Изобретение относитс к горной | промышленности и может быть использовано ПРИ подземной разработке пластовых месторождений полезных ископаемых с применением самоходного оборудовани .The invention relates to mountain | industry and can be used in the underground mining of stratal mineral deposits using self-propelled equipment.
L There is a known method of drilling and blasting blasting with underfilling of blasting and contouring holes, used in the conduct of cleaning works .. In this case, drilling of breaker and contouring holes of Skrevvain); from the adjacent chamber through the entire pillar of the mineral. The explosive charge is located within the contour of the chamber, and the blasting is carried out on the surface L exposed by the previous explosions.
копаемого вызывает повышенные расходы ВВ на обрушение породного сло , и объем бурени (на перебуривание ПРОЧНОСТИHowever, the application of this method for breaking the rock layer and breaking off the upper layer of the useful ys-. digging causes increased explosives costs for the collapse of the rock layer, and the volume of drilling (for over-drilling
- -2 . междукамерного целика) и невозмсжность расположени скважин строго по границе пласта полезного ископаемого и породного сло , что приведет к перемешиванию отбитой руды с породой из породного сло , а следовательно , и к значительному разубоживанию руды при отгрузке.- -2. between the chamber pillar) and non-airy location of the wells strictly along the boundary of the mineral and rock layer, which will lead to mixing of broken ore with rock from the rock layer, and consequently, to a significant dilution of ore during shipment.
Применение высокопроизводительных бурильных установок, обеспечивающих производительность труда бурильщиков в З раза выше, чем при бурении с использованием ручных электросверл , а также зар дно-доста1вочных машин (вместо ручного зар жа ни шпуров) компенсируют увеличение объема буровых работ при бурении врубовых и отбойных шпуров (в 1,5-1,8 раза} и создает более безопасные и комфортные услови труда забойным рабочим .The closest to the technical essence is the method of drilling and blasting blasting in a chamber system for the development of close flat seams of minerals, in which the Upper layer is separated from soil rocks by low-strength gaps. Initially, within the design contour of the chamber, the lower reservoir of the mineral resource is paged, then, as a result of blasting of the contour holes, the rock layer is collapsed without significant crushing (slab). After the rock layer has collapsed, drilling, loading and blasting of the cutting, blasting and delineating holes in the mineral layer is carried out. The disadvantage of this method of drilling and blasting is the low productivity of downhole workers, due to the need to perform two separate drilling and blasting cycles for breaking the rock layer and breaking fossil In addition, when drilling and loading holes in the mineral formation, it is impossible to use self-propelled drilling and charging equipment without carrying out a significant amount of work on planning the collapsed rock heap and forming a sloping entrance from the soil of the chamber to the collapsed rock layer, as well as pa: the bot to bring the roof into a safe state. The purpose of the inventions is to increase the breaking capacity and increase the safety of work. The goal is achieved by the fact that after the lower layer has been excavated, the cutting, demolition and contour holes are drilled to a depth equal to the total thickness of the upper layer and the rock layer, and the formation layer by short blasted charges initially in contouring, and then in cutting and cutting holes with orientation of the ejection direction in the direction of low strength, while charges of explosive that substance is placed in the coal-cutting and chipping boreholes within the capacity of the upper layer, and contouring - under the assumption of complete crystals liny. Figs 1 and 2 show a cross section of the chamber and the arrangement of the holes. Approximate layers 1 and 2 of the mineral are separated by the rock layer 3i The low strength rock interlayer k can be located between the rock layer and the upper mineral layer (Fig. 1) or between the upper layer and roof rocks t of fig 2). Cutting 5, baffling 6 and contouring 7 boreholes crossing the rock layer 3 and mineral formation layer 2 are drilled using drilling rigs moving along the soil of chamber 8. In both cases, an effective explosion effect during blasting of the upper layer 2 is achieved by 5 cutting bores and 6 bore holes in the wedge cutting scheme with the indispensable orientation of the ore emission direction in the direction of the rock strength of low strength. This is due to the fact that when the delineating bore holes 7 are blown up, the rocks disintegrate along the rock bed of low strength with the formation of a bare surface, on which the top layer 2 is broken, if the rock bed 4 of low strength is located in the soil of the top bed 2 ), in the blasting of the charges of the contour holes 7, the rock layer 3a is separated from the massif by the slab 3 and the upper layer 2, within the limits limited by the contour holes 7 under the action of the blast energy of charges 5 and 5 blastholes it is destroyed with the release of broken ore toward the exposed surface and, following the rock layer 3, collapses on the soil of chamber 8. When a rock spill of low strength is located in the roof of the upper layer C of FIG. 2) blasting of charges of contouring holes 7 leads to separation of the rock layer 3 together with the upper layer 2. As a result of subsequent blasting of charges of heel 5 and blast holes 6 holes, the upper layer 2 is destroyed with the release of broken ore on the surface exposed above and, reflecting from the rocks the roof, following the bedding layer 3, collapses on the soil of chamber 8. The application of the proposed method of drilling and blasting blasting will solve the problems of efficient treatment of a substandard reservoir and complex mechanization of drilling and charging operations NIJ drilling at working from the top of adjacent layers. The use of high-performance drilling rigs that ensure drillers' labor productivity is 3 times higher than during drilling using manual electric drills, as well as charge-support machines (instead of manual charging of bore-holes) compensate for the increase in the volume of drilling during drilling of cutting and blasting holes ( 1.5-1.8 times} and creates a safer and more comfortable working conditions for the downhole worker.
