Description

連續封口裝置及其儲送料台
本發明是一種封口裝置,特別是一種形成不間斷熱封線之連續封口裝置及其儲送料台。
按,物品於運輸過程中,避免彼此相撞或擠壓造成的損壞,物品會包覆具有氣泡顆粒之緩衝氣袋,其中緩衝氣袋係將複數膜片於封口前以氣體灌入後,再予以熱封,因而形成氣柱,藉緩衝氣袋填塞於箱體與物品間產生之空間與氣體壓力,使物品被碰撞力量減輕,將碰傷或損壞的程度減到最小。
如第1圖所示,習知緩衝氣袋A1一般都是採用二塑膠膜片A10受滾輪A2上的電熱絲A21加熱並熱封而成,加熱滾輪A2利用環繞外緣的電熱絲A21在塑膠膜片A10上形成非連續相連(即間斷式)的熱封線A3,使得各個熱封線A3之間具有斷開的空隙B,由於各個熱封線A3之間無法相連而使充氣後的氣柱產生漏氣的問題。
有鑑於此,本發明提出一種連續封口裝置,包含:第一滾輪具有第一圓周,第一圓周包含第一熱封區段與第一不熱封區段;第一加熱件位於第一熱封區段,於第一滾輪轉動時,第一加熱件熱封接著複數膜片形成第一接著段;第二滾輪具有第二圓周,第二圓周與第一圓周等長,第二圓周包含第二熱封區段與第二不熱封區段,第一熱封區段與第二熱封區段之長度大於等於第一圓周;第二加熱件位於第二熱封區段,於第二滾輪轉動時,第二加熱件熱封接著複數膜片形成第二接著段,第一接著段與第二接著段相連接而於複 數膜片上形成不間斷之熱封線。
本發明亦提出一種儲送料台,包含前述連續封口裝置及充氣模組,並且,充氣模組提供充氣複數膜片形成氣柱並朝氣柱之儲氣室吹氣。
本發明以第一滾輪與第二滾輪轉動熱封複數膜片,使第一滾輪之第一加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成第一接著段,以及第二滾輪之第二加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成第二接著段,讓第一接著段與第二接著段相連接而於複數膜片上形成不間斷之熱封線,有效解決習知複數膜片上的複數熱封線無法相連接而中斷,造成氣柱內的充氣氣體外漏的問題。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者瞭解本發明之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本發明相關之目的及優點。
請參閱第2A圖、第2B圖、第2C圖所示,其係為本發明之第一實施例中所揭露之連續封口裝置1。
本發明的連續封口裝置1包括:第一滾輪11、至少一個第一加熱件17、第二滾輪21、至少一個第二加熱件27。
請參閱第3A圖,第一滾輪11之外環具有第一圓周111,並且,第一圓周111包含第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15,在此實施例中,在第一圓周111上設置一個第一熱封區段13與一個第一不熱封區段15,其中,第一熱封區段13的截面為形成半圓弧狀,位於第一圓周111的一半,第一不熱封區段15的截面為形成半圓弧狀,位於第一圓周111的另一半,並且,第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15為交錯排列設置(即第一熱封區段 13接續著第一不熱封區段15而交互排列)。
前述說明之第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15的長度與數量僅為舉例,本發明非以此為限。在一些實施例中,第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15的長度可相同距離(如第3A圖所示),並且,在一些實施例中,第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15的數量可分別設置二個在第一滾輪11上(如第5圖所示),二個第一熱封區段13與二個第一不熱封區段15為交互位於第一滾輪11,並且具有下述優點:(1)當熱封複數膜片9a、9b時,減少第一滾輪11無封口且第二滾輪21未封口前的空隙。(2)防止因複數膜片9a、9b上下偏移時造成的熱封線92錯開斷線(如熱封線92頭尾沒相接)。此外,在一些實施例中,第一熱封區段13與第一不熱封區段15的數量可分別設置三個在第一滾輪11上(如第6圖所示),三個第一熱封區段13與三個第一不熱封區段15交錯排列在第一滾輪11,各分別位於六分之一的外緣上。
請參閱第3A圖,第一加熱件17在此為電熱絲,為一種熔接技術的封裝方式,然而,在一些實施例中,封裝方式可使用膠合技術,例如:添加固化劑的膠水等,並且,第一加熱件17附著於第一熱封區段13,於第一滾輪11轉動時,第一加熱件17熱封接著複數膜片9a、9b形成第一接著段19(如第3B、3C圖所示),亦即第一加熱件17的長度等於第一接著段19的長度。
請參閱第3A圖,第二滾輪21之外環具有第二圓周211,在此實施例中,第二圓周211與第一圓周111等長,其中,第二圓周211包含第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25,在此,第二圓周211上設置一個第二熱封區段23與一個第二不熱封區段25,第一熱封區段13與第二熱封區段23之長度大於等於第一圓周111,提供複數膜片9a、9b經過第一滾輪11至第二滾輪21時,複數膜片9a、9b上的第一接著段19與第二接著段29相連接(如第3B、 3C圖所示),其中,第3C圖所示,為示意第一滾輪11形成的第一接著段19二端是分別對應在第二滾輪21形成的二個第二接著段29上,在此,第二熱封區段23的截面為形成半圓弧狀,位於第二圓周211的一半,第二不熱封區段25的截面為形成半圓弧狀,位於第二圓周211的另一半,第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25為交錯排列設置(即第二熱封區段23接續著第二不熱封區段25而交互排列)。
前述說明之第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25的長度與數量僅為舉例,本發明非以此為限。在一些實施例中,第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25的長度可相同距離(如第3A圖所示),在一些實施例中,第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25的數量可分別設置二個在第二滾輪21上(如第5圖所示),二個第二熱封區段23與二個第二不熱封區段25為交錯排列於第二滾輪21,此外,在一些實施例中,第二熱封區段23與第二不熱封區段25的數量可分別設置三個在第二滾輪21上(如第6圖所示),三個第二熱封區段23與三個第二不熱封區段25交錯排列在第二滾輪21,各分別位於六分之一的外緣上。
在一些實施例中,第一滾輪11之第一熱封區段13可為一個,並對應設置一個第一加熱件17,搭配第二滾輪21之複數個第二熱封區段23,並對應設置複數個第二加熱件27使用,或者是第一滾輪11之第一熱封區段13可為複數個,並對應設置複數個第一加熱件17,搭配第二滾輪21之一個第二熱封區段23(未圖示),並對應設置一個第二加熱件27使用。
前述說明之第一滾輪11的第一圓周111與第二滾輪21的第二圓周211的長度相等僅為舉例,本發明非以此為限。在一些實施例中,第二圓周211之長度可小於第一圓周111之長度(如第7圖所示),或者是第二圓周211之長度可大於第一圓周111之長度(如第8圖所示)。
請參閱第3A圖,第二加熱件27在此為電熱絲,為一種熔接技術的封裝方式,然而,在一些實施例中,封裝方式可使用膠合技術,例如:添加固化劑的膠水等,並且,第二加熱件27附著於第二熱封區段23,在此實施例中,設置在第一滾輪11上的第一加熱件17與第二滾輪21上的第二加熱件27為形成相對向的半圓弧態樣,於第二滾輪21轉動時,第一加熱件17熱封接著複數膜片9a、9b形成第二接著段29,亦即第二加熱件27的長度等於第二接著段29的長度,在此,第一接著段19與第二接著段29相連接而於複數膜片9a、9b上形成不間斷且連續式之熱封線92(即第一接著段19的二端分別連接二個第二接著段29),並且,在一些實施例中,第一接著段19與第二接著段29相連接處可重疊。
前述說明之第一滾輪11上的第一加熱件17與第二滾輪21上的第二加熱件27的設置態樣僅是列舉,在一些實施例中,設置在第一滾輪11上的第一加熱件17與第二滾輪21上的第二加熱件27可形成相反方向的半圓弧態樣(如第4A、4B圖所示)。
請參閱第3A圖,本發明之第一滾輪11與第二滾輪1之間具有間距L,在此,由於第一熱封區段13與第二熱封區段23之長度等長的的條件下,間距L小於等於第一熱封區段13之長度,或間距L小於等於第二熱封區段23之長度,並且,在此實施例中,間距L為2/1第一滾輪11或第二滾輪21的圓周率(π)直徑(D)。此外,在一些實施例中,第一圓周111之長度與第二圓周211之長度等長(即直徑D相同)的情況下,第一熱封區段13與第二熱封區段23之長度是可以設計不等長(如第9圖所示),並且,第一滾輪1與第二滾輪21之間的間距L小於等於第一熱封區段13與第二熱封區段23之長度,此外,在一些實施例中,第一圓周111之長度與第二圓周211之長度可設計成不等長(即直徑D不相同),並且,第一滾輪1與第二滾輪 21之間的間距L小於等於第一熱封區段13與第二熱封區段23之長度(如第7、8圖所示)。
請參閱第3A圖,本發明之連續封口裝置1更包含夾具輪5,位於第一滾輪11與第二滾輪21之間,當熱封複數膜片9a、9b時,將複數膜片9a、9b一端輸入至夾具輪5與第一滾輪11之間,藉由第一滾輪11上的第一加熱件17旋轉並熱封複數膜片9a、9b,而後,複數膜片9a、9b一端並輸入至夾具輪5與第二滾輪21之間,藉由第二滾輪21上的第二加熱件27旋轉並熱封複數膜片9a、9b,在一些實施例中,夾具輪5以橡膠或塑膠或其他硬質料材質製成,在此,夾具輪5截面為圓形體。
前述說明關於夾具輪5為圓形體僅是列舉,在一些實施例中,夾具輪5截面可為齒輪型或半部圓形與半部齒輪型,並且,由於齒輪型的夾具輪5在輸送複數膜片9a、9b時,可交叉夾持複數膜片9a、9b,在短暫移動複數膜片9a、9b當中,提供閉氣又可在複數膜片9a、9b移入進行熱封接著的程序之前,複數膜片9a、9b封口處形成未充氣,方便熱封接著的封口效果。
請參閱第2C圖,本發明之連續封口裝置1更包含充氣模組7,在此,充氣模組7位於第一滾輪11前方,複數膜片9a、9b輸入至第一滾輪11之前,經過充氣模組7,藉由充氣模組7吹氣到複數膜片9a、9b之間的充氣口,提供氣體進入複數膜片9a、9b之間,在此,灌入氣體至氣柱91之儲氣室91a而使複數膜片9a、9b向兩外側膨脹,儲氣室91a呈現漏斗形狀的漸縮效果避免氣體外露,複數膜片9a、9b持續移動並受到第一滾輪11及第二滾輪21熱封形成氣柱91。
請參閱第10A圖、第10B圖,為本發明之第二實施例,此第二實施例與第一實施例最大差別在於:本實施例之第一熱封區段13在第一滾輪11外環是呈現傾斜直線態樣(如第10A圖所示),並且,第二熱封區段23在 第二滾輪21外環是呈現傾斜直線態樣,當複數膜片9a、9b熱封後,複數膜片9a、9b上的熱封線92形成高低交互連接態樣,此外,在一些實施例中,第一熱封區段13在第一滾輪11外環是呈現波浪圓弧態樣(如第10B圖所示),並且,第二熱封區段23在第二滾輪21外環是呈現波浪圓弧態樣,當複數膜片9a、9b熱封後,複數膜片9a、9b上的熱封線92是形成高低交互連接態樣。
請參閱第11圖、第12圖、第13圖,為本發明之第三實施例,此第三實施例為揭露一種儲送料台100,提供輸送複數膜片9a、9b,儲送料台100並設置如第一實施例或第二實施例之連續封口裝置1,在此,儲送料台100包含充氣模組3,提供充氣來源至複數膜片9a、9b並形成氣柱91,充氣後氣柱91朝出口方向F前進(如第11圖所示),並且,充氣模組3包含充氣管31,充氣管31截面為圓管型體,提供充氣至複數膜片9a、9b之間,在此實施例中,充氣管31置於複數膜片9a、9b上端並朝氣柱91之儲氣室91a吹氣吹氣。
請參閱第12圖,在一些實施例中,儲送料台100包含轉送輪座6,設置滾筒卷料90(即複數膜片9a、9b所卷繞而成),轉送輪座6包含滾盤61、插銷62,在此,滾盤61轉動滾筒卷料90並輸送複數膜片9a、9b進入連續封口裝置1及充氣模組3,插銷62位於滾盤61,提供穿設在滾筒卷料90中,本實施例中,儲送料台100可運用在直立式掛卷機台101上(即滾筒卷料90呈現豎立形式)。
前述說明關於儲送料台100運用在直立式掛卷機台101僅是列舉,在一些實施例中,儲送料台100可運用在水平式掛卷機台102(即滾筒卷料90呈現平臥形式),如第12圖所示。
請參閱第12圖,在一些實施例中,儲送料台100更包含複數壓輪7、 齒輪式壓滾輪8,複數膜片9a、9b位於複數壓輪7之間,在此,壓輪7包含凹環71(如第13圖所示),充氣管31的頭端311位於凹環71,並且,充氣管31置於壓輪7內,當充氣管31充氣後,為防止複數膜片9a、9b未至連續封口裝置1進行封口時,所造成氣體外洩的情形,故在壓輪7中控制充氣管31的頭端311位置,使壓輪7包覆住充氣管31,在此,由於儲送料台100更包含複數齒輪式壓滾輪8(如第12圖所示),複數膜片9a、9b位於複數齒輪式壓滾輪8之間,因此可藉由複數齒輪式壓滾輪8形成交叉上下滾動的方式,以壓陷式引入複數膜片9a、9b至連續封口裝置1進行熱封接著的封口程序。
本發明以第一滾輪與第二滾輪轉動熱封複數膜片,使第一滾輪之第一加熱件熱封接著複數膜片形成第一接著段,以及第二滾輪之第二加熱件熱封接著複數膜片形成第二接著段,讓第一接著段與第二接著段相連接而於複數膜片上形成不間斷之熱封線,有效解決習知複數膜片上的複數熱封線無法相連接而中斷,造成氣柱內的充氣氣體外漏的問題。
雖然本發明的技術內容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇內,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種連續封口裝置,用以熱封複數膜片,該連續封口裝置包含:一第一滾輪,具有一第一圓周,該第一圓周包含至少一第一熱封區段與至少一第一不熱封區段;至少一第一加熱件,位於該至少一第一熱封區段,於該第一滾輪轉動時,該至少一第一加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成一第一接著段;一第二滾輪,具有一第二圓周,該第二圓周與該第一圓周等長,該第二圓周包含至少一第二熱封區段與至少一第二不熱封區段,該至少一第一熱封區段與該至少一第二熱封區段之長度大於等於該第一圓周;及至少一第二加熱件,位於該至少一第二熱封區段,於該第二滾輪轉動時,該至少一第二加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成一第二接著段,該第一接著段與該第二接著段相連接而於該些膜片上形成不間斷之一熱封線。
  2. 如請求項1所述之連續封口裝置,其中該至少一第一熱封區段與該至少一第一不熱封區段為交錯排列設置,該至少一第二熱封區段與該至少一第二不熱封區段為交錯排列設置。
  3. 如請求項1所述之連續封口裝置,其中該第一滾輪與該第二滾輪之間具有一間距,該間距小於等於該至少一第一熱封區段與該至少一第二熱封區段之長度。
  4. 一種連續封口裝置,用以熱封複數膜片,該連續封口裝置包含:一第一滾輪,具有一第一圓周,該第一圓周包含至少一第一熱封區段與至少一第一不熱封區段; 至少一第一加熱件,位於該至少一第一熱封區段,於該第一滾輪轉動時,該至少一第一加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成一第一接著段;一第二滾輪,具有一第二圓周,該第二圓周之長度小於該第一圓周之長度,該第二圓周包含至少一第二熱封區段與至少一第二不熱封區段,該至少一第一熱封區段與該至少一第二熱封區段之長度大於等於該第一圓周;及至少一第二加熱件,位於該至少一第二熱封區段,於該第二滾輪轉動時,該至少一第二加熱件熱封接著該些膜片形成一第二接著段,該第一接著段與該第二接著段相連接而於該些膜片上形成不間斷之一熱封線。
  5. 如請求項4所述之連續封口裝置,其中該至少一第一熱封區段與該至少一第一不熱封區段為交錯排列設置,該至少一第二熱封區段與該至少一第二不熱封區段為交錯排列設置。
  6. 如請求項4所述之連續封口裝置,其中該第一滾輪與該第二滾輪之間具有一間距,該間距小於等於該至少一第一熱封區段之長度,或該間距小於等於該至少一第二熱封區段之長度。
  7. 一種儲送料台,輸送複數膜片,該儲送料台包含:一個如請求項1至6任一項之連續封口裝置;及一充氣模組,提供充氣該些膜片形成一氣柱並朝該氣柱之一儲氣室吹氣。
  8. 如請求項7所述之儲送料台,更包含一轉送輪座,設置該些膜片之一滾筒卷料,該轉送輪座包含: 一滾盤,轉動該滾筒卷料並輸送該些膜片進入該連續封口裝置及該充氣模組;及一插銷,位於該滾盤。
  9. 如請求項7所述之儲送料台,更包含複數壓輪,該些膜片位於該些壓輪之間。
  10. 如請求項9所述之儲送料台,其中該些壓輪包含複數凹環,該充氣模組包含一充氣管,位於該些凹環。
  11. 如請求項7所述之儲送料台,更包含複數齒輪式壓滾輪,該些膜片位於該些齒輪式壓滾輪之間。
  12. 如請求項7所述之儲送料台,更包含一夾具輪,位於該第一滾輪與該第二滾輪之間。
