Abstract

Buluş, bina yapımında kullanılan yük taşıyıcı perde kolon elemanları(1), bahsedilen perde kolon elemanlarına (1) bağlanacak yük yayıcı kiriş elemanları(2), duvar elemanları (3), döşeme/tavan elemanları (4), kolon bağlantı elemanları(5), mesnet köşebentleri (6), mesnet şeritleri (7) ve ikincil elemanlara sahip ve bunların birlikte kullanımı ile hücreler oluşturularak tek ve çok katlı bina yapımına olanak sağlayan yeni bir bina yapım tekniği ile ilgilidir. Buluşun mevcut inşaat tekniklerine kıyasla sunduğu avantajlar endüstriyel ön üretime, kademeli inşaata ve depolanmaya uygunluk, geçicilik, yenilenebilirlik, değiştirilebilirlik, hızlı kurulabilmek, kombinasyon, düzenleme ve kullanım esnekliği, başka sistemlerle eşleştirilebilir ve birlikte kullanılabilirlik ve böylelikle sürdürülebilirlik kriterlerinin karşılanmasıdır.
