Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO DE COLAGEM PARA INSTALAçõES DE PRODUçãO DE PAINéIS DE FIBRAS DE MADEIRA". O aparelho de colagem (220) para instalações para produção de painéis de fibras de madeira por um método seco compreende um corpo tubular (250) e dispositivos de pulverização (262), para injetar uma cola líquida apropriada no interior do corpo tubular (250). A seção transversal através do corpo tubular (250) circunda uma área que aumenta progressivamente de sua extremidade aberta (253) na direção contrária à corrente, à qual as fibras de madeira são alimentadas, transportadas por uma corrente de ar, para sua extremidade aberta (257) na direção da corrente. O corpo tubular (250) compreende uma parede externa (252) vedada e uma parede interna (254) permeável ao ar, distanciada da anterior (242). Na parede externa (252) do corpo tubular (250) está prevista uma pluralidade de aberturas distribuídas ao longo deste último, para possibilitar que correntes de ar adicionais sejam alimentadas ao mesmo (através de 258).
