Description
(St) СЫРЬЕВАЯ СМЕСЬ ДЛЯ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ СТЕНОВЫХ КЕРАМИЧЕСКИХ(St) RAW MATERIAL MIXTURES FOR MANUFACTURING WALL CERAMIC
1The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely to the wall ceramic industry of their products. The known raw material mixture for the manufacture of wall products, including the enrichment waste of ferruginous quatites in the amount of 58-85% by weight, the calcium-containing component 12 - and active silica 5 --15 1. The disadvantages of this mixture are relatively good thermal conductivity and bulk weight (1,962, 17 g / C1l) products. Closest to the invention is a raw mix for the manufacture of wall products, comprising 551 by weight enrichment waste from ferruginous quartzites, 30 - 0 coal waste and 15-20 boeceous beta 2. The disadvantages of products obtained from a known mixture are high thermal conductivity and relatively low flexural strength. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of products for bending and reducing their thermal conductivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that the raw material mixture for the manufacture of wall ceramic products, including the tailings of enrichment of ferruginous quartzites and coal wastes, additionally contains nepheline wastes and rice straw in the following ratio, wt.% Nepheline wastes 17-20 Rice straw 5-10 Samples are prepared by semi-dry pressing from masses with a humidity of 10% at a specific pressure of 200 kgf / cm 39 The resulting samples are dried and calcined with isothermal aging at. When roasting, made from the proposed mixture, in the interval of 250,300 ° C, carbon burn-out, which is a part of rice straw, begins. Due to this, channels and voids of elongated form are formed, providing further intensive and complete burning out of the organic matter of the coal waste. At the same time, the porous structure of the material is formed and the heating of the product by volume is accelerated. In the range of 800 — processes of interaction of the active components of the mixture and reactions of formation of new crystalline phases proceed. The entire milking medium, which is created in the shard due to the burning out of organic matter, promotes the transition of glands from stable compounds to the active form at a lower temperature. In this range of temperatures, a silicate melt is formed in the calcined material due to the melting of amorphous silica contained in rice straw in an amount of more than 50 and silica fume of the coal waste. In the range of 950-1000 C, the interaction of silicate melt and activated iron oxides with nepheline with the formation of pyroxene, aegirine and mullite according to the scheme is noted. + J5l8.0i.2siOs: aegirine mullite The newly formed crystals of aegirine and mullite have a needle-prismatic habit, which is due to the structure of their crystal lattices. The formation of crystals of this form also contributes to the fact that silica in fiber-straw straw is arranged linearly (in chains). All this contributes to the hardening of the material for bending with a relatively low bulk density and appropriate thermal conductivity. The compositions of the raw mixes, weight, are given in table 1. The test results of the samples are given in table 2. Table 1
