Abstract

Bir kalsiyum ve magnezyum karbonat karışık katı fazı bazlı bir mineral bileşimin preparasyonuna yönelik yöntem olup; bir sulu fazda, kalsiyum hidroksit, kalsiyum karbonat ve bunların karışımları arasından seçilen en az kalsiyum bileşiği ve magnezyum oksit, magnezyum hidroksit, en azından kısmen hidratlanmış dolomit ve bunların karışımları arasından seçil en az bir magnezyum bileşiği barındıran bir katı fazı süspansiyonunun preparasyonunu; söz konusu katı fazın ağırlığı, toplam süspansiyonun ağırlık olarak %5'i ve 15'i arasında bulunmaktadır, tek bir aşamada, süspansiyonun pH'ının 9'un altında bir değere kadar düşürülmesi ile ve süspansiyonun elektrik iletkenliğinin bir stabilizasyonu ile süspansiyonun söz konusu katı fazının 2,5 ila 15 dm3/dk/kg oranında bir CO2 debisiyle 55 ila 90°C arasında bir sıcaklığa ısıtılan söz konusu süspansiyon içinde CO2 barındıran bir gazın enjekte edilmesi suretiyle süspansiyon halindeki söz konusu katı fazın bir karbonatlanmasını içermektedir; karbonatlama, bu elektrik iletkenlik stabilizasyonu gözlemlenince durdurulmaktadır.
