Abstract
DC60 (21/09/55) การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจหาไวรัสแคระแกรน (Infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic tissue necrosis virus, IHHNV) ซึ่งเป็นไวรัสที่ทำให้กุ้งโตช้า ตัวแคระแกรน กรีมี ลักษณะคดงอ ส่วนหัวกุ้งสั้นกว่าปกติ และสามารถแพร่ระบาดไปยังพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงได้ จัดเป็นไวรัสที่ ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่อุตสาหกรรมการเลี้ยงกุ้ง โดยการประดิษฐ์นี้จัดให้มีการสร้างไพรเมอร์ใหม่ จำนวน 2 คู่ ที่มีความจำเพาะต่อไวรัสแคระแกรน และนำไปใช้ในการตรวจหาไวรัสดังกล่าวด้วยเทคนิค วิธีพีซีอาร์ 2 ขั้นตอน แบบใช้หลอดพีซีอาร์หลอดเดียว (single tube nested PCR technique) ซึ่ง สามารถเพิ่มความไว ความแม่นยำของการตรวจได้มากขึ้น และลดโอกาสการปนเปื้อนเชื้ออื่นให้น้อยลง โดยใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า การใช้วิธีพีซีอาร์ขั้นตอนเดียว (single PCR) หรือวิธีซีพีอาร์ 2 ขั้นตอน แบบใช้หลอด พีซีอาร์ 2 หลอด (two tube nested PCR technique) นอกจากนี้ยังได้ผลิตชุดตรวจหาไวรัสแคระแกรน ขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวก รวดเร็วในการตรวจสอบ และมีราคาถูก ซึ่งการตรวจหาไวรัสแคระแกรนมี ความสำคัญและจำเป็นต่อระบบการผลิตพ่อแม่พันธุ์กุ้ง การเลี้ยงกุ้ง ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบยืนยัน ผลิตภัณฑ์กุ้งที่นำเข้าและส่งออกไปต่างประเทศ การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไวรัสแคระแกน (Infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic tissue necrosis virus, IHHNV) ซึ่งเป็นโรคที่ทำให้กุ้งโตช้า แคระแกรน กรีมีลักษณะคด งอ ส่วนหัวกุ้งสั้นกว่าปกติ โดยจัดให้มีการสร้างไพร์เมอร์ของไวรัสแคระแกรน และนำมาใช้กับวิธีพีซีอาร์ 2 ขั้นตอน แบบใช้หลอดพีซีอาร์หลอดเดียว (sigle tube nested PCR technique) ซึ่งมีความไว ความ แม่นยำมากขึ้น และใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า การใช้วิธีพีซีอาร์ขั้นตอนเดียว (single PCR) หรือ วิธีพีซีอาร์ 2 ขั้นตอนแบบใช้หลอดพีซีอาร์ 2 หลอด (two tube nesled PCR techniqe) นอกจากนี้ยังได้ผลิตชุดตรวจ วินิจฉัยไวรัสแคระแกรน ขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวก รวดเร็วในการตรวจสอบ และราคาถูก โดยการตรวจ วินิจฉัยโรคไวรัสแคระแกรนมีความสำคัญและจำเป็นต่อระบบการผลิตพ่อแม่พันธุ์กุ้ง การเลี้ยวกุ้ง ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบยืนยันผลิตภัณฑ์กุ้งที่นำเข้าและส่งออกไปต่างประเทศ

1. ไพรเมอร์ (primer) จำนวน 2 คู่ ที่ใช้สำหรับตรวจวินิจฉัยไวรัสแคระแกรน (Infertious hypodermal and hematopoietic tissue necrosis virus, IHHNV) ได้อย่างจำเพาะ ซึ่ง ประกอบด้วยลำดับนิวคลีโอไทด์ ดังนี้ IF1: 5\'-GACCCGTTCTCTACTGCCTCT-3\' IR1: 5\'-ATGTCGTCGGTTGTCTCCTC-3\' IF2: 5\'-ACGCACGAACGAAACTCAC-3\' IR2: 5\'-GTTATACCACGCAGACCTT-3\'
