Abstract

본 발명은 a) 75 내지 99중량%의 폴리스티렌 및/또는 최소한 50중량%의 공중합된 스티렌을 함유한 스티렌 공중합체, b) 0 내지 24중량%의 최소한 하나의 스티렌-가용성 엘라스토머, c) 1 내지 25중량%의 코아/쉘 구조를 갖는 최소한 하나의 그라프트 공중합체, d) a),b)및 c)의 합을 토대로, 1 내지 15중량%의 저-비점의 발포제, 및, 만약 필요하다면 e)효과적인 양의 종래의 첨가제를 포함하는, 탄성 폴리스티렌 포움을 위한 스티렌 중합체 및 이것으로부터 제조되는 포움 및 포움 성형물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. a) 75 내지 99중량%의 폴리스티렌 및/또는 최소한 50중량%의 공중합된 스티렌을 함유한 스티렌 공중합체, b) 0 내지 24중량%의 최소한 하나의 스티렌-가용성 엘라스토머, c) 1 내지 25중량%의 코아/쉘 구조를 갖는 최소한 하나의 그라프트 공중합체, d)a),b) 및 c)의 합을 토대로, 1 내지 15중량%의 저-비점의 발포제 및, 만약 필요하다면 e)효과적인 양의 종래의 첨가제를 포함하는 탄성 폴리스티렌 포움을 위한 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)는 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프로필렌 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무를 포함한 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)는 코아/쉘 구조를 갖는 그라프트 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  4. 성분 b)를 성분 a)중에 용해시키는 단계, 상기 용액중에 성분 c)를 분산시키는 단계, 상기 분산물을 공지된 방법에 의해 중합시키는 단계, 그리고 상기 중합체를 종래의 방식으로 처리시키고 공지된 것처럼 발포제와 함께 함침시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 있어서의 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조 방법.
