作為點滴液等液體用之容器,一直使用的是樹脂袋《此 類樹脂袋由袋狀袋本體與筒狀輸液管形成,該袋狀袋本體 由軟質樹脂膜等形成,且一側開口,而該筒狀輸液管安裝 於袋本體之開口部,用作使液體出入内部之口部且包含硬 質樹脂。 先前’此類樹脂袋係以2片帶狀膜之間設置有輸液管之 狀態將該等2片膜熔著,同時,於開口部之部分以2片膜間 夾入輸液管之狀態將膜與輸液管溶著(例如,參照專利文 獻1)。 [專利文獻1] 國際公開2006/042710(圖7) 【發明内容】 [發明所欲解決之問題] 然而’於如上所述之習知製法φ 衣在中,存在如下問題,在 與輸液管之熔著部分的周圍,膜 勝會因皺褶而損及外觀, 經延伸而使得熔著未能確實進杆 .^ ^ 導致密封強度不充分 或者膜與輸液管之間產生間隙等。 其原因在於:其-,由於同時 的膜彼此間之料、以及膜與 ^者容器之外形形 夜皆之熔著,故捲繞於 135824.doc 201008767 ;:液管ί整個周緣之部分中膜長度不足,以及難以設定 熔著之最佳姐度條件,其結果為難以使兩者之熔著 品質穩定。 …專利文獻1中所㈤裁之技術係除了進行沿著容器之 形形狀的膜彼此間之熔著、以及膜與輸液管之熔著以 外’亦進行沿著容器之外形形狀的膜之切斷,因此,用以 進行溶著及切斷之模具變得複雜’不僅難以設定最佳之炼 著條件,而且亦難以設定最佳之切斷條件。 奸此外,原、因在於:沿著容器之外形形狀的膜彼此間之溶 者,平面性炼著’與此相對,膜與輸液管之熔著係立體性 熔者’因此’自然於將炼著用模具壓附於平面性溶著部分 與立趙㈣著部分之邊界附近時,膜會延伸變薄,或者易 於使膜上起皺。 本發明係基於如上所述之技術課題研製而成者,其目的 在於提供-種能夠確實且高品質地進行樹脂袋之製造的樹 脂袋製造設備。 [解決問題之技術手段] 基於上述目的,本發明之樹脂袋製造設備之特徵在於, 其係於内部填充有流體之樹脂袋之製造設備,且,該樹浐 袋製造設備具備:袋本體溶著裝置,其對於自滾筒:二 兩片-對膜’僅於其中-側上形成開口部,並將其餘周圍 整個周緣熔著而形成袋本體;切斷裝置,其沿著袋本體 外周形狀,切斷膜m,其將袋本體之開口二之 開;輸液管熔著裝置,其於由開口裝置開口之開口部插2 135824.doc 201008767 筒狀輸液管’且將開口部與輸液管熔著。 如此’於袋本體熔著裝置中,由於僅於其中一側上形成 開口部’且將其餘周圍整個周緣熔著而形成袋本體,故熔 著為平面性熔著,使得臈上難以起皺,並且臈於不延伸之 狀態下熔著。 又,於輸液管熔著裝置中,僅進行於袋本體之開口部插 入有輸液管之狀態下的立體性熔著即可,進而,由於與筒

又,藉由於利用熔著.切斷裝置3〇來溶著形成袋本體1〇〇 之階段’於兩片媒F間央持板14,而於溶著後直接成為於 開口部ΠΗ中播入著板14之狀態。並且,可藉由以夹具構 件15A、15B夹持袋本體1〇〇,而於該狀態下保持袋本體 100。以上述方式,可快速進行保持著袋本體刚之搬運。 此外’於輸液管熔著裝置80中,插入至袋本體100之開 4 101中的輸液管2〇0係保持於輸液管搬運裝置川之輸液 e固持器73中進行搬運.供給。並且,於輸液管炼著裝置 8〇中本體1〇〇之開口部101插入輸液管2〇〇進行溶著 後,可將溶著有輸液管細之袋本體⑽,於利用輸液管搬 運裝置70保持輸液管2〇〇之狀態下搬運至後續步驟。 進而,於熔著.切斷裝置3〇中,模具31A、3lB上具有將 膜F熔著之熔著部32與將膜F切斷之切斷部33,切斷部%並 非將膜F完全切斷,而是保留著膜1?之厚度方向之一部分而 將膜F切斷,形成將相互鄰接之袋本體100連結之狀態。因
