<P>L'invention concerne un phare pour véhicules automobiles se composant d'un réflecteur 1, d'un corps de dispersion de lumière 2, d'une lampe 3, avec filament d'éclairage route 6, filament d'éclairage de croisement 5 et diaphragme intérieur 4. Dans ce phare, le réflecteur 1 comporte dans sa zone marginale un paraboloïde d'une distance focale f o qui est inférieure à la distance focale fh du paraboloïde principal. </P><P>Augmentation de l'éclairement et diminution de l'éblouissement.</P>
