Bulus kalsiyum silikat hidrat bagli biçimlendirilmis cisimlerin sertlestirilmesi ve kurutulmasi için bir islem ve bir araçla ilgili olup bir otoklav (1) seklinde olan bu aracin içinde dip tarafta boyuna dogrultuda uzanan en az bir aktif buhar yolu (10), sertlestirilip kurutulacak olan biçimlendirilmis bloklari (2a, 2b, 2c) tasiyan tasima elemanlari için birbirinden yanal olarak uzakta yerlestirilmis ve boyuna dogrultuda uzanan destek elemanlari (3a, 3b, 3c) ve uygun oldugunda isi kaynaklari (8a, 8d) otoklav yan çeperlerinin olusturdugu bölgede saglanmis olup tasiyici elemanlar arasindaki ve biçimlendirilmis bloklar (2a, 2b, 2c) arasindaki yanal uzaklik bu bloklar ile en az bir buhar yolu (7a, 7b) arasinda buhar dolasimini saglayan bir akis kanali (2d) bulunmasina yetecek kadardir.
