Abstract

Bulus, plastik malzemenin, özellikle de polietilen terefitalatin muameleden geçirilmesine mahsus bir metoda iliskin olup, ki içinde, nispeten düsük seviyedeki isi dereceli malzeme, sözü edilen malzemenin kati faz içinde isitmaya ya da yogunlastirmaya tabi tutulmasindan önce, baslangiç olarak isitma ile kristallestirilmektedir. Malzeme bundan bir aletin en azindan iki bölmesi (2) içinde en azindan 10 dakika boyunca bir sicak muamele gazina maruz birakilmakta ve, örn., 140 ila 180 C olmak üzere, 135 C'nin üzerinde olan bir isi derecesinde kristallestirilmektedir. Malzeme sonradan olarak en azindan bir ila sekiz safhaya sahip bulunan bir ön isitma bölmesi (3) içinde en azindan 185 C, tercihen en azindan 200 C ve daha da tercihen 220 C civarinda olan bir isi derecesinde isitilmaktadir.
