Description

Modern environmental protection cemetery garden

This application claims priority to Hong Kong Provisional Patent Application No. 11107563.9 filed on July 20, 2011.

The present invention relates to cemeteries and, more particularly, to a modern environmentally friendly cemetery garden.

China and many countries in the world have always had a tradition of burial, but due to the increase in population, the cemetery and urban development land are extremely limited. At present, Hong Kong permanent burial requires about 400,000 to 500,000 expenses, but it may not be in place. Some elderly people choose to book more than 100,000 yuan in permanent grave burial grounds in Shenzhen in order to prevent their children from cremation. At present, the burial grounds of the Hong Kong Government are only in the thousands of dollars. However, the tombs of the tombs have been more than six years old and must be relocated, reburied or cremation. In 1999, Hong Kong also had cemetery management staff to obtain permanent grave burial grounds reserved for civil servants. The ancestors were buried and they were prosecuted for breaking the law.

Take Hong Kong as an example. Almost all districts have burial cemeteries built on hills. On the small island of Hong Kong, there are large cemeteries such as Happy Valley, Chai Wan, Aberdeen and Pok Fu Lam. Who wants to live in a row of new and old tombstones every day? Insufficient ashes often make headlines. On the other hand, there are already six crematoriums in small places in Hong Kong. The actual occupation of the crematorium is much larger than that of the land, because commercial and residential buildings will not be built nearby.

The current public burial and cremation policies have shortcomings. Based on the external social costs of cremation and the external social benefits of burial that are replaced by cremation, the government should support the use of resources for current cremation to support environmentally-friendly burial with a small footprint. As a result, cremation charges reflect all actual total social costs. The government should redeploy resources and policies to support new types of burial for sustainable development and to assist in carbon trading.

火葬的外在社會成本(external social costs/negative externalities):-External social costs/negative externalities:-

1)用於火葬的高溫及燃燒數以萬計有機物對附近環境及加速全球暖化的影響;1) The high temperature used for cremation and the effects of burning tens of thousands of organic matter on the surrounding environment and accelerating global warming;

2) Exhaust gases and compounds emitted by cremation pollute the air, causing far-reaching damage to the ecology and the atmosphere; (Note: Any pollution emission standards are only emissions under the existing technology, resources and cost permits, not emissions.)

3)火葬取代土葬而減少的土葬外在社會效益。如:土葬有機循環及分解,滋養土壤,有利動植物生長及有助氣候平衡等;3) The external social benefits of burial that are reduced by cremation instead of burial. Such as: organic circulation and decomposition of earth burial, nourish the soil, promote the growth of animals and plants and help the climate balance;

4)火葬取代土葬增加能源消耗(不必要),及令氣溫上升;4) cremation replaces burial to increase energy consumption (unnecessary) and increase temperature;

1) Organic circulation and decomposition of earth burial, nourish the soil, promote the growth of animals and plants and help the climate balance.

2)可收集/生產燃氣;2) Gas can be collected/produced;

3)取代(substitute)火葬的外在社會成本;3) Substitute the external social cost of cremation;

-避免不必要能源消秏,大大減少二氧化碳的排放;- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption and greatly reduce carbon dioxide emissions;

-避免火葬的高溫對附近環境的影響,避免加速全球暖化;- Avoid the effects of high temperatures of cremation on the surrounding environment and avoid accelerating global warming;

- Avoid global air pollution caused by the burning of organic matter in cremation. Any "emission standard" is not without pollution, but only reduces the pollution by the available technical standards; therefore, the current soil/cremation resources are mismatched.

The cemetery garden is surrounded by plants and divided into several sections, in which a drainage system and a water supply system are set up; a management office is set up, and a computerized automatic management of the entire cemetery is implemented.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a modern environmentally friendly cemetery garden. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of an embodiment of a tomb main body unit 100 according to the present invention. The main structure of the tomb main unit shown in the drawing is preferably formed in a prefabricated manner, which is composed of the underground portion 1 and the ground portion 2. The depth of the underground part 1 is limited to the modern building technology and geographical location. The area is determined by the population structure and cost-effectiveness of the area: the construction scale is determined by the mortality rate, for example, one month or more. The cross-sectional shape of the underground portion 1 may be a square shape, a hexagonal shape, a circular shape, or other suitable shape. The underground part 1 is a "vertical multi-layer" structure. The interior is used as a permanent burial and ashes area except for the basic necessary building structure and the space required for the relevant handling equipment. The height h of each floor can be set to For example, about one meter high, the layers are separated by a layer 12 between the layers. The use of this sealed building type can reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, and can also add other environmentally friendly ingredients, such as natural gas extraction and drainage. Its operating costs are lower than the government's cost of collecting gas at landfills. The ground portion 2 of the main body unit of the tomb has a ground floor 23 serving as a work area and an upper multi-layer 24 mainly serving as an accessing ashes and materials. The ground floor 23 may be provided with a handling device, a pressure steam sterilization device, or the like.

Fig. 2 schematically shows the configuration of a layer 11 of the underground portion of the prefabricated tomb main unit 100 of the present invention. The number of tomb elements is determined according to the actual available area of each layer of the underground part. For example, 150 by 250 tomb units can be set for each floor. The tomb unit area in each layer or layers may be divided into a plurality of partitions 16 according to each religion or race. Each tomb unit is used for placing a coffin and filling it with a burial material such as mud, sand, stone, etc. to a predetermined height. After the tomb unit of the layer is used up, a prefabricated partition is placed on top of the layer or The cover, and thus another layer is formed thereon, and so on, until the underground portion of the tomb main unit 100 is completely used up. A ventilation system may also be provided in the underground portion of the tomb main unit 100, and as the case may be, a drainage and/or exhaust system may be provided in the compartment between the layers.
