Abstract
Dispositivo de soporte (20) para soportar un tubo (T) en una máquina de procesamiento de tubos (10), particularmente una máquina de corte de tubos por láser, comprendiendo el dispositivo (20): un brazo pivotante (22) dispuesto para estar soportado de modo giratorio en un extremo del mismo por una base (12) de la máquina (10) para su rotación alrededor de un primer eje de rotación (y1) orientado transversalmente a la dirección del eje longitudinal (x) del tubo (T) a medida que el tubo (T) se está alimentando mediante un carro porta-tubos (14) de la máquina (10) a un cabezal de procesamiento (16) de la máquina (10), un rodillo cilíndrico (24) montado en el extremo opuesto del brazo pivotante (22) con su eje orientado paralelo al primer eje de rotación (y1), un primer sistema de conducción (28, 36, 38) para controlar la posición angular del brazo pivotante (22) alrededor del primer eje de rotación (y1), caracterizado porque el dispositivo comprende adicionalmente un miembro de soporte de perfil variable (26) montado de modo giratorio en el extremo libre del brazo pivotante (22) para su rotación alrededor de un segundo eje de rotación (y2) paralelo al primer eje de rotación (y1), en donde el miembro de soporte (26) tiene una cavidad (40) para recibir el tubo (T) cuyo perfil en sección transversal tiene un tamaño variable dependiendo de la posición 20 angular del miembro de soporte (26) alrededor del segundo eje de rotación (y2), y en donde el miembro de soporte (26) es movible, por la rotación alrededor del segundo eje de rotación (y2), entre una posición de procesamiento, en la cual el miembro de soporte (26) recibe el tubo (T) en la cavidad (40), y una posición de no procesamiento, en la cual el miembro de soporte (26) está colocado por debajo del rodillo cilíndrico (24), permitiendo por ello que el tubo (T) se soporte en el rodillo cilíndrico (24), y un segundo sistema de conducción (42, 44, 46, 48, 50) para controlar la posición angular del miembro de soporte (26) alrededor del segundo eje de rotación (y2).
