Abstract

본 발명은 a)50 내지 75중량%의 폴리스티렌 및/또는 최소한 50 중량%의 공중합된 스티렌을 함유한 스티렌 공중합체, b)5 내지 30 중량%의 스티렌-가용성 엘라스토머, c)5 내지 20중량%의 한가지 성분으로서 스티렌을 함유한 최소한 하나의 블록 공중합체, d)15 내지 50중량%의 최소한 하나의 폴리올레핀, e)a), b) 및 c)의 합을 토대로, 1 내지 15중량%의 저-비점의 발포제 및 만약 필요하다면, f)효과적인 양의 종래의 첨가제를 포함하는 탄성 폴리스티렌 포옴을 위한 발포성 스티렌 중합체 및 이것으로부터 제조된 포움에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. a)50 내지 75중량%의 폴리스티렌 및/또는 최소한 50중량%의 공중합된 스티렌을 함유한 스티렌 공중합체, b)5 내지 30중량%의 최소한 하나의 스티렌-가용성 엘라스토머, c)5 내지 20중량%의 한가지 성분으로서 스티렌을 함유한 최소한 하나의 블록 공중합체, d)15 내지 50중량%의 최소한 하나의 폴리올레핀, e)a), b) 및 c)의 합을 토대로, 1 내지 15중량%의 저-비점의 발포제 및 만약 필요하다면, f)효과적인 양의 종래의 첨가제를 포함하는 탄성 폴리티렌 포움을 위한 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  2. 성분 b)를 성분 a)중에 용해시키는 단계; 형성된 용액을 공지된 방식으로 중합시키는 단계; 상기 중합체를 공지된 방식으로 처리시키는 단계; 성분 c) 및 d)를 용융상태로 혼합시키는 단계; 그리고 상기 블랜드를 과립화시키고, 과립화 동안 또는 과립화 후에, 공지된 방식으로 발포제와 함께 함침시키는 단게를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 있어서의 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조 방법.
