由於通過二極體3 a之電流將消除箔片電極7與發光二極 體3 a之間的電位差,故吸引力將有可能消失而使箔片6與發 光一極體3 a分開。一旦發生這種情形,發光二極體3 &將再 次經由行電極2予以充電,且箔片6係再次受到吸引。為了 避免該種可能發生於箔片6與行電極2之間的振盪作用,或 為了其它理由’可考慮許多其它替代之具體實施例。
根據此一具體實施例,發光二極體區之一部分,例如像 素側,係藉由厚度與發光二極體層大約相等之絕緣貼片予 以取代。因此,未使行電極之這個區域與導電層7接觸,藉 以至少在這個區域的周圍招致某種程度之吸引力。
