Abstract

Kaliplanmis, boyut açisindan sabit, kapali hücreli alkenil aromatik polimer bir köpük tarif edilmektedir. Köpük agirlikça yüzde 50'den fazla alkenil aromatik monomer birimler ihtiva eden bir alkenil aromatik polimer maddedir. Köpük metre küp basina yaklasik 16 ila yaklasik 64 kilogram bir yogunluga sahiptir. Köpük 15 milimetre veya daha fazla bir kesit kalinliga sahiptir. Köpük, agirlikça yaklasik yüzde 70 ila yaklasik yüzde 95 1,1,2,2-tetraflüoroetan bir ilk sisirme maddesi ve sisirme maddesi 30 ila yaklasik yüzde 5'i olosturan bir ikinci sisirme maddesi ihtiva eden bir sisirme maddesi bilesimine sahiptir. Ikinci sisirme maddesi esas itibariyle 1,1,1,2-tetraflüoroetan, karbondiyoksit, azot, argon ve sudan olusan gruptan seçilmistir. Ayrica köpügün yapilmasina mahsus bir yöntem tarif edilmektedir.
