Abstract
Mevcut buluş, yüksek mukavemetli çeliklerin soğuk biçimlendirmesine yönelik olarak kullanılan metal biçimlendirme aletlerine veya metal biçimlendirme elemanlarına yönelik kaplamalar ile ilgilidir, burada kaplama, CrN içeren bir alt katman (20) ve TiCN içeren bir üst katman (30) içermektedir, burada söz konusu alt katman (20), substrata(1), söz konusu üst katmandan (30) daha yakın olarak biriktirilmektedir, alt katmanın (20), tercihen (200) yönelime sahip kübik bir yapı sergileyen oksijen bakımından zengin krom nitrürden yapılması ve üst katmanın (30), hidrojen bakımından zengin titanyum karbonitrürden yapılması bakımından özgündür. Mevcut buluş ayrıca, mevcut buluşa göre kaplamaları biriktirmeye yönelik yöntemler ile ilgilidir.
