Abstract
Buluş, bir cerrahi alet ve bir eğilme kontrol mekanizması ile ilgilidir. Eğilme kontrol mekanizması; bir dönüş gücü giriş mekanizması A, bir dönüş aktarım mekanizması B, bir kilitleme mekanizması C ve bir lineer güç çıkış mekanizması D içermektedir; ayrıca eş eksenel olarak düzenlenen dönüş gücü giriş mekanizması A ve dönüş aktarım mekanizması B, çevresel yönde bir bağıl döner açı aralığına sahiptir; dönüş gücü giriş mekanizması A, dönüş aktarım mekanizması B?ye göre bir bağıl döner açı aralığı dahilinde bir uç açıdan diğer uç açıya dönerken sıralı olarak bir açı (I), bir açı aralığı (II) ve bir açı (III)?te dönmektedir, burada açı (I) veya açı (III) dönüşe karşılık gelmektedir; açı (II), bir kilitleme durumuna karşılık gelmektedir. Mekanizmanın benimsenmesi ile birlikte, cerrahi müdahale sırasında bir insan gövdesinin içinde cerrahi aletin dönüşünün yapılması ve sabitlenmesine dair sorun çözülebilmektedir ve cerrahi müdahale riski azaltılabilmektedir.
