Abstract
Buluş, TRIP etkisinden faydalanma ve yüksek oyulma direnç eşdeğeri ile yüksek korozyon direnci gibi yüksek biçimlendirilebilirliğe sahip dupleks ferritik östenitik paslanmaz çelik ile ilgilidir. Dupleks paslanmaz çelik ağırlıkça % 0,04 karbon, ağırlıkça % 0,2 - 0,8 silikon, ağırlıkça % 0,3 - 2,0 manganez, ağırlıkça % 4,0 - 19,0 krom,- ağırlıkça % 2,0- 5,0 nikel, ağırlıkça % 4,0 - 7,0 molibden, ağırlıkça % 4,5'den az tungsten, ağırlıkça % 0,1 - 1,5 bakır, ağırlıkça % 0,14 - 0,23 azot içerir; geri kalanı ise demir ve paslanmaz çeliklerde meydana gelen kaçınılmaz safsızlıklardır. Ayrıca, krom, molibden ve tungsten içeriklerinin ağırlıkça % olarak ortak etkisi Cr / (Mo + 0,5W)'nin 2 - 4,75 aralığında olduğu 20 <(Cr + Mo + 0,5W) <23,5 aralığındadır.
