Abstract

Kuru yöntemle agaç paneller üreten tesislerde kullanilacak tutkallama makinesi (220) bir tübüler gövde (250) ve tübüler gövdenin (250) içine uygun bir sivi tutkal enjekte etmek için bir püskürtme tertibati (262) ihtiva eder. Tübüler gövde (250) en kesiti agaç liflerinin bir hava akimi ile girdigi yukaridaki açik ucundan (253) asagidaki ucuna (257) kadar kademeli olarak artan bir alani çevrelemektedir. Tübüler gövde (250) yalitilmis bir dis cidar (242) ile bu duvardan aralikli olarak yer alan hava geçirimli bir iç cidardan (254) meydana gelmektedir. Tübüler gövdenin (250) dis cidarinda ek hava akimlarinin (258 kanaliyla) gövde içine girmesini saglamak üzere iç cidar üzerinde dagitilmis çok sayida deliklerin yer almaktadir.
