Abstract
Substratlar üzerine krom metali kaplamak için bir kaplama işlemi açıklanmaktadır. İşlemde bir sülfat ve/veya sülfonat matrisi içeren bir üç değerlikli krom kaplama banyosu kullanılır. İşlemde ayrıca çözünmez anotlar kullanılır. Kaplama banyosuna manganez iyonları ilave edilmesi, kaplama banyosunun kullanılması üzerine zararlı altı değerlikli krom iyonlarının oluşumunu önler.
