The cosmetic formulation for facial cleansing wipes of claim 9, wherein the additives are either sodium anisate, sodium benzoate, pentyleneglycol, and caprylyl glycol, or a mixture thereof. Cosmetic formulation for facial cleansing wipes Comprising of curcuma longa oil-encapsulated nanoparticles comprising: a) 20 to 40 wt % of active ingredient encapsulated nanoparticles, b) 0.5 to 10 wt % of active ingredient not encapsulated in nanoparticles, c) 0.1 to 10 wt % of cosmetically acceptable carrier, d) 0.01 to 2 wt % of excipients, e) water, to complete 100 wt % of the total composition, characterized by the active ingredient comprising curcuma longa oil and an active ingredient not encapsulated in nanoparticles of the choice of a humectant, a brightening agent, an anti-wrinkle agent, a regenerative agent, an anti-redness agent, a skin firming agent, or a combination thereof. 2. The cosmetic formulation for facial cleansing of claims 9, wherein the additives are, optionally, sodium anisate, sodium benzoate, pentylene glycol, and caprylyl glycol, or a mixture thereof.
