Abstract

Çinko, manganez ve istege göre nikel ya da bakir katyonlarini ihtiva eden geleneksel yüksek kaliteli fosfatlama bilesimlerinin fosfat konsantrasyonu ve bu yüzden kirletme potansiyeli, aktif maddelerin konsantrasyonlarinin tavsiye edilen araliklar içinde muhafaza edilmesiyle olusan fosfat kaplamalarinin asinmadan koruyucu degeri yitirilmeden düsürülebilmektedir. En tercih edilen kosullar altinda, fosfatlanmis ve daha sonra boyanmis soguk haddelenmis çeligin asinmaya direnci ve fosfatlanmis ve daha sonra boyanmis elektrogalvanize çelige boya yapismasi, artik en yaygin sekilde kullanilan ticari yüksek kaliteli düsük çinkolu fosfatlama islemleri ile elde edilen degerlere göre gelistirilmektedir.
