Abstract
Bir açik uçlu Egirme makinesine ait bir egirme rotoru, ana malzeme (12)'nin üst yüzeyine, içine sert madde tanecikleri katilmis demir olmayan madenden yapilmis bir tabakaya, özellikle elmas tanecikli bir nikel kaplamasindan yapilmis bir tabakaya sahiptir; bunun yaninda tabaka sert madde tanecikleri içeren en az iki tabaka (7, 10)'dan meydana gelmektedir ve sert madde tanecikleri içeren tabakalar (7, 10) arasinda birer sert madde tanecikleri içermeyen ara tabaka (9) bulunmaktadir. Asinmaya karsi koruyucu tabakanin, egirme rotorunun temizligi esnasinda raspadan kaynaklanabilecek biçimde yer yer sökülmesinde, egirme rotorunun hasar görmüs yerlerinde asinmaya karsi koruma ve egirme özellikleri kalmaktadir. Bu sayede egirme rotorunun durma süresinin büyük oranda kisalmasi engellenebilir.
