Abstract

The invention relates to a driver circuit of active matrix organic electro-luminescence display (AMOLED). Each pixel contains 4 TFTs ad 2 capacitors, in which the gate of one scanning TFT is controlled by the scan line of the row where the pixel is located, and the drain of the scanning TFT is connected with the data line of the column where the pixel is located. Furthermore, resetting TFT and detecting TFT are controlled by a threshold-lock. One capacitor Cd is used to store the data voltage value (Vdata) representing the image signal and one capacitor Ct is used to store the threshold voltage (Vth) value for driving TFT. As such, the sum of the voltage stored by the capacitor Cd and capacitor Ct will drive the TFT to output a current with the corresponding value to the organic electro-luminescence component.
