1. สารผสมโซเดียม เพอร์คาร์บอนทื่ปลอดภัย ประกอบด้วยโซเดียม เพอร์คาร์บอนเนทและสารประกอบอย่างน้อย 1 ชนิดที่ ผสมอยู่ในสารผสมนั้น 2.5 - 35 เปอร์เซ็นต์โดยน้ำหันก ซึ่ง สารประกอบอย่างน้อย 1 ชนิดดังกล่าวจะเลือกจากหมู่ () ซึ่ง ประกอบด้วยยูเรีย, อนุพันธ์ยูเรีย , แอฟิเทท , อะมิโน แอ ชิดที่มีคาร์บอนไม่เกิน 7 อะตอมหรือเกลือของสารนั้น, สาร ประกอบไทรอาซีนและสารประกอบกัวนิดีน
2. สารผสมโซเดียม เพอร์คาร์บอเนททื่ปลอดภัยตามข้อถือสิทธิ ข้อ 1 ซึ่งอนุพันธ์ยูเรียดังกล่าวคือ ไดโซไซอนูริด แอชิด, แอลเลนโทอิน , ไบยูแท็ก :
