流入所述進風口。
相較於習知技術,於上述散熱風扇及散熱裝置中,於有限之空間內,增加了供風流流入之凹部,這樣增加了風流流動,提高了散熱效率。
請參考圖1,本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一散熱風扇包括一風扇本體100及一外殼200。
所述外殼200包括一上蓋20及一收容蓋30。
請同時參閱圖2,所述上蓋20包括一蓋板21及開設於所述蓋板21上之一凹部23。所述蓋板21中央開設一進風口211,且沿邊緣處開設複數固定孔213。所述凹部23與所述進風口211及所述蓋板21之外邊緣連通,所述凹部23包括一第一導片231及位於所述第一導片231兩相對邊緣之兩第二導片232。於一實施方式中,所述第一導片231大致平行所述蓋板21,所述第二導片232相對所述蓋板21及所述第一導片231傾斜,且兩所述第二導片232大致呈一“八”字形。於一實施方式中,所述進風口211為一圓形開口。
請參閱圖3及圖4,於一第二實施方式中,所述第二導片232大致垂直所述蓋板21及所述第一導片231,且兩所述第二導片232大致呈“八”字形。於另一實施方式中,所述第二導片232大致垂直所述蓋板21及所述第一導片231,且兩所述第二導片232大致平行。
所述收容蓋30包括一底板31及自所述底板31之外邊緣向上延伸之側板33。所述側板33之上表面向上延伸複數卡塊331。所述側板33之外表面向外延伸複數固定片335。
請參閱圖5,安裝時,將所述風扇本體100放入所述收容蓋30中,且固定於所述底板31上。移動所述上蓋20至所述收容蓋30上方,且所述卡塊331對齊所述固定孔213。向下按壓所述上蓋20,使所述卡塊331穿過所述固定孔213卡於所述上蓋20上。從而將所述上蓋20固定於所述側板33上。於一實施方式中,所述蓋板21大致平行所述底板31。所述第一導片231到所述底板31之間之距離小於所述蓋板21到所述底板31之間之距離。
所述蓋板21與所述底板31之間形成一出風口50。於一實施方式中,所述出風口50與所述凹部23相對。
請參閱圖6,一種散熱裝置包括有一電子裝置機殼之底壁300及所述散熱風扇。使用時,所述散熱風扇安裝於所述底壁300上,所述蓋板21朝向所述底壁300。所述蓋板21與所述底壁300之間留有供風流流入之縫隙60。所述蓋板21到所述底壁300之距離為h1,所述第一導片231到所述底壁300之距離為h2,h1小於h2。風流於所述風扇本體100之作用下自縫隙60及所述凹部23沿所述進風口211流入所述散熱風扇中,並自所述出風口50流出所述散熱風扇。由於增加了供風流流入之凹部23,所述凹部23增大了所述縫隙60之空間,這樣增加了風流流動,提高了散熱效率。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利要求,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本發明技藝之人士,爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種散熱風扇,包括有風扇本體及外殼,所述外殼包括有收容蓋及上蓋,且設有出風口,所述風扇本體收容固定於所述收容蓋中,所述上蓋蓋合於所述收容蓋上,且設有進風口,所述上蓋還設有凹部,風流自所述凹部及所述進風口流入所述收容蓋,並自所述出風口流出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述凹部連通所述進風口。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述凹部與所述出風口相對。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述上蓋包括有蓋板,所述凹部自所述蓋板延伸,所述凹部包括有第一導片及兩連接所述第一導片與所述蓋板之第二導片,所述第一導片大致平行所述蓋板。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述收容蓋包括有底板,所述底板大致平行所述蓋板,所述風扇本體安裝於所述底板上,所述第一導片到所述底板之距離小於所述蓋板到所述底板之距離。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述第二導片大致垂直所述蓋板及所述第一導片。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之散熱風扇,其中兩所述第二導片相互平行。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之散熱風扇,其中所述第二導片相對所述蓋板及所述第一導片傾斜。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之散熱風扇,其中兩所述第二導片大致呈“八”字形。
  10. 一種散熱裝置,包括有機殼之底壁及安裝於所述底壁上之散熱風扇,所述散熱風扇包括有風扇本體及外殼,所述外殼包括有收容蓋及上蓋,所述風扇本體收容固定於所述收容蓋中,所述上蓋蓋合於所述收容蓋上,且設有進風口,所述收容蓋包括有與所述上蓋相對之底板,所述上蓋朝向所述底壁,且與所述底壁之間設有供風流流動之縫隙,所述上蓋沿所述底板方向延伸有凹部,風流自所述縫隙及所述凹部流入所述進風口。
