Abstract

Ekinlerin hasat edilmesi için bir yöntem ve sistem olup, bu yöntem ve sistem, ekinin kesilmesi ve dövülmesini, samandan (bitki saplari) grafin (tane içleri, saman, yabani ot tohumlari ve diger organik maddelerin bir karisimi) ayrilmasini ve samanin araziye geri döndürülmesini kapsamaktadir. Bu yöntem ve sistem, tercihan, bir graf dopolama tankina sahip olan çekme tipli bir hasat etme biriminde gerçeklestirilmektedir. Toplanan graf bir kamyon gibi müsait bir vasita ile farkli bir konumda bulunan bir hareketsiz temizleyici ögütme birimine hareket ettirilmektedir. Temizlemeden önce grafin depolanmasinin önüne geçilmektedir ve temizleyici ögütme birimi ve tecihan hasat birimi ve vasita bunu mümkün kilacak sekilde tasarimlanmaktadir. Bu uygulama, grafin zayif akisli bir malzeme olmasinin neden oldugu güçlüklerin önüne geçmektedir. Ekipmanin çesitli ayrintilari da yenidir.
