Abstract

Yapısal olarak basit araçlarla soğutulacak ürünlerin etkili ve enerji tasarruflu olarak soğutulmasına ilişkin olarak, soğutulacak ürünlere yönelik bir soğutma alanını ve soğutma alanı ile ilişkilendirilmiş olan, hava sağlamaya yönelik bir kanalı içeren, soğutulacak ürünleri saklamaya ve/veya sunmaya yönelik bir soğutma ekipmanı, özellikle bir soğutma rafı, soğutma kabini, soğutma adacığı veya soğutma sayacı olup, burada farklı akış hızlarına sahip iki hava akışı kanalın çıkışından dışarı akabilmektedir, söz konusu hava akışları, soğutma alanına erişim noktasının önünde ikili bir koruyucu hava perdesini oluşturmaktadır, öyle ki kanal, sağlanan havanın eleman boyunca farklı akış hızlarına sahip iki hava akışına bölüneceği şekilde sağlanan hava üzerine etki eden bir elemana sahiptir.
