Abstract

평균 입자 크기가 0.6μ이하이고, 메틸에틸케톤 및 톨루엔의 혼합 용매에 불용성인 물질의 함량이 15~35중량%이며, 메탄올에 가용성인 물질의 함량이 5중량%이 이하이고, 헥산에 가용성인 물질의 함량이 20중량% 이하인 단일 폐색 구조의 연질 성분 입자 60중량% 이상을 갖는 수지 조성물의 고무 변성 폴리스티렌계 수지를 함유한 수지 조성물은 팽창 성형 과정동안 변형이나 축소없이 높은 팽창비를 갖는 발포 성형품을 제공한다. 수지 조성물의 팽차성형으로 수득한 발포 성형품은 높은 유연성 및 충격흡수율을 가지며, 재순환으로 재-활용 또한 가능하다.

Claims (7)

  1. 평균 입자 크기가 0.6μ이하이고, 메틸에틸케톤 및 톨루엔의 혼합 용매에 불용성인 물질의 함량이 15~35중량%이며, 메탄올에 가용성인 물질의 함량이 5중량% 이하이고, 헥산에 가용성인 물질의 함량이 20중량% 이하인 단일 폐색 구조의 연질 성분 입자 60중량% 이상을 갖는 수지 조성물의 고무 변성 폴리스티렌계 수지를 함유하는 발포 성형품용 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 따른 고무 변성 폴리스티렌계 수지 99~90중량% 및 휘발성 발포제 1~10중량%로 이루어진 발포제를 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 휘발성 발포제가 n-부탄, 이소부탄, n-펜탄, 이소펜탄 또는 프레온인 발포제를 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 따른 수지 조성물로 부터 제조된 발포 성형품.
  5. 제2항에 따른 수지 조성물의 팽창 성형에 의해 제조된 발포 성형품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 살라미 구조의 연질 성분 입자를 더 함유하는 발포 성형용 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 공액 디엔 화합물의 블록 공중합체 또는 그의 수소화물을 더 함유하는 발포 성형품용 수지 조성물.
