Bu buluş; borunun (T) uzunlamasına ekseninin (x) doğrultusuna enine olarak yönlendirilen bir birinci dönme ekseni (y1) etrafında dönme hareketi yapmak üzere bir ucundan makinenin (10) bir tabanı (12) tarafından dönebilir şekilde desteklenen bir döner kol (22), ekseni birinci dönme eksenine (y1) paralel olarak yönlendirilerek döner kolun (22) zıt olan diğer ucuna bağlanan bir silindirik makara (24), birinci dönme eksenine (y1) paralel olan bir ikinci dönme ekseni (y2) etrafında dönme hareketi yapmak üzere döner kolun (22) serbest ucuna dönebilir şekilde bağlanan bir değişken-profilli destek elemanı (26), döner kolun (22) birinci dönme ekseni (y1) etrafındaki açısal pozisyonunu kontrol etmek üzere bir birinci tahrik sistemi (28, 36, 38) ve destek elemanının (26) ikinci dönme ekseni (y2) etrafındaki açısal pozisyonunu kontrol etmek üzere bir ikinci tahrik sistemi (42, 44, 46, 48, 50) içeren bir destek cihazı (20) ile ilgilidir.
