Abstract
Mevcut buluş, bir desteklenmiş heteropolitungstik asit ihtiva eden bir harcanmış katalizörden heteropolitungstik asidin geri kazanılmasına yönelik bir proses ile ilgilidir. Description
Tarifname Mevcut bulus, çesitli endüstriyel ölçekli kullanimlar için kullanilan katalizörlerden heteropoliasitlerin geri kazanimi için bir islem ile ilgilidir. Mevcut bulus bilhassa, heteropoliasitin bir tasiyici veya destek üzerine desteklendigi, harcanan endüstriyel katalizörlerden tungsten ihtiva eden heteropoliasitlerin geri kazanimi ile ilgilidir. Heteropoliasitler, güçlü bir asit varligini gerektiren bir dizi endüstriyel islemi katalizlemek için kimya endüstrisinde yaygin olarak kullanilmaktadir. Bunlara örnek olarak parafinlerin hazirlanmasi [ABD Patenti 5387702), bis-fenollerin hazirlanmasi, etil benzen veya kümen üretimi ve alken üretmek üzere alkollerin ve alkoyalkanlarin dehidrasyonu verilebilmektedir. Bu gibi proseslerde katalizör, kaçinilmaz olarak daha sonra harcanacak sonlu bir ömre sahiptir. Diger bir deyisle, artik katalizörleri kullanmak teknik veya ekonomik açidan geçerli degildir. Bu tür katalizörlerin zaman içinde harcanmasinin genel bir nedeni, katalizörün yüzeyi üzerindeki organik degradasyon ürünlerinin (genellikle "kok" olarak anilmaktadir] ya da destegin kendisi gözenekli ise gözeneklerinin içinde yer almasidir. Yukarida bahsedilen islemle geri kazanilan heteropolitungstik asitlerden üretilen yeni katalizörlerin, heteropolitungstik asidin tamamen yeni ve bagimsiz kaynaklarindan üretilen esdeger katalizörler ile ayni performans özelliklerine sahip oldugu bulunmustur. Bu nedenle mevcut bulusa ait proses, minimum miktarda ekstra tungsten veya tungsten bilesiginden daha fazlasini satin alma ve kullanma ihtiyacini en aza indirmektedir. Ayrica, daha önce kullanilan tungsteni esas olarak geri dönüstürerek proses, önemli çevresel faydalara yol açmaktadir. Mevcut bulusun tercih edilen bir yapilanmasinda kullanilmis katalizör, üzerinde mevcut olan herhangi bir "yumusak" kokun (hali hazirda çözünebilir organik materyal] uzaklastirilmasi için heteropolitungstik asidin uzaklastirilmasi kolaylastirilmaktadir. Organik sivi, prensipte herhangi bir organik bilesik olabilmesine ragmen, C4 ila C12 alkan (tercihen bir C6 ila C10 alkan) gibi yaygin olarak bulunan çözücülerin veya bunlarin bir karisiminin veya toluen veya bir veya daha fazla ksilen gibi bir sivi aromatik bilesigin kullanilmasi tercih edilir. Bu muamele, kullanilan katalizörün sürekli bir ekstraktan akimi ile bir dolgulu kolonda temas ettirilmesiyle gerçeklestirilebilir. Alternatif olarak, ekstraktan ve kullanilmis katalizör, ekstraksiyonun meydana geldigi bir bulamaç olusturmak için çalkalama birlikte iyice karistirilabilir.
