Abstract
一種自動櫃員機包括讀卡器、用於產生語音提示的語音提示單元、用於進行用戶身份驗證的驗證單元、拍攝單元、判斷單元、距離偵測單元及控制單元。拍攝單元用於當用戶藉由身份驗證時拍攝用戶的圖像以得到特徵圖像，以及按預定時間間隔拍攝自動櫃員機的操作位置附近的即時圖像。判斷單元用於判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像相同時輸出判斷信號。距離偵測單元用於偵測到用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離超出預定值時產生偵測信號。控制單元用於控制語音提示單元產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡。本發明還提供一種語音提示方法。
Description
本發明涉及一種自動櫃員機，尤其涉及一種具有語音提示功能的自動櫃員機及其語音提示方法。
隨著自動櫃員機（Automatic Teller Machine，以下稱ATM）廣泛普及及應用，用戶只需擁有一張銀行卡便可藉由ATM取款、存款、轉帳、查詢等操作。然而，不少用戶在使用ATM後，常常因為個人的疏忽而忘記取卡，導致銀行卡被吞甚至遺失，從而造成用戶的個人財產損失。
有鑒於此，有必要提供一種具有語音提示功能的ATM，以防止用戶忘記取卡。
一種ATM，包括讀卡器、用於產生語音提示的語音提示單元、用於進行用戶身份驗證的驗證單元、拍攝單元、判斷單元、距離偵測單元及控制單元。拍攝單元用於當用戶藉由身份驗證時拍攝用戶的圖像以得到特徵圖像，以及按預定時間間隔拍攝ATM的操作位置附近的即時圖像。判斷單元用於判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同，並在即時圖像與特徵圖像相同時輸出判斷信號。距離偵測單元用於回應判斷信號並偵測用戶與ATM之間的距離是否已超出預定值，並在偵測到用戶與ATM之間的距離超出預定值時產生偵測信號。控制單元用於回應偵測信號並控制語音提示單元產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡。
另外，還有必要提供一種提示用戶取卡的ATM提示方法，包括如下步驟：
採集用戶的圖像以獲得特徵圖像；
按預定時間間隔拍攝ATM的操作位置附近的即時圖像；
判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同；
若即時圖像與特徵圖像相同，則偵測用戶與ATM之間的距離是否超過預定值；以及
若偵測到用戶與ATM之間的距離超過預定值，則產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡。
使用上述ATM及其語音提示方法，當用戶使用ATM後忘記取卡時，可及時產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡，從而防止因忘記取卡而導致卡遺失。
如圖1所示，ATM100包括讀卡器110、拍攝單元130、存儲單元140、判斷單元150、距離偵測單元160、控制單元170及語音提示單元180。讀卡器110用於接收並讀取用戶插入的電子卡。在本實施方式中，電子卡為ATM100所能識別的銀行卡。此外，ATM100還包括驗證單元120及顯示單元190。驗證單元120用於當卡插入讀卡器110後回應用用戶的輸入操作進行身份驗證，並當身份驗證合格時產生一驗證信號。顯示單元190用於顯示一包括取款、存款、轉帳、查詢等選項的操作介面。
拍攝單元130用於回應驗證信號並拍攝用戶的圖像以獲得特徵圖像，以及按預定的時間間隔（例如，0.1秒）拍攝ATM100的操作位置附近的圖像以獲得即時圖像。拍攝單元130在本實施例中為一具有一特定焦距的攝像頭。優選地，拍攝單元130自動識別並拍攝ATM100的操作位置附近的人物的臉部特徵。
存儲單元140用於存儲拍攝單元130拍攝的特徵圖像，以及一預定距離S0。
判斷單元150用於判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同，並當即時圖像與特徵圖像相同時產生一判斷信號。當判斷單元150判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像不同時，則認為有陌生人非法操作ATM100，並產生中止信號。在本實施例中，判斷單元150藉由判斷圖像中人臉影像的幾何特徵資料是否相同來判定特徵圖像與即時影像相同與否。
距離偵測單元160用於回應判斷信號並偵測用戶與ATM100之間的距離S是否超過預定距離S0。當距離偵測單元160偵測到當用戶與ATM100之間的距離S超過預定距離S0時，則認為用戶即將離開ATM100，並產生一偵測信號。距離偵測單元160可以為超聲波測距感測器，紅外測距感測器等。在本實施例中，距離偵測單元160根據拍攝到的用戶的人臉影像的幾何特徵及拍攝單元130的焦距來計算用戶與ATM100之間的距離。
控制單元170用於接收偵測信號以控制語音提示單元180產生語音提示，以及用於回應中止信號以退出操作介面並控制讀卡器110進行吞卡作業。此外，控制單元170還用於當接受到偵測信號並間隔一預定時間T（例如，10秒）後確定卡是否已還存在於讀卡器110。當間隔一預定時間T（例如，10秒）後，控制單元170確定卡還存在於讀卡器110中，則認為用戶已忘記取卡，並控制顯示單元190退出操作介面及控制讀卡器110進行吞卡作業。
語音提示單元180用於產生語音提示，例如，發出語音提示資訊：請不要忘記取卡，以提醒用戶取卡。
如圖2所示，一種語音提示方法用於產生語音提示，以防止用戶使用ATM100時忘記取卡。上述語音提示方法包括如下步驟。
步驟S201，驗證單元120提供身份驗證，並當用戶藉由身份驗證後，讀卡器110讀取卡資訊以及顯示單元190顯示操作介面。
步驟S202，拍攝單元130採集用戶的圖像並存儲為特徵圖像。
步驟S203，拍攝單元130進一步按預定的時間間隔拍攝ATM100的操作位置附近的即時圖像。在本實施中，預定的時間時隔為0.1秒。
步驟S204，判斷單元150判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同。若即時圖像與特徵圖像相同，流程轉至步驟S205；若即時圖像與特徵圖像不相同，則認為有陌生人非法操作ATM100，流程進入步驟S208。在本實施方式中，藉由識別並判斷圖像中人臉影像的特徵資料是否相同來判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同。
步驟S205，距離偵測單元160偵測用戶與ATM100之間的距離是否超出一預定值S0。若距離偵測單元160偵測到時用戶與ATM100之間的距離超出一預定值S0，則認為用戶即將準備離開ATM100，流程轉至步驟S206；若距離偵測單元160偵測到時用戶與ATM100之間的距離S小於或等於預定值S0，流程返回至步驟S203。
步驟S206，控制單元170控制語音提示單元180產生語音提示，以提醒用戶取卡。
步驟S207，控制單元170間隔一定時間（例如，10秒）後進一步確定卡是否已取走。若控制單元170確定間隔一定時間後卡依然未取走，則認為用戶已忘記取卡，流程轉至步驟S208。若控制單元170間隔一定時間後確定卡已取走，則流程結束。
步驟S208，控制單元170控制顯示單元190退出操作介面並控制讀卡器110進行吞卡作業，從而防止卡落入陌生人手中並防止陌生人進行取款、轉帳等非法操作。
本技術領域的普通技術人員應當認識到，以上的實施方式僅是用來說明本發明，而並非用作為對本發明的限定，只要在本發明的實質精神範圍之內，對以上實施例所作的適當改變和變化都落在本發明要求保護的範圍之內。

Claims (10)
- 一種自動櫃員機，其包括讀卡器、用於產生語音提示的語音提示單元及用於進行用戶身份驗證的驗證單元，其改良在於：所述自動櫃員機還包括拍攝單元、判斷單元、距離偵測單元及控制單元；拍攝單元用於當用戶藉由身份驗證時拍攝用戶的圖像以得到特徵圖像，以及按預定時間間隔拍攝自動櫃員機的操作位置附近的即時圖像；判斷單元用於判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同，並在即時圖像與特徵圖像相同時輸出判斷信號；距離偵測單元用於回應判斷信號並偵測用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離是否已超出預定值，並在偵測到用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離超出預定值時產生偵測信號；控制單元用於回應偵測信號並控制語音提示單元產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動櫃員機，其中該自動櫃員機還包括用於顯示操作介面的顯示單元；所述判斷單元還用於在即時圖像與特徵圖像不同時產生中止信號；所述控制單元還用於回應中止信號控制顯示單元退出操作介面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動櫃員機，其中所述判斷單元還用於在即時圖像與特徵圖像不同時產生中止信號；所述控制單元還用於回應中止信號控制讀卡器進行吞卡作業。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動櫃員機，其中所述控制單元還用於在產生語音提示預定時間後確定卡是否存在於讀卡器中，並當確定卡存在於讀卡器中時控制讀卡器進行吞卡作業。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動櫃員機，其中所述距離偵測單元藉由根據圖像中人臉影像的幾何特徵及拍攝單元的的焦距來判斷用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離是否已超過預定值。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動櫃員機，其中該自動櫃員機還包括存儲單元，用於存儲特徵圖像及所述預定值。
- 一種語音提示方法，包括如下步驟：
採集用戶的圖像以獲得特徵圖像；
按預定時間間隔拍攝自動櫃員機的操作位置附近的即時圖像；
判斷即時圖像與特徵圖像是否相同；
若即時圖像與特徵圖像相同，則偵測用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離是否超過預定值；以及
若偵測到用戶與自動櫃員機之間的距離超過預定值，則產生語音提示以提示用戶及時取卡。 - 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之語音提示方法，其中所述語音提示方法還包括如下步驟：
進行用戶身份驗證；及
藉由身份驗證後顯示操作介面。 - 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之語音提示方法，其中所述語音提示方法還包括如下步驟：
若即時圖像與特徵圖像不同時，則退出操作介面以及進行吞卡作業。 - 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之語音提示方法，其中所述語音提示方法還包括如下步驟：
在產生語音提示並間隔預定時間後進一步確定卡是否已取走；以及
當確定卡依然存在時，退出操作介面以及進行吞卡作業。
