Temizlik endüstrisinde kullanilan lipazlar tercihen 7 ila 11 araliginda alkalin pH7da aktiftir,
en çok tercih edilen bunlarin 8 ila 10.5 pH araliginda azami aktiviteye sahip olmasidir.
Lipaz E.C. sinifi 3.1 veya 3.2”deki veya bunlarin bir kombinasyonundaki lipaz
enzimlerinden seçilebilir.

Zeolit ve karbonat (bikarbonat ve seskikarbonat dahil karbonat) tercih edilen yapici
maddelerdir; karbonatlar özellikle tercih edilir.
Bilesim, yapici madde olarak bir kristalin alüminosilikat, tercihen bir alkali metal
alüminosilikat, daha tercihen bir sodyum alüminosilikat içerebilir. Bu madde tipik olarak
agirlikça %15iden az bir seviyede mevcuttur. Alüminosilikatlar asagidaki genel formüle
sahip maddelerdir:

Yapici maddelerin diger formlari arasinda çözünür silikatlar, metasilikatlar, katmanli
silikatlar (ör. Hoechstlden SKS-6) gibi silikatlar yer alir.
En çok tercih edilen çamasir deterjan formülasyonunun fosfatla yapilandirilmamis çamasir
deterjan formülasyonu olmasidir, yani agirlikça %1 'den az fosfat içermesidir. Tercihen, toz

Parfüm
Tercihen bilesim bir pariîim içerir. Partümlerin birçok uygun örnegi CFTA Publications

metil heptin karbonat, metil heptil keton, metil hekzil keton, metil fenil karbinil asetat,

roze oksit, safrol, 4-terpinenol, alfa-terpinenol ve/veya viridin. Bir formülasyonda çok
sayida parfüm bileseninin mevcut olmasi olagandir. Bu bulusun bilesimlerinde, yukarida
belirtilen daha geç havaya karisan parfümlerin listesinden dört veya daha fazla, tercihen
bes veya daha fazla, daha tercihen alti veya daha fazla ve hatta yedi veya daha fazla farkli
parfüm bileseninin mevcut olmasi öngörülmüstür.
Bu bulusla uygulanabilecek bir baska parfüm grubu 'aromaterapi' maddeleri olarak
adlandirilan gruptur. Bunlar, ayni zamanda parfümeride kullanilan Misk Adaçayi,
Ökaliptus, Itir, Lavanta, Küçük Hindistan Cevizi Özütü, Portakal Çiçegi esansi, Hint
Cevizi, Yesil Nane, Kokulu menekse yapragi ve Kediotu gibi esans yaglarinin bilesenleri
dahil olmak üzere birçok bilesen içerir.
Çamasir deterjani bilesiminin bir peroksijen agartici, ör. sodyum perkarbonat, sodyum
perborat ve perasit içermemesi tercih edilir.
Polimerler
Bilesim bir veya daha fazla ilave polimer içerebilir. Örnekler karboksimetilselüloz, poli
(etilen glikol), poli(vinil alkol), poliakrilatlar gibi polikarboksilatlar, maleik/akrilik asit
kopolimerleri ve lauril metakrilat/akrilik asit kopolimerleridir.
Alkil gruplari dallanmis veya siklik zincirler olusturmaya yetecek kadar uzun oldugunda
alkil gruplari dallanmis, siklik ve lineer alkil Zincirlerini kapsar. Alkil gruplari tercihen
lineer veya dallaninistir, en çok tercih edilen lineer olmasidir.
Burada kullanilan belgisiz belirtme sifati "bir" (Ingilizoe7de "a" veya "an") ve bunun
karsilik gelen belgili sifati (Ingilizeesde "the") aksi belirtilmedikçe en az biri veya bir veya
daha fazlasini belirtir.
Aksi belirtilmedikçe boya agirliklari sodyum veya klorür tuzlarini belirtir.

Formülasyon, 200 devir/ dakikaya ayarlanmis bir tergotometre içinde sekiz adet SXSCm
EMPA ll7 lekeli numune (poliester pamuk üzerinde kan/süt/mürekkep lekesi)
yikanmasinda kullanilmistir. 60 dakikalik yikama, 800 ml 26° Fransiz sertliginde suda,
°Cida 1.5 g/L formülasyonla gerçeklestirilmistir. Yagli kiri simüle etmek üzere yikama
çözeltisine ( eklenmistir.
Yikama tamamlandiktan sonra pamuklu numuneler 400ml temiz su ile bir kez
durulanmistir, durulamadan çikarilmis, kurutulmus ve bir reIlektometre üzerinde renk
ölçümü yapilmis ve CIE L*a*b* degerleri olarak ifade edilmistir.
Lekenin çikmasi AL* degeri olarak hesaplanmistir:
AL*=L*(islem)-L*(enzim veya alkil eter karboksilik asit içermeyen kontrol)
Yüksek AL* degeri daha iyi temizlige esittir.
Agirlikça %133 alkil eter karboksilik asit eklenerek, alkil grubunun cis-9-oktadesen
oldugu esdeger formülasyonlar test edilmistir. Etoksi gruplarinin ortalama sayisi 10°dur.
Bir lipaz-proteaz enzim kokteyli: lipaz olarak Lipex® ve proteaz olarak Savanase® (her
ikisi de Novozymes çikisli) eklenerek ve eklenmeden deneyler tekrarlanmistir. Lipaz
formülasyona agirlikça %03 saf aktif protein saglayacak sekilde eklenmistir ve proteazlar
formülasyona agirlikça %0.007 saf aktif protein saglayacak sekilde eklenmistir.
Ayrica, 8 numunede gerçeklestirilen ölçümler üzerinde standart sapmadan hesaplanan %95
güven siniri saglanmistir.

Enzim kokteyli ve alkil eter karboksilik asidin kombinasyonundan beklenen etki, tek tek
bilesenlerin etkilerinden daha yüksektir. Kombinasyon için AL* : 5.5 + 2.2 : 7.7
beklenmis, ancak 11.1 elde edilmistir.
Formülasyon amilaz, mannaz ve pektinaz enzimlerinin (Stainzyme ® Novozyme,
Mannaway ® Novozymes, Pectawash ® Novozymes) karisimi eklenerek yeniden
olusturulmustur.
Claims (13)
1. Asagidakileri içeren çamasir için deterjan bilesimi olup: (i) bir alkil eter karboksilik asit dagiticidan baska agirlikça %4 ila %50 bir anyonik yüklü yüzey aktif madde; (ii) agirlikça %0.5 ila %20 oraninda, asagidaki yapiya sahip bir alkil eter karboksilik asit dagitici: R-(OCHzCH2)n-OCH2-COOH, R doymus ve tekli-doymamis ClO ila C26 lineer veya dallaninis alkil zincirlerinden seçilir; n 7 ila 13”den seçilir; (iii) agirlikça %0.0005 ila %0.5 bir lipaz enzimi; ve (iv) agirlikça %0.0005 ila %02 bir proteaz enzimi.
2. lstem l,e göre çamasir için deterjan bilesimi olup, burada lipaz bir triaçilgliserol lipazdan (EC. 3.1.1.3) seçilir.
3. Istem 1°e veya ?ye göre çamasir için deterjan bilesimi olup, burada proteaz bir Subtilisins tipi serin proteazdir (EC 34.21.62).
